  • Great Week

"Highly recommended. Caron and Matt were a pleasure to work with. The house was very clean and inviting and slept nine of us comfortably. The deck is perfect for grilling and relaxing. Short drive to Seagull Beach and about a 15 minute drive to the Nantucket Ferry. We had a fantastic vacation - thank you for having us!"

  • Comfort of Home

"Our Girl Scout Troop used this house for a girls weekend at the Cape in late September. When we arrived, the owners, Mimi and Scott were there to greet us at the door and show us around the house. As soon as we set foot in the main living room, the girls were in awe over how beautiful the house was and how cozy it felt. Mimi and Scott had left out many resources for us including maps, recommended site seeing locations, menus, etc. All of the rooms were equip with bedding, pillows, towels, toilet paper, air conditioners, and some travel essentials if needed, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the equipment we needed to feed 15 girls and 5 adults! We took the girls to a Cranberry Bog Tour only 10 minutes away from the house, walked the beach, and took advantage of the HUGE yard and grill! The only thing I was disappointed in, was the fact that we didn't have nearly enough time to get to experience all that the Cape has to offer! Mimi and Scott were such gracious hosts (and even put together a small event for our Girl Scout Troop!!!), and kindred spirits. We can't thank them enough for such an amazing weekend away!"

  • Comfortable family house.

"The house and yard are well taken care of. The house is well laid out to allow for room for our family of 7. The kitchen is very will appropriated. Plenty of space, inside and out. The outside patio is spacious. We cooked out a lot on the gas grill. The area is great. Short walk to the beach (8 minutes). Bikes are even faster. The beach (Brewster Flats) is special. The kids enjoyed low and high tides. High tide is mild; very good for little ones. This is the first time we stayed at this house, and we've already signed up for next year. We loved it."

  • Piece of Cape Cod paradise...

"This beautiful property gave my family exactly what we were looking for in our Cape Cod stay! From the moment we walked through the front door of this pristine home we knew that our vacation was out to a perfect start. What you see in the photos is just a taste of what the home is really like. The decor is straight out of a beach lover's magazine and the amenities, everything you need for your visit. The kitchen cabinets are filled with every imaginable dish, glass, utensil and all color coordinated and in very generous amounts. The number of rooms allows you all the space you need, whether playing a game of cards, or each seeking your own little corner of peace. The three bathrooms are large and beautifully appointed with an outdoor shower for those who love that experience. From the deck, we were treated to a postcard view of the ocean that mesmerized us all week. The deck is huge and is outfitted with beautifully arranged deck furniture; lounges, recliners, couch, side tables, large dining table set for six with an umbrella, not to mention the Weber grille. The walk to the beach along a road of beautiful Cape homes was short and brought us to a beautiful spot to spend our days by the water. There are plenty of comfortable beach chairs and a wagon to transport things to the beach. You might want to bring along some sand shoes to maneuver the small patch of rocks at the edge of the water, but we didn't have any and did just fine making our way across them. The water is crystal clear and so refreshing, the beach not crowded at all. You can easily walk to Corporation Beach where you will find the Dennis Public Market (DPM) snack bar. This is easily one of the best beach snack bars ever with a menu offering lobster rolls, chowder, etc.! The owner has been wonderful to communicate with and if you have any concerns, he will address them. So, yes, this is definitely a piece of Cape Cod paradise! Will we be back? If at all possible, YES!"
