  • Cool Historic Home - Great Locationi

"Had a great weekend in this house - the location was perfect for downtown and wandering around Annapolis. Loved the historic feel of the home - especially in the kitchen! The house was clean, very comfortable, and the owner was extremely helpful and nice."

  • Great weekend getaway!

"This house was perfect for our long weekend. Very cute, comfortable, great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do (and eat) in Annapolis, and the fenced back yard was great for the dogs. We definitely would rent this house again. The only negative is that both queen mattresses were too soft for us. We ended up in the bedroom with the twin beds because they were the firmest in the house!"

  • Roomy and convenient

"This house was perfect for a college reunion of six families - 10 adults and 5 children (ages 5-8). It was was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The patio seating area in the fenced backyard gave a nice secluded feeling. And the basement area was a huge hit with the kids. Most importantly, the location was great! It was an easy commute to outdoor activities (kayaking), the metro station to DC, an awesome mall, the Annapolis harbor (including the Naval Academy), and tons of bars and restaurants. The one unanticipated aspect of this house was that it's not what we consider a traditional rental property, but rather the family's main residence. As such, there are a number of personal things around (pictures on walls, stocked pantry, etc.). While we didn't anticipate this, it did not impact us. The house has a wonderful, comfortable feel and is an easy place to relax. The owner was very responsive to questions both before and after the booking. A few weeks before we arrived the owner did contact us to let us know that the development pool was no longer available to renters. This was a little disappointing since it was VERY hot when we were there, but this is not a deal breaker. It's a great house and we would definitely rent again!"

  • Outstanding

"My husband and I were going to Anapolis to assist our daughter and son-in-law with birth of their first child. The house was perfect for all of our needs which included hosting family meals, caring for other two grandchildren and being the central location for our entire family. The house was clean, well stocked with all needed linen, cooking utensils and needed items for entertaining. Sandy was a joy to deal with throughout the entire process. The house fit our needs perfectly. I would return and rent this home again with no hesitation. It is a great town to enjoy a family vacation and the home is perfect for both young and older family members due to bedrooms both up and downstairs. The fenced yard was helpful in keeping an eye on the young children in our group. Anapolis is a very fun town with many free and low cost activities, we especially enjoyed the Children's Museum, the Pirate Excursion and the wonderful puppet show at the county library."
