  • Perfect for a large group Cape Cod getaway.

"The layout of the house, as well as the location right on the water allows for a wide variety of fun and activities. With seating on the deck, below on the patio, in the kitchen and in the game room our group never felt crammed and the beach provided a large enough area to hang out by the water. Only a few minutes from local Falmouth beaches and a quick ride to downtown Falmouth."

  • Perfect little gem in Chatham!

"Our family fell in love with Chatham and Matt's house, it was the perfect home for our week in the Cape! The house is spacious, with tons of common spaces for family dinners and game nights. The bedrooms are well situated and very comfortable. It was really hot when we stayed here, but the house stays cool even during the days because of how close it is to the ocean. We loved the breezes and had to close the windows at night (classic Cape Cod where it gets chilly at night even in the peak of summer). We also loved the outdoor shower and the grill. As far as location goes, it was ideal: we liked being a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham but away from the busy (almost chaotic) feeling in town when it's peak season. There's a few quaint, cute restaurants in the area and Stop & Shop is just a few minutes away. Forest Beach is great because it has very few parking spaces, leaving it mostly for the neighborhood. I also liked that we could see it from the house and walk there in a few minutes. Definitely coming back with my family next summer, thanks again Matt!"

  • Great house for a relaxing cape weekend

"Loved our time here, so close to the bike trail and down town Orleans via the trail. Right down the street biking distance away was a small beach, which seems to be residents only but you can drop off the group and bike down. quite and homey. we would love to rent again."

  • Picturesque New England Beach Town

"My family of four had a wonderful stay at this impeccably clean home. The highlights of the week were watching the seals at Lighthouse beach, shopping the eclectic boutiques on Main Street, and family dinners on the deck overlooking the sunset on the pond. We took a short drive to the Truro Vineyard and enjoyed local wine tasting and beautiful sights. The kids didn't need much more than the row boating and splashing in the sandy bottom pond (more like a lake) just steps away from the house. Nothing better than relaxing in the comfort of a beautiful home in a picturesque New England beach town!"
