  • A wonderful family week by the beautiful Lake Buel

"As a British Family of 4 travelling in the USA, our stay at the Lakehouse was voted the highlight by parents and teenage kids alike! The lakeside position is so beautiful and every consideration to make a fabulous stay has been thought of in the hosts' wonderful home."

  • Great house in a great location!

"This house is in a great location. There are many board games to play. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the back porch makes disconnecting from reality a breeze. The house was stocked with many necessities that makes traveling much lighter. The owners are very friendly and were great. Even stopped by to empty out trash for us. I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the area!"

  • Stunning home

"Just finished a week with my husband and teenage sons in this lovely Berkshires home. Gorgeous views from each and every window. Decorated with contemporary aesthetic art work, comfortable furnishings, lovely bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Used the outdoor grill and fire pit which were both nicely supplied with all the necessary materials. Easy accessibility to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Lenox and all our favorite swimming places. One of the nicest summer homes we have ever rented."

  • Great cottage for a few days in the Berkshire

"Our family with our two little dogs spent a few days in this cottage. It is perfectly located, close to the Norman Rockwell museum and Pittsfield. We had a great time in Ramblewild (if one is not afraid of heights...), used the kayaks on the lake (my husband went fishing every day), swam in the warm lake and walked our dogs every day. The cottage was perfect for a small family, we could BBQ and enjoy the beautiful nights on the patio, and it was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a few days, with grocery stores very close. Only one issue, the fan over the stove did not work and set-up the fire alarm. The owner will look into fixing this issue... We could hear the train once in a while, but it did not bother us at all, even at night (I think the train did not come every night, or I do not remember). Just a warning for this time of year: do not forget to bring Bugs-Off!!!! We got bitten by mosquitoes our last night! Overall, a great experience that gives us the desire to go back to the Berkshires."
