    "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrated my birthday weekend here. Checked in on a Friday and checked out on a Sunday. A couple of problems came up during the weekend: 1) Gas grill outside is kept pretty greasy and dirty. Had to do some serious cleaning when I first got there. The scraper/steel wool was also almost completely clogged so it was a bit useful but the final cleaning had to be done with balled up aluminum foil. 2) Gas grill had some burners that weren't working. It's hard to grill up burgers and hotdogs for 9 people when you can only grill 4 burgers at a time 3) Ants. Crawling on the kitchen counter. I cleaned them up when i first arrived and i thought that would be the end of it because there were ant traps but the ants came back. The ant traps were basically full of dead ants so I doubt they were working much. 4) Mice. We were eating dinner one night and a mouse went running across the hall and under the fridge...not cool. We kept the front door closed and all the screens shut. We packed everything up in plastic bags and put everything in the fridge Why didn't I give fewer stars? Because the staff was awesome and responsive. When we had an issue with the ants and the microwave not working. They sent a guy over within the hour. He gave us another microwave and swapped out the ant traps. No ants after this. When the mouse went scurrying by at 10 at night, I called the front office emergency number and they sent someone over to set up traps. No more mouse problems. It was a field mouse so i doubt they have a regular mouse problem but existing traps would have probably prevented this. Problems can always come up but it's customer service that can make or break a trip. Some things I wish they would have taken care of before we came (grill, ants, microwave, mouse traps), but their response was professional and excellent. If you rent from them, I would say check the house thoroughly as soon as you get there and give them a call. They WILL take car"
