  • Quint house with plenty of charicature, close to all venues in Annapolis

"Had a great week-end. 3 couples and 1 child, plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. House needs some sprucing up both inside and out, but it was very comfortable and relaxing! Enjoyed it so much that we'll be returning in November. The owner was very helpful and accessible!"

  • Beautiful Home with a Breathtaking View

"We had a wonderful time staying at Boone Dock. The house was clean and well-appointed. We sailed our boat up the Severn and moored it just as you see the boat in the picture. Sailing on the Severn was wonderful during the week. We practically had the whole section of the river to ourselves. We rented the two kayaks and had fun paddling them around. My husband and youngest son enjoyed fishing off the private beach. Our son was ecstatic that he caught 6 white perch (at least that's what we think they were). All three of our children loved having their own rooms. All the rooms were comfortable and the master bedroom was beautiful. Our favorite spot in the house was the breakfast nook (at least that's what I called it). The view from the house was amazing, especially at sunset. The location of the house was perfect for us. We visited DC, the Udvar-Hazy Center, Mt. Vernon and two local malls with unique games that our older son enjoys playing. There was something for everyone. Communication with Shawn was easy. It was the perfect getaway for all of us. We highly recommend staying here."

  • Anniversary trip

"My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. Although it took a bit to adjust to the confined spaces on the boat, we had a great time. Being able to sit on the deck to relax, read and eat meals, made it so much better than staying in a hotel room. The views were great and we were entertained by the activities of the small marina. The nights were very quiet, even on the weekends, and we were lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of the boat. We appreciated being able to use the marina's facilities for showering, so we didn't have to navigate the small shower on the boat. We loved touring and dining in Annapolis, then retreating to the boat in Eastport, a 1 mile walk. When we weren't up to the walk, we took a water or bike taxi - which were also great experiences. When visiting here, we recommend getting to know Eastport, visiting the Naval Academy, shopping, and eating at the Iron Rooster (order the omelettes and homemade poptarts, can't wait to go back here). We went on one of the boat tours, but enjoyed the much less expensive water taxi just as much. It was a unique experience and a great trip!"

  • Great stay.

"We had a nice stay. House was perfect for what we wanted - to be close to USNA but not in downtown. We would definitely stay again."
