"Great house. Very secluded. Stephanie was very diligent and always wrote back within minutes of any questions we had. Neighborhood was fantastic."

  • Fun Fall Festivities!

"This cozy Cape getaway was the perfect place for our girls weekend! This charming cottage was quiet and rustic with a beautiful lake and hiking trails right out the front door! We were able to paddle board, go for a hike and check out the cranberry bog all before we made breakfast! The house is updated with all of the essentials including a state of the art kitchen, beautiful hard wood floors and wood burning fireplace! There was a spectacular view out of every window with a constant breeze off the lake that was perfect on this warm October weekend! We checked out the local shops nearby as well as accessed the ocean beaches and the bay. We drove up and down the Cape checking out the antiques and restaurants. This house is the ideal location for a great NewEngland getaway and we had a blast! I highly recommend it!"

  • A Great Week on the Cape!

"The location of the house is fabulous. It is a short walk down to the pond where there is a nice private beach area. Very pleasant and never crowded. The bike path is very close by and popping over to Cobie's for ice cream was fun. We were six adults and four tweens/teens. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone to be comfortable. The house was clean and clearly well cared for. Loved the outdoor shower. The big dining room table was fabulous to have group meals. The only downside I can think of is that seating on the deck and in the living room was a bit limited. More seating in the living room or another area with comfy chairs to sit and read would improve the property. Brewster highlights - walking the tidal flats at low tide and getting croissants and Brewster buns from Eat Cake for Breakfast. I would definitely return to this house and I would recommend it to friends."

  • Just perfect!

"The Lighthouse was exactly what we were looking for and even more than we expected. The location and views are incredible and the cottage itself was so well-appointed--they are clearly family-friendly! We had no problems whatsoever and found the owner to be responsive during the booking process. Our family is already trying to coordinate dates to come back again next year!"
