  • Fantastic Stay during USNA Grad Week

"This lovely house and property were overwhelmingly approved by all parties who attended our gatherings during 2016 Naval Academy graduation week. We stayed for 5 days and the house accommodated between 5 and 10 people quite comfortably on various nights. Owners Kendyl and Scott were very gracious and accommodating. . The house is a 150' walk to lovely views of the Chesapeake and Bay Bridge and there's even a small beach head where you can relax in chairs provided by the owners. The property itself is uniquely decorated and very warm and cozy. They offered us basically anything we needed. On our grad party night, we had a gathering in the yard of about 18 people comfortably. We loved the coy fish pond and the owners art work and globe collection.. All in all, a wonderful house in a wonderful location. We'd highly recommend it for a getaway or for smaller gatherings during Commissioning Week. Scott and Kendall couldn't be more accommodating."

  • 29 Jeremy's Way

"My family and friends truly enjoy staying at this property. We park our cars and enjoy all of Eastport and Annapolis by foot. 29 Jeremy's Way is always kept in imacullate condition inside and out. It's a wonderful base location for sailing and sightseeing enthusiasts alike. The owner has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. We can't wait to schedule our next trip to Annapolis!"

  • Lovely hostess + comfy bungalow = happy guests!

"Alka is a gracious, warm and attentive hostess. She accommodated us and our (well-trained) dog for a last-minute family Thanksgiving get together. Snacks, bottled water, high-thread count sheets, clean towels and an overall clean house helped make our stay extra comfortable. She personally greeted us upon arrival and responded to any question we had during our stay within minutes. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and comfortably accommodated our family of five adults and one super active toddler. It's conveniently located to the Naval Academy (I highly recommend taking the tour if you haven't already!) and historic Annapolis. There's also a nice walking path and playground within 1/4 mile if you're traveling with kiddos or just want to get out and walk, run, throw a frisbee, etc. There's also a nice-sized backyard for grilling and/or running your toddler around until blessed naptime. All in all a great spot for Annapolis visitors. Thanks, Alka!"

  • Beautiful Home and Great Location

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had a large group visiting the area for a reunion, and had plenty of room for people to sleep to include children. The house was gorgeous and the owner extremely nice and helpful. We were able to walk to Navy's stadium and it was, on average, an $8 Uber ride between the house and downtown. I would absolutely stay here again!"
