  • Beautiful little cottage

"We cannot say enough nice things about Rhonda and this cottage. She was easy to get ahold of and flexible with our arrival, as we ran into unexpected traveling issues. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The use of the kayaks was a bonus as well. Rhonda has thought of everything you would need to enjoy a great getaway. We had a wonderful time and will be back. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!"

  • Location Location Location!

"This location was perfect, we were a block away from The Naval Academy, Water Taxi, downtown restaurants. We enjoyed the porch in the am, which was the only porch on the Street! The décor was elegant, comfortable and clean. There were large 2 bedrooms on second floor and one large bedroom, with a window seat & love seat, on the third floor. The second and third floor had a bathroom. The house is cooled by window units on each floor, not central air.The third floor unit was not able to cool the bedroom sufficiently, the other two floors were fine. I want to note,we traveled during a period of extreme heat. The kitchen was small but high end and efficient but we ate all meals in the area restaurants. The crab cakes were amazing! The owner, Julie was accessible via cell phone and attentive. We enjoyed our visit and I hope to come back to this property again."

  • Just what we were looking for.

"We were looking for a large home that could accommodate the overflow of family members gathering at my daughter's home for the holiday in nearby Annapolis. The well-supplied kitchen and large dining area was perfect for preparing family meals and entertaining local friends. The house was particularly well-suited for all age groups with a lower level where the teens could gather and an open main level where the cooks could enjoy the view and the guests while busy in the kitchen. There are many "extras" available like an adjustable bed in the master suite and a huge master bath as well as high end appliances and a super outdoor grill. There were even reading glasses on hand for those who may have forgotten theirs. The light-colored upholstery was lovely but could be a bit of a challenge with young children. With winter weather conditions, an area rug at the main entrance along with larger baskets for footwear would help protect the wood floor. Management was very attentive and readily availble though we had no need to contact them. We would definately re-book for similar gatherings in the future."

  • Peaceful Retreat

"The cottage was perfect, even in the winter when it was too cold to take advantage of many of the outdoor activities. It was peaceful, with great views of the boats. The cottage was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, fun games for the kids. Location was convenient (assuming you have a car) with a grocery store just up the road and a few miles from old town. We would love to come back in the summer when we can swim and play outside!"
