"We were in Annapolis for the wedding of our daughter in the Chapel at the Naval Academy. There were events at the Chart House, McGarvey's and the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel and all were in walking distance or a very cheap and quick cab or Uber ride. Our group included 6 teenagers and three couples. Everyone loved being in the house. Far superior to being in a hotel room when you have time to kill. The teenagers expressed their appreciation for being able to hang out in comfort. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is plenty of hot water and modern appliances, ample tv's as well as decks and patios to enjoy. We would highly recommend this home for its convenience and comfort."

  • Perfect weekend getaway for a group or family

"We had a group of seven (all friends from college) stay at this residence for three nights and we could not have been happier with the accommodations. The property is somewhat secluded at the end of long driveway that has two other houses on it. The house has five very spacious bedrooms and total of three and half baths. The kitchen is connected to the family room so that people who are cooking do not feel secluded from others in the next room. There is a huge screened in porch on the back looking out towards the water. Not only does it have some furniture to sit on, but there is a large picnic table which can be used for eating meals as well. The dock is quite long and relatively new. Having access to a fire pit was key to our enjoyment of the property. We sat by the fire pit all three nights. There was ample parking. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

  • Women's Dragon Boat Team Weekend

"Our paddling team stayed at the Crows Nest for our Baltimore race at the end of June. We had sixteen women of a variety of ages. We were very excited to find that there were two full kitchens in the house. We found this immensely helpful when trying to store and cook food for such a large group of people. We really enjoyed the double outside sitting areas. The backyard is fenced in with a large deck and additional seating in the grass. The front yard has more seating and dining space with the added plus of overlooking the bay. Many in our group enjoyed sitting on the community dock. The other member of the community were very friendly and accommodating. There is adequate bedding for 14 people inside the house plus a number of pull out couches. The two beds in the gameroom were more suitable for perhaps adolescents or younger adults. The house slept 16 comfortably. Paul was very accommodating. He sent a text to check up on us after our first night.. We would definitely consider staying again!"
