  • Fantastic family retreat!

"We booked Brannock Bay for a combination 60th birthday and 30th wedding anniversary for our step dad/parents and we couldn't have been more pleased. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was out on the water and not to mention the amazing sunsets! In 40 years, I don't remember my mother ever not wanting to get OUT of a pool before, but she loved the pool (we all did!). We had been going to the Jersey Shore for as long as I can remember, and this was such a nice change of pace away from the crowds. Definitely recommend!"

  • Nice weekend stay

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage and the convenience to the water on our morning stroll. There was food left in the refrigerator I guess from a previous guest. But I was hesitant to use it as it was already opened. There was no soap for the showers. I had to use the liquid hand soap until I could get to a store. But the house was clean and the beds comfortable."

  • Incredible and unique experience!

"We had the best experience you can possibly imagine. We travel extensively as a family and we have done many interesting things during our travels, but this will rank up there as one of the more unique experiences we have ever had the pleasure of sharing together. To spend the day and night on this beautiful yacht with my wife, two sons and daughter-in-law was truly a pleasure we will never forget. Tim, his wife and their son were gracious hosts who made us feel very welcome and we are very grateful to them for making this such a memorable time for all of us. We cruised to Annapolis in about two and half hours, docked there for the afternoon and then cruised back to the marina. It was a perfect day on the water with numerous options to lounge around on the different levels of the yacht and Annapolis was fun to visit as well. Tim and his son made sure we were comfortable with everything before they left us for the night, which began with a great meal of steak and lobster using the yacht's kitchen that had everything you could possibly want. We had to keep reminding ourselves we were on a boat and not on land! The spacious living room area made for a great place to spend the evening and then we relaxed on the upper deck at night enjoying the picturesque sunset as it gleamed over the tall masts of the sailboats anchored all around us. The three bedrooms were large and each had it's own bathroom and shower making for a very comfortable night's sleep. All the areas were exceptionally well appointed with beautiful woodwork throughout the yacht. Great time...relaxing, unique, affordable, and we definitely highly recommend "The Mothership"! Thanks Tim! Rich"
