  • Beautiful little cottage

"We cannot say enough nice things about Rhonda and this cottage. She was easy to get ahold of and flexible with our arrival, as we ran into unexpected traveling issues. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The use of the kayaks was a bonus as well. Rhonda has thought of everything you would need to enjoy a great getaway. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!"

  • We keep coming back!

"We have stayed at this property before and keep coming back because of how comfortable, clean, and inviting it truly is. The owner takes great care in communicating well and providing special touches to this beautiful home. The proximity to USNA and all of the wonderful things happening around Annapolis makes it perfect. This home is unique with historical character and high end bedding & furnishings."

  • Great location!!

"We stayed here for a week - the location is perfect. Just steps away from Main Street and less than 5 minute walk to Gate 1 of USNA. Also diagonally across the street from the rear entrance to Chick & Ruth's - which was nice for take out. John and Christina were wonderful to work with. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and spices. The beds were really comfortable too!! The deck is awesome - a great outdoor space with a cool view of the state building. Would definitely recommend this property to folks looking to be close to USNA, Main Street or the waterfront area. Before we arrived I was a little concerned about two things (1) the parking situation and (2) the stairs to climb since this is located on the 3rd and 4th floors. Honestly neither of those were an issue! Parking was a breeze because the public garage is a block away - really, we could see our car from one of the bedroom windows - that's how close it is. The steps weren't a problem for my family but something to think about if you're traveling with folks who have mobility issues. Overall I can't imagine a better location or more comfortable place to stay. We were visiting our son for Plebe Parents Weekend at the Naval Avademy and walked many times back and forth from this home to gate 1. So easy! We loved our week here and look forward to visiting again!"

  • Perfect group home!

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Annapolis this weekend. Christine was accommodating and had the house in perfect condition upon our arrival. It was super clean and had the perfect amount of sitting space for dinners on the deck and playing cards in the Livingroom. We were 10 people looking to enjoy my birthday weekend. The pool and the hot tub as well as the grill were perfect. It would have been great to have more than one lounge chair poolside but the upright chairs were great. She even left us coolers on the deck. The fridge was cleared so we had plenty of room for cooking all weekend. And we were only 1 mile from downtown! We had a ton of fun. I would highly, highly recommend."
