  • Anniversary trip

"My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Although it took a bit to adjust to the confined spaces on the boat, we had a great time. Being able to sit on the deck to relax, read and eat meals, made it so much better than staying in a hotel room. The views were great and we were entertained by the activities of the small marina. The nights were very quiet, even on the weekends, and we were lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of the boat. We appreciated being able to use the marina's facilities for showering, so we didn't have to navigate the small shower on the boat. We loved touring and dining in Annapolis, then retreating to the boat in Eastport, a 1 mile walk. When we weren't up to the walk, we took a water or bike taxi - which were also great experiences. When visiting here, we recommend getting to know Eastport, visiting the Naval Academy, shopping, and eating at the Iron Rooster (order the omelettes and homemade poptarts, can't wait to go back here). We went on one of the boat tours, but enjoyed the much less expensive water taxi just as much. It was a unique experience and a great trip!"

  • Beautiful, Spacious Home; Great Location and Owner!

"I cannot recommend this house enough, especially if you have a larger group. We stayed with a few units of my extended family for a wedding nearby. It easily accommodated 4 couples in separate rooms with space for kids on pull-out couches or in pack-n-plays (bring your own, of course) in sitting areas. The photos frankly don't do the gorgeous master suite justice, and the bedroom on the third floor has a large living area outside of it with couches and a futon. The house is an easy 5-10 minute walk to most things you'd want to do around downtown Annapolis, and is throwing-distance from a dock if you'd like to take the water taxi back from City Dock (as we did). Street parking for our extra cars (one garage spot is included) was easier than you'd expect for downtown Annapolis. Also, the owner was tremendously friendly and responsive in dealing with our many questions and requests--both before and throughout our stay--and accommodating to our schedules as well. She even provided many toys for the kids to play with!"

  • Amazing boat. Robert was nothing less than extremely welcoming and helpful.

"Beautiful boat. Great rum. Staying at City Dock was awesome. You can park your car and forget it for the weekend. Must do if you are traveling to Annapolis."

  • Perfect group home!

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Annapolis this weekend. Christine was accommodating and had the house in perfect condition upon our arrival. It was super clean and had the perfect amount of sitting space for dinners on the deck and playing cards in the Livingroom. We were 10 people looking to enjoy my birthday weekend. The pool and the hot tub as well as the grill were perfect. It would have been great to have more than one lounge chair poolside but the upright chairs were great. She even left us coolers on the deck. The fridge was cleared so we had plenty of room for cooking all weekend. And we were only 1 mile from downtown! We had a ton of fun. I would highly, highly recommend."
