  • 29 Jeremy's Way

"My family and friends truly enjoy staying at this property. We park our cars and enjoy all of Eastport and Annapolis by foot. 29 Jeremy's Way is always kept in imacullate condition inside and out. It's a wonderful base location for sailing and sightseeing enthusiasts alike. The owner has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. We can't wait to schedule our next trip to Annapolis!"

  • Anniversary trip

"My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Although it took a bit to adjust to the confined spaces on the boat, we had a great time. Being able to sit on the deck to relax, read and eat meals, made it so much better than staying in a hotel room. The views were great and we were entertained by the activities of the small marina. The nights were very quiet, even on the weekends, and we were lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of the boat. We appreciated being able to use the marina's facilities for showering, so we didn't have to navigate the small shower on the boat. We loved touring and dining in Annapolis, then retreating to the boat in Eastport, a 1 mile walk. When we weren't up to the walk, we took a water or bike taxi - which were also great experiences. When visiting here, we recommend getting to know Eastport, visiting the Naval Academy, shopping, and eating at the Iron Rooster (order the omelettes and homemade poptarts, can't wait to go back here). We went on one of the boat tours, but enjoyed the much less expensive water taxi just as much. It was a unique experience and a great trip!"

  • A great family home in a quiet location.

"We were a family group of seven: parents, children, partners and grandchild. Shane and Grey's house was perfect for our get together, with plenty of space, including an excellent finished basement where one of us could hang out with the two year old when he woke at 5am. We also took full advantage of the hot tub as soon as the baby was asleep. The neighborhood is quiet; the house is at the end of a cul de sac, overlooking a small creek. The walk downtown to the waterfront takes perhaps 30 minutes. One more important comment is how responsive and helpful Shane and Grey were to us. They asked if we wanted us to leave their Christmas decorations up, or not. They found us a crib for the baby; they posted the baby's forgotten slippers back to us. Recommended!"

  • Perfect group home!

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Annapolis this weekend. Christine was accommodating and had the house in perfect condition upon our arrival. It was super clean and had the perfect amount of sitting space for dinners on the deck and playing cards in the Livingroom. We were 10 people looking to enjoy my birthday weekend. The pool and the hot tub as well as the grill were perfect. It would have been great to have more than one lounge chair poolside but the upright chairs were great. She even left us coolers on the deck. The fridge was cleared so we had plenty of room for cooking all weekend. And we were only 1 mile from downtown! We had a ton of fun. I would highly, highly recommend."
