  • Great value, decent stay

"The property itself is large, resulting in a moderately far walk to the condo itself. SeaWatch is an older community, and during our stay, knowing it's not prime season for OC, it was a ghost town. The people we did see were older, retired types. Teresa, the owner is a pleasure to work with and sent all of our arrival needs to my house prior to our trip. She described where everything was and what was/not included in our rental. Condo: Considering the price we paid, it was very good. The room layout is fine, the balcony large, the amenities in working order...etc. This is NOT a luxury condo, and it's not touted to be. The bed and bathrooms are older, the appliances worked and the kitchen stocked. Pros: Price, location, nice balcony/view, property amenities Cons: Old-ish, main shower didn't drain well, heater/thermostat required some playing with the battery holder to get it to barely work, boring community I stayed here with 3 other guys on a golf trip so this easily met our needs. We didn't cook and basically used the place to relax at night and sleep...waking up early to play golf. Since no one really comes to OC to stay in their room, this should fit most needs. This would be a five star review (not a five star property) had it not been for the small inconveniences listed above. Would I stay again at the nightly rate I payed...of course I would!"

  • Lovely Family Vacation Destination

"The Unit We traveled with our 1 year old daughter, 2 year old son and my parents. My folks took the front room - furnished with a king bed, private bath (shower) and balcony access. We took the 2nd bedroom, furnished with a queen and enough room for the pack n' play) and had my son sleep in the 3rd room with 2 twins and we split the hall bath with tub. It was very nice that everyone had their own space! The unit was very clean, the blankets and pillows were very nice quality and clean. The patio furniture was very nice - the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, the furniture was stylish, comfortable and clean. The air-conditioning & wi-fi worked flawlessly and the owner (Teresa) was very responsive to all my questions beforehand. The end unit at first impression felt too close to the busy street and the parking lot - and I would have preferred a unit closer to the front of the building - however, by the end of the week, I realized that the extra balcony (unique to this unit) was a huge benefit as it allowed a safe and out of the way place to keep sandy beach toys, towels, tents, strollers, carts and shoes - so that the condo stayed sand-free and the back balcony could be used for dining instead of storage. There are alot of outdoor balcony railings that made everyone nervous that little kids could fall through - I noticed netting on some other units, and think that would make everyone feel safer - but of course, that would only be an issue for families with small kids. The Building The building cannot be beat for families - it has everything you could need...and we did it all! Indoor pool, kiddie pool & big pool, direct beach access and showers, beach umbrella/chair rental & set-up, deli/ice cream shop, movie theater, easy unload area with luggage carts - and easily walkable to a dollar store (for sand toys that take up so much room in the car!) a rite-aid (for emergency bandaids and extra sunscreen), a liquor store and a bunch of other shops. We loved too, that the grocery was nearby as was a donut shop! The Area You could say a bit "east coast beach-tacky", we say...exciting, fun, casual and LOTS TO DO!! You could visit every year and always have new things to do - favorites include: Boardwalk & Trimpers Amusement Park, great for families. All in all - we we're thrilled with our stay and very pleased with the accommodations. We'd love to go back!"

  • Great condo

"We stayed here during July 4th week. This was our first time to Ocean City. The location is amazing! Condo is at 115th street and away from all the business of the boardwalk area which was nice. View of beach and fireworks were able to be seen from balcony on the 18th floor. Great location! Grocery store across street for immediate needs! The condo is immaculate and well maintained. The amenities for the kids were fantastic! (Indoor pool, outdoor pool, movie theater, arcade). The owners were fantastic about communication and answering any questions we had. Our family had a wonderful time and definitely would stay here again!!"

  • Amazing Stay regardless of unforeseen weather

"My family and friends were expecting a great time. And unfortunately the weather was horrible and with the threat of a hurricane we thought our stay was gonna be cut short. It wasn't. We went around to local food joints and bars. Relaxed back at the condo and enjoyed every last min of it. We had about 12 people but only 10 ended up coming and it was still more that enough space for everyone to relax unwind and jus enjoy each other's company. I honestly wish my stay was longer. The view from the 19th-20th floor on the balcony bedroom side was amazing and gorgeous. Beach view. Definitely booking again come springtime 2016."
