  • An amazing time, was had! Planning another getaway!

"There are not enough characters available to write up all the wonderful features and benefits we reaped because of our stay. We ended each evening with a fire in the pit, day 1 we mostly stayed around the rental, and getting "moved in", day 2 droves the jacob's ladder byway, day 3 visited Easthampton, and enjoyed gathering ideas of other destinations we wanted to visit in the Berkshires on more to be arranged stays... day 4 did a little fishing locally, visiting some beach spots in Sherwood Forest then headed for our home. Donna has thought of everything in her cozy home, we absolutely had a super amazing time, being this was our first time we over packed.... so looking forward to doing this again. Absolutely LOVED the fact the neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. I have nothing but good things to say of 48 King Arthur drive."

  • Home Run !

"Our only complaint was the wedding weekend went by too fast, other than that it's the best house in a great location for a big gathering. We had 2 families staying at the house, another family lives in the area and another stayed in Lenox. Great house with lots of room to spread out. We're already planning our next gathering but we'll be sure to add a couple more days so we can relax and enjoy all the house and area has to offer. Thank you. A Whitehouse"

  • Had a great family vacation here

"Our multi-generational family of 9 stayed here for a week. Our 3 kids are ages 1-7. Had a great time. The house was a perfect size for us. Thought we might have someone sleeping in the den, but there was enough room in the bedrooms for us. Having this many recently renovated baths and a high end kitchen with a couple of sinks was great. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The park with a playground, swings, and basketball courts across the street was a huge plus. Backyard and driveway were big enough for kids to have fun there too. Christina was very helpful and flexible. She and the owner are definitely part of the neighborhood and community, so did really have feel of staying in someone's home. Neighborhood is small, but had some worthwhile restaurants, and we were in other towns a fair bit. I'm guessing that we went at the least picturesque time of year, trees still bare, but we had great weather and it was nice to drive and walk along the rivers, farms, and small towns. Museums and other touristy sites were open, but not crowded which made taking the kids much easier. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this home and coming back from our day trips to a normal neighborhood as a way to get to know the area."

  • Peaceful and inspiring

"I came to visit with my daughter who lives nearby. I am an artist and my main inspiration comes from the sights and sounds found in nature. I am a city dweller because it is convenient for me as I am nearing my twilight years. I found the cabin in the woods restful and cozy. My daughter and I spent time together talking in the open space and sunlight of the main living area. I also spent time alone, walking the property and sketching the woods and the stream near by. I recommend this property as a get away and a place to contemplate and rejuvenate. Ellen Mills Providence, Rhode Island"
