  • weekend away with elderly parents

"brought my parents to the cape for fall weekend, was gorgeous seeing the fog off the pond in the morning! Our vacation rental was very nicely appointed with a new kitchen, fantastic deck and grill. Got in a late season swim in the pond too!"

  • Just perfect for our family of three

"We loved this cottage. It was just as we needed after a hectic week in Washington, NY and Boston and suited us, as a family of three, perfectly. Was pleasantly surprised at all the extras that I wasn't expecting (iron etc). Location was great, close to good coffee (Snowy Owl), bagels (Momma's) and muffins (bake shop across from Momma's) as well as the book store and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A perfect holiday. We hope to be back."

  • A Great Week on the Cape!

"The location of the house is fabulous. It is a short walk down to the pond where there is a nice private beach area. Very pleasant and never crowded. The bike path is very close by and popping over to Cobie's for ice cream was fun. We were six adults and four tweens/teens. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone to be comfortable. The house was clean and clearly well cared for. Loved the outdoor shower. The big dining room table was fabulous to have group meals. The only downside I can think of is that seating on the deck and in the living room was a bit limited. More seating in the living room or another area with comfy chairs to sit and read would improve the property. Brewster highlights - walking the tidal flats at low tide and getting croissants and Brewster buns from Eat Cake for Breakfast. I would definitely return to this house and I would recommend it to friends."

  • Secluded Gem

"Lovely week at this bright, spacious, and well-equipped cottage. My husband and I drove and walked by countless other vacation rentals as we explored the Cape, but none appealed more than "Outback." It's located on a beautifully landscaped property - a virtual botanical garden. Ann and Peter are welcoming, accommodating and shared some great recommendations with us. A wonderful choice!"
