  • Close to the beach and clean. Some interiors run down but not bad for beach rental

  • Wonderful Week on St. John

"This is a gorgeous villa with a great location. We snorkeled at a different beach each day of our stay and had perfect weather. Our favorite snorkeling was at Waterlemon and Honeymoon, each requiring about a mile hike in. We were close to town (maybe 10 minute drive) for dinner or supplies and enjoyed cooking at the villa. (Try the shrimp at the Beach Bar in downtown Cruz Bay.) Morning sunrises and evening sunsets were both beautiful from the deck. We enjoyed staying with another couple but with separated sleeping quarters. Lots of living space for relaxing and chatting. Property manager was prompt and courteous with helpful suggestions and some snacks upon our arrival. The place was super clean! Our experiences on the island were outstanding with everyone so friendly and laid back."

  • A great place for three friends to decompress from stressful jobs.

"Very relaxing week. The townhouse is clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Close enough to beach but didn't feel crowded. It is close to attractions I enjoy. Spent hours on the back deck relaxing with my friends. Ashlee and Matt are friendly and very easy to work with. Thanks guys. John P."

  • Our OC, MD Getaway

"Our family was a guest in the Goodman condo at the end of Sept. 2016. My father in his 90's accompanied us. He walks short distances. The condo was easy for him to get around. The step in tub served him well with his physical limitations. With the condo being beachfront, we bundled him up and he sat on the balcony and could enjoy the sunrise over the ocean with us:) We all thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. Also, the sunset over the bay is spectacular! We reserved a beach wheelchair and dad could enjoy the beach with us. We had a total of 5 adults in the condo during the week and found we had ample room. We all agreed that probably 6 adults max would be appropriate for the condo. For a mix of adults & children you could probably get away with 8 individuals. Should your plans include using the den area for sleeping be aware that this area of the condo is very noisy. We have visited OC many times and visited some restaurants with which we are familiar and do enjoy. There are also good recommendations provided by the owners. We did experience what we were told was an historic storm in the area at the end of of our stay. We don't control the weather so if you can't go on the beach you just find alternatives. There are games on site and we played some games in the condo. We would like to commend the security staff of the Plaza. Many times when we came down to exit, if there was a security staff member present, they would open the door for us to exit with the wheelchair. One we would like to mention by name is Franklin. He was extremely courteous and offered us suggestions on how to get dad on the beach. We would stay in this condo again. We were pleased with the response from the condo owners and the extra tidbits offered by Joan. Would recommend you have your own source for internet service. When we inquired about the rental, the sales rep did not even recommend we get it stating it is poor service. That is something the Plaza should look in to and fix. In today's world, everyone wants to be connected (and reliably)! Overall, a very nice stay."
