  • Loved the property

"We truly loved the house and were very impressed with how clean it was. The only thing I would change would be the 2 couches. We found them much to soft. However, having said that, we would not hesitate to stay there in the future. It was one of the best rentals I have ever had."

  • Amazing House in Great Location

"We had never been to the Cape before and this was the perfect getaway. Our family of four plus my sister's +3 all spent a relaxing, wonderful week in this tucked away paradise. Easy access to bay beaches and a short drive to the ocean shore. Very quiet and peaceful, lots of flowers and birds and butterflies. We'd stay forever if we could."

  • Great Place For A Cape Vacation!

"We could not have been happier with this great condo at Sears Point. A really nice small community complete with its own beach rights on Cape Cod Bay which is a great place to swim in the warmer water away from the seal/shark situation on the ocean side. We have been coming to the Cape for 35 years, so know the area well. Spotlessly clean; comfortable, nice flat screen TVs, wifi, full modern kitchen; a roomy master bath with both a tub and walk in shower, along with another full bath for the other first floor bedroom (and a smaller one upstairs). Nice patio with Webber grill. While it is part of a condo community, the layout is great. Once you leave the cluster oriented parking/garage area, the units are configured to views that look out to the landscaping/woods. Nice roomy "great room" living/dining combo. I have a couple of problematic knees, and the steps to the beach were no big deal; a couple of sloped series of stairs. It's truly nice to be able to go to the beach without having to deal with packing the car, worrying about when you can get into beach parking, and lugging stuff. We didn't feel like we were on the usual "beach clock". A real plus. Really nice owners to deal with; friendly and communicative. The neighbors we ran into were all friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend, and we most definitely shall return!"

  • Brewster Summer Vacation

"Just stayed at this house for two weeks with the, grandkids and two dogs. Brewster is the place to be in Cape Cod....Absolutely. This home is located in a quiet section about a mile from the bike trail and the Brewster Store. Located near Sheep Pond and Long Pond for swimming treats for all. Bike trails keep you busy and access Nickerson State Park as well. Route 124 is a mile away and this takes you to the other side of Cape Cod if needed. Absolutley a great site. Accommodations were just grand and all we needed. Kitchen served the group well and the back deck provided some nice evening BBQ and gatherings. Large master bedroom with two additonal bedrooms on the second floor. Basement has a twin bed, couch and a full bathroom. Three bathrooms in all.....more than you need. Great owner who is a phone call away."
