  • 29 Jeremy's Way

"My family and friends truly enjoy staying at this property. We park our cars and enjoy all of Eastport and Annapolis by foot. 29 Jeremy's Way is always kept in imacullate condition inside and out. It's a wonderful base location for sailing and sightseeing enthusiasts alike. The owner has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. We can't wait to schedule our next trip to Annapolis!"

  • Perfect weekend getaway for a group or family

"We had a group of seven (all friends from college) stay at this residence for three nights and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. The property is somewhat secluded at the end of long driveway that has two other houses on it. The house has five very spacious bedrooms and total of three and half baths. The kitchen is connected to the family room so that people who are cooking do not feel secluded from others in the next room. There is a huge screened in porch on the back looking out towards the water. Not only does it have some furniture to sit on, but there is a large picnic table which can be used for eating meals as well. The dock is quite long and relatively new. Having access to a fire pit was key to our enjoyment of the property. We sat by the fire pit all three nights. There was ample parking. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

  • Roomy and convenient

"This house was perfect for a college reunion of six families - 10 adults and 5 children (ages 5-8). It was was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The patio seating area in the fenced backyard gave a nice secluded feeling. And the basement area was a huge hit with the kids. Most importantly, the location was great! It was an easy commute to outdoor activities (kayaking), the metro station to DC, an awesome mall, the Annapolis harbor (including the Naval Academy), and tons of bars and restaurants. The one unanticipated aspect of this house was that it's not what we consider a traditional rental property, but rather the family's main residence. As such, there are a number of personal things around (pictures on walls, stocked pantry, etc.). While we didn't anticipate this, it did not impact us. The house has a wonderful, comfortable feel and is an easy place to relax. The owner was very responsive to questions both before and after the booking. A few weeks before we arrived the owner did contact us to let us know that the development pool was no longer available to renters. This was a little disappointing since it was VERY hot when we were there, but this is not a deal breaker. It's a great house and we would definitely rent again!"

  • Beautiful little cottage

"We cannot say enough nice things about Rhonda and this cottage. She was easy to get ahold of and flexible with our arrival, as we ran into unexpected traveling issues. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The use of the kayaks was a bonus as well. Rhonda has thought of everything you would need to enjoy a great getaway. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!"
