  • Beautiful property!

"A group of 5 couples stayed at Rich's place over MLK weeekend. It was great! Everyone was so impressed with the house. It was spacious and you could tell that the owners didn't skimp on anything.. Viking appliances, Kohler sinks, the list goes on and on. There were many areas to hang out including the living room with fire place, downstairs game room, plus upstairs loft! We also thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! The conditions on Bousquet and Jiminy weren't great this weekend, but it didn't matter since we enjoyed being in the house so much!! A great house for any group, big or small. There were so many personal touches as well, an extremely informative welcome guide full of restaurant and activity ideas and a homemade jar of granola with a note when we arrived. If you're visiting the Berkshires, this house is a must!"

  • Two big thumbs up and as Arnold says "I'll be back!"

"Wonderful rustic mid century modern. My wife and I stayed here only 4 nights on our month vacation around New England, but we should have stayed longer. The house is kinda cool, a little bit Frank Lloyd Wrightish and country chic. The kitchen and dining area is on a second floor landing, which is open, has a prairie style built in seating area and a good stereo set up. Just plug in your ipod and enjoy. Mike also has a good collection of vinyl from the 70's, plus and we rocked to several of those. No one around to bother so you can play your music without fear of annoying the neighbor. It is quiet, peaceful and private. The back deck is up high, faces the woods and a good spot to watch the birds and squirrels while having your coffee and breakfast. The kitchen has all the utensils to cook and the appliances are all new, but are retro 50's style. A true mid century modern touch. The downstairs king bed is good quality and didn't hurt this old guys back and the en suite bathroom with shower is new and modern. The living room was a good place to watch the new large TV where we enjoyed most evenings and thought we'd enjoyed Thursday night football, but the Pats literally demolished the Texans. That was a bummer but the view was great. Used the hot tub each evening, cooked on the outdoor grill and did some napping in the hammock. All perfect. Took a long walk every day up to the Mass Audubon and hiked. A great spot to enjoy nature- 15 minute walk up a country road from the house. Have VRBOed(verb) for 20 years and this one easily breaks into our top 10 (stiff competition folks). Price is good value. The place was very clean and is better than advertised. Mike was flexible and easy to deal with. Returned our deposit in record time. Don't think twice about this one. Charlie and Cindy"

  • Great ski trip with kids

"Loved: the pool, having bedrooms, the kitchen full of supplies, proximity to skiing, friendly staff Could be improved: it is a challenge to get from rooms further from the lobby to the mountain, water pressure in the shower, the walls are really thin and we could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms"

  • Overall very satisfied with the clean, fully equipped kitchen, very spacious apartment.

"This is our second time staying at the Blonde apartment and we loved it even more because our friends were able to stay with us too. Tom was so accommodating because we had 7 people; 4 adults and 3 kids. The apartment was very spacious with a king bed and 2 pull out sleepers. We were greeted with a fruit bowl, all the appliances that we needed in the kitchen and toiletries. The house is conveniently located less than a mile from the ski slopes and the night view of the slopes from the house is just amazing. We'll definitely stay here again! Thank you Tom!"
