  • Fun weekend full of Navy Football!

"My family and I met in Annapolis for a wonderful 5-day adventure to see my USNA Youngster play Sprint football. Arriving in Annapolis from various states; Montana, Arizona and Iowa we loved the historic home's charm and close proximity to the Yard and downtown. There was more than enough space in the home for family gathering, cooking and visiting. I loved that we didn't have to worry about on-street parking as the drive had plenty of room for our multiple vehicles. I truly enjoyed the information in the guest book in regards to the history, art and decoration of/within the home. I would be pleased to stay in this home the next visit to Annapolis."

  • This property is amazing for a girls getaway weekend!

"We used this house as the location for a bachelorette party in the middle of January and it was the perfect location! The barn is a very unique experience and has a great open layout to foster a place for a larger group to hang out, play games, eat, drink, relax - whatever you like! Also, we absolutely loved the firepit they had outside. It was the perfect place for us to wind down for the evening with drinks and music around the cozy fire. The house is only about 12-15 mintues from downtown Annapolis, so we were able to get to restaurant and bars very easily. There is also a couple shopping centers (including grocery stores) conveniently located nearby if needed. The only thing to be aware of is that the main house has only 1 bathroom/shower (which are very nice) as noted on the website. (You would need to go outside to the other house to use the additional shower). We had a group that was comfortable with eachother, so it was not an issue! The owner, Jennifer, was extremely reponsive and so nice to deal with throughout the rental/check in/check out process. I would highly recommend this property for your next trip to Annapolis!"

  • Absolutely wonderful!

"Our sailboat racing crew just spent five nights in this lovely home! The open floor layout of the home is excellent for mingling with the group, all rooms are spacious, the wonderfully appointed kitchen lends itself to group meals, the yard and driveway are extremely accommodating and the large front porch lends itself to relaxing! We will definitely hope to stay in this wonderful house the next time we are in Annapolis!!"

"We had an amazing stay on East Street over the Christmas holiday. The house was spotless, cozy and wonderful all rolled into one! We walked each morning to City Dock for coffee (a coffee maker was provided but we decided to try the local spot. Our car was parked once we arrived and we never used it all. The location allowed us to walk one block to the Naval Academy for a tour and then we walked 2 blocks to see the Annapolis State House. Two blocks the other way brought us to Maryland Avenue- where we shopped and ate at Galway Bay. The house has a washer/dryer -which came in handy! We will definitely BE BACK!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!! xoxo"
