  • Outstanding Lakefront Property on Maryland Eastern Shore

"Every year, my wife, our three kids, their spouses, and their children gather together in a new location for an extended family get together. We were so blessed to have come upon this property. Beautiful property. Two stories which just flowed so nicely for our needs. Lots of land. Lakefront accss. Access to a farm and pool (the grandkids loved it). Just a wonderful, wonderful experience. And the people? Couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful! We give this our highest recommendation; it was a genuinely great experience, well worth the cost."

  • Warm cozy beach house

"Donna & Her husband could not have been nicer or more thoughtful. House is very well equipped and very clean. Everything a weekender would want to have at hand, including corn hole and bikes! Really fun location with Kentmorr Crab house across the street."

  • Perfect!

"This is one of the nicest apartments we've rented. Absolutely perfect location, walking distance to everything. It's a lovely house that's been restored with care. We are a family with four children: kids had the upstairs with their own bathroom, and we had the downstairs bedroom, plenty of room and privacy for everyone--this would also work out very well for two couples traveling together. Marlys was lovely, it was clear she has put a good deal of thought into what would make things easier for a traveler. There was soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need (I bought eggs and then thought oh no, what will I cook them with? and then I discovered there was not only oil but also a stick of butter--perfect!), washing machine with detergent, dishwasher with soap--it was like being at home, IF our home were prettier and cleaner! And the garden is beautiful, I wish we had had more time to just sit and enjoy! So much nicer than staying in a hotel! When we come back to Annapolis, we will definitely try to stay here again!"

  • Beautiful Waterfront Property

"We rented the house for a football weekend in Annapolis for our family of four. The listing was accurate and the house shows very well. Two bedrooms and one bath upstairs as well as a family room with TV and computer. Downstairs is a huge living room with windows looking out on to the water, half bath, master suite, separate dining room. The living room opens onto a large deck. A basement opens out into the backyard. This home has a ton of outdoor space perfect for entertaining a large group. The house is near the Naval Academy Golf Course - away from the bustle of downtown on big Annapolis weekends, but close enough to easily enjoy all of the amenities offered in downtown Annapolis. The home is situated on the water down a long gravel drive. Very quiet and secluded with a lot of outdoor space for entertaining. The owners were responsive and flexible throughout the booking process and our arrival at the property occurred seamlessly and without issue. I would not hesitate to book this home again and fully intend on making it my first option for my next weekend away with family!"
