  • Excellent, best stay yet.

"We've rented many cottages before--including California and Italy and this was the best yet. Everything about this place was just perfect. Super clean, beautiful home, quality furnishings, professionally decorated, comfy. Ideal location. Great quiet neighborhood with parking in front. We loved the comfy porch and garden area. I even loved the full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. The hosts are friendly and gracious, yet everything was handled with ease and professionalism, that we appreciated even more based on our experiences with renting cottages in general. Eastport is an ideal location for visiting downtown Annapolis and there many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. We just got back---but already thinking returning to this beautiful home for our next visit!. Highly recommended."

  • Warm and inviting retreat

"We were looking for a place to stay in Annapolis in order to visit with our Midshipman and extended family in the area. The pictures on the website do it justice. It is open and warm and wonderful for families big and small! There is room to spread out with beautiful bathrooms for each bedroom. The bedroom off the kitchen was perfect for our elderly mother because she didn't have to use the stairs and it was equipt with handicapped bars in the shower. The backyard is beautiful. We were there in the fall and we had bikes to use, but with the cozy fireplace we chose to sit and read. I am an avid baker and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my large family. It really exceeded our expectations. I felt as if I was home. It was truly a great place!! We have already planned our get together for next year! (PS. Debbie knew that we were without a car one day she picked up dinner that we ordered and brought it to us!) She will go beyond the call! Plus, she's a lab lover, so I knew she was good person:)"

  • An Annapolis Oasis

"Erin and Quinn are amazing hosts, and if you book this place you are so lucky to stay in their home. With beautiful hardwood floors, generous kitchen and bar space and huge windows in every room, this home is truly an Annapolis wonder. They have thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. My friends and I loved the space during our night stay and we can't recommend it enough!"

  • Anniversary trip

"My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Although it took a bit to adjust to the confined spaces on the boat, we had a great time. Being able to sit on the deck to relax, read and eat meals, made it so much better than staying in a hotel room. The views were great and we were entertained by the activities of the small marina. The nights were very quiet, even on the weekends, and we were lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of the boat. We appreciated being able to use the marina's facilities for showering, so we didn't have to navigate the small shower on the boat. We loved touring and dining in Annapolis, then retreating to the boat in Eastport, a 1 mile walk. When we weren't up to the walk, we took a water or bike taxi - which were also great experiences. When visiting here, we recommend getting to know Eastport, visiting the Naval Academy, shopping, and eating at the Iron Rooster (order the omelettes and homemade poptarts, can't wait to go back here). We went on one of the boat tours, but enjoyed the much less expensive water taxi just as much. It was a unique experience and a great trip!"
