  • Clean, beautiful vacation home

"We were very happy with our stay at this home. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking for our family of four, and we loved reading in the kitchen nook and eating on the deck. We used the bikes on the bike trail (bring your own helmets!), swam in the lovely Seymour pond at the end of the block, and traveled to beaches and lakes where we swam and kayaked. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Our sons (9 and 11) were a bit disappointed in the condition of the foosball table and video games, but they still managed to play both. They were also sad not to be able to see Red Sox games on tv but that was also remedied by the good radio in the kitchen (on which we listened to the games). We can't afford to rent again--a bit out of our price range for a repeat--but appreciated all of the work the owners did to make us comfortable."

  • Cape Cod Ladies Weekend

"We are six mature Cape Cod ladies that go away for a weekend every year the beginning of November. We've been to Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. This year we decided to stay closer to home and after looking at numerous places we decided on Greg and Susan's townhouse. The weekend was absolutely wonderful. The townhouse was beautiful (just like in the photos) and plenty of room for the six of us. It was a real plus having a bathroom for every bedroom with six women showering and getting ready to go out. We spent one day in Provincetown and the rest of the time exploring Brewster. Susan was very nice and easy to work with. We would most definitely stay here again."

  • Lovely property in a quiet golf community

"First, you check in with a security post which made me feel safe and secure knowing that someone monitored the flow of vehicles in the golf resort community. The overall community is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and there is nice parking lots to park in. Everything that we needed they had in the house, all of the bowls, plates and gizmos and gadgets you could possibly need, they have. I really liked how they had extra fans in the closet as my husband is a man that loves his fans. I also liked how they have extra towels in the closets and blankets. The patio is a great place to sit and relax after a day at the beach. My only complaint would be there was quite a few ants and spiders within the house especially around the a/c units. Also the downstairs bathroom the shower head really should be replaced as it doesn't have a good water pressure or spray pattern. Overall, I would stay here again."

  • Perfect place for our extended family of ten

"My sisters, mother and I have rented this house for the past two summers and it is a perfect fit for us. There’s 10 of us including 4 young kids. We were specifically looking for a place on a pond so when the two youngest were napping, the other two kids could play in the pond. The layout works really well for us. My mother takes the only bedroom on the first floor, which could work well for someone that can’t manage stairs well. The bathroom is just outside this bedroom in the hallway. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with another bathroom. My sister, husband and her 2 kids take the master bedroom that has its own bathroom (2 total on the 2nd floor). Her kids are at the age where they want to be in the same room with their parents so they sleep on the floor of the master bedroom on travel mattresses. My family sleeps in the basement. My kids tend to go to bed early and wake up early so it’s nice to be separated by two floors from my sister’s family that stays up late and sleeps in. In the basement is a large room with a pull-out couch. From there you can get to the basement storage area where there is an extra refrigerator and washer and dryer. There is a lovely bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bathroom in the basement (BTW- the linens are all very nice, not the cheap scratcy kind). There’s plenty of space in both the bedroom and the large room for our two kids to sleep on their travel mattresses. We tend to eat most of our meals on the outside deck, which has plenty of seating for all of us. Because there are ten of us, what I like about the house is that there is plenty of space for people who want to spread out and have a little space. There’s the main living area with a TV, but then there’s also the nook with the four comfy rocking chairs. Then there’s the gazebo on the deck outside and also two chaise lounge chairs in the yard outside. The yard is a decent size and mostly flat, which is great for our kids. In the past we had rented a place that essentially had no yard for the kids to run around in so it’s great to have this space. There is a stairway down to the private beach. The length of the beach is not that long, but it hasn’t bothered us. The water is shallow, which is wonderful for the kids. It’s sandy for quite a ways out. On the whole, we love this place. It’s a gorgeous spot with a great view of the pond. We can walk to trails and conservation land. I highly recommend staying here."
