  • Best VRBO EVER!!

"Awesome property in a great location! Owners have thought of everything to make your stay in the Annapolis area prefect. Walk to everything and if you bring a car (tho you don't need one) parking a breeze! Beautifully decoratated and spacious. Many great eateries, galleries and entertainment options within a couple of blocks. Make sure to go to Miss Shirley's Cafe for breakfast! Thank you Julie for an outstanding VRBO experience!"

  • Warm Cozy Home within short walking distance of USNA & State Street

"My family consisting of four people spent 4 nights in this charming place. Our son plays football for Navy and we were in town for the Army Navy game. While the game didn't come out the way we hoped (that will change next year), it was nice to bring our son to a house and be able to relax. Including him, we had 5 people for 24 hours and had plenty of room. This was so much nicer than a hotel and its proximity to downtown and the USNA is awesome. As stated in many reviews, the house is exactly as depicted in the photos. The first floor is spacious with new kitchen appliances, a small fireplace/stove, and was decorated for Christmas. Very nice with room to spread out. There is also a half bath and the couch makes out into a bed. Upstairs, though older looking has two bedrooms with three beds. A queen in the master bedroom, and a double and single bed in the second bedroom. There is also a full bath/shower. Be aware if you are tall that the upstairs ceiling and door frames are low. At 6'3" i managed to only bang my head once. The owner furnishes parking passes but finding a parking space was very challenging. If possible, renting a smaller size vehicle would help. Since we had a lot of luggage we rented a Ford Explorer and were only able to park in front of the residence one night. There is a parking garage about a 10 minute walk away that charges $20 for overnight parking. This is where we had to park 3 of the 4 nights. Having said this, I think anyone who is familiar with the streets near downtown Annapolis would't be surprised this could happen. It is certainly not a deal breaker. Overall, I would highly recommend the house. As stated above, it so much nicer and accommodating for spending time together than a hotel. The owners were accessible and great to work with. Five Stars!!!"

  • Perfect for Exploring Annapolis

"We were visiting Annapolis with friends as part of our Army Navy Football weekend and this place was the perfect home base. We were able to walk to several restaurants, downtown Annapolis, and nightlife. It was also great to have a bathroom in each bedroom which made it ideal for three couples. If you have been in Annapolis you would also know that parking can be nightmarish! Having underground parking was a pleasant bonus with this wonderful property. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a top-notch stay in Annapolis!"

  • Nice bedroom & bathroom in a quiet clean home, 10 mins from the USNA. Friendly family.

"We were looking for a nice place to stay not too far from the Naval Academy. Jean & Joe provided it! Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Room includes mini-fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, wine fridge, fan, hair dryer, comfortable bed, TV. Jean and Joe live in the home, but we hardly saw them. Very nice people that communicated promptly with us and made us very welcome in their home."
