  • Perfect little gem in Chatham!

"Our family fell in love with Chatham and Matt's house, it was the perfect home for our week in the Cape! The house is spacious, with tons of common spaces for family dinners and game nights. The bedrooms are well situated and very comfortable. It was really hot when we stayed here, but the house stays cool even during the days because of how close it is to the ocean. We loved the breezes and had to close the windows at night (classic Cape Cod where it gets chilly at night even in the peak of summer). We also loved the outdoor shower and the grill. As far as location goes, it was ideal: we liked being a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham but away from the busy (almost chaotic) feeling in town when it's peak season. There's a few quaint, cute restaurants in the area and Stop & Shop is just a few minutes away. Forest Beach is great because it has very few parking spaces, leaving it mostly for the neighborhood. I also liked that we could see it from the house and walk there in a few minutes. Definitely coming back with my family next summer, thanks again Matt!"

  • Perfection!

"Spent 5 days in this lovely home for a great Cape Cod vacation. Amanda and Seth's home was spotless! And so convenient to the beach, shopping, and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard was literally steps away! We slept peacefully on this quiet street. The beds were so comfortable! We can't wait to stay there again. Hopefully make it an annual family retreat!"

  • Weekend Getaway

"We just got back from a wonderful weekend at the Sea Captain's Home. The apartment was much bigger than we expected. We had a bedroom, kitchen and sweet seating/TV room as well as another bedroom in which to roam around. The ceilings were low - but tall enough to accommodate my 6'1" husband. Although our family has vacationed in the West Falmouth area for over 20 years, Anne was able to give us some points of interest that we had previously missed. The location is perfect - within walking distance of the Shining Seas Bikeway; a short distance to Chapoquoit Beach; the fabulous West Falmouth Market is a few doors down and next door is the West Falmouth Library. Anne is a delightful hostess who is eager to share her love of Cape Cod with all. I would definitely recommend staying with her and would love to make a return trip."

  • Anniversary at the Cape

"The house is nicely situated near two beaches and has a large yard for children to play in. It is also in a very quiet area with little to no traffic. The house itself has a well stocked kitchen, outside gas grill, and dining room that easily fitted our 7."
