  • Great location at an affordable price

"We spent a week at the cottage, a married couple with a very young child. You can't beat the price and location for Cape Cod and beyond being within such close proximity to the beach, the location was very centrally located for exploring the Cape. The house had everything we needed except for a bathtub so we brought a blowup tub for the baby which we used in the outdoor shower. Also note that the place is small so if you do not plan on privacy between the two bedrooms. The beach was idyllic and we appreciated the caddy at the home which made the very short trip to the beach easy. The beach was especially great for the youngins... at low tide there was plenty of space for the kiddo to sit on the soft sand for the first time! The owner was wonderful and very responsive to any questions prior to our travel."

  • Loved staying in a real brownstone in Boston!

"We stayed with our two kids (15 and 13) at the Apple of Boston in July. We had a wonderful time. It was close to everything. It was quaint, comfortable, safe and clean. It had an extra mattress, so our kids didn't have to share the foldout sofa bed (a plus). It had a washer a dryer too. It was so wonderful not to have to come home from vacation with a ton of dirty clothes. It says it is a B&B, but breakfast is not provided. We didn't mind that at all. We went to a corner market and got cereal and pastries. We were happy not to have to feel like we needed to sit down for a long morning meal, so we could spend more time sightseeing. We would stay at the Apple again in a heartbeat."

  • A different side of Boston

"My wife and I are from Boston, now living in Florida. We wanted to rent in the north end of Boston to be able to walk to all the attractions instead of taking the commuter train from our neighborhood. The location of the condo is fantastic. In between Salm Street and Hanover Street, you are able to walk anywhere in the city. Don't let climbing the stairs scare you away from this unit. This unit is spotless, well equipped and with a great bed after walking all day. With the waterfront, restaurants, Quincy Market, Aquarium, Old Ironsides and Newberry Street, and Freedom Trail so close, there is always something to do. Carlos & Cheryl made renting with them so easy and their directions for someone visiting the city were spot on. Thanks again for the enjoyable wwek"

  • Wedding Reunion

"Our family feels so fortunate to have found this beautiful property! My sister was married in early June followed by a gathering in Chatham for a special family reunion. My parents were able to somewhat relax before the wedding, and REALLY relax afterward, reminiscing with extended family from all over the country! Our family really appreciates good food, wine, laughter and comfort. This home fit the bill perfectly! We felt blessed with the beautiful wedding, the well-equipped accommodations - and the weather! Highly recommended!"
