  • beach escape

"The condo exceeded our expectations-clean, well equipped, pretty, and, most important, beautifully located. Views from almost every window of the little beach and the harbor. Every morning we sat on the porch and watched the birds, the boats, and, as the tide went out, the clam diggers. It was lovely and peaceful. We hope to return one day."

  • Amazing

"This is such a magical place. Words do not capture how special it is. Many thanks to Scott and Annie for welcoming us so warmly. Truly, there is no other more beautiful place to stay on The Cape. The cabin itself is cozy, charming, and immaculate."

  • Charming, cozy, cute and convenient

"We stayed here for just three nights as a quick getaway while we were on a longer New England trip. As other reviewers noted, this is a perfectly appointed cottage, and just the right size for 3-4 people. The furnishings and decor are really well done and appropriately nautical, and there is essentially everything one would need in the kitchen. The cottage is an easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants and a slightly more significant walk to beaches/ponds. The owner made the rental arrangements easy. Would definitely recommend."

  • wonderful, charming, perfectly located home

"We loved our stay at the Lena Coleman apartment in Ship's Light! We could walk to everything Chatham has to offer, just two quiet blocks away from the main shopping/dining strip, and a 15-20 minute walk to Chatham lighthouse beach with its sandbar seals or to the fishing pier. The house showed so many thoughtful touches, from the string of white lights that allowed soft lighting in the bedroom to the custom cushions on the window seat. The cozy eat-in kitchen had everything we needed, and personally I loved the immaculate antique sink. We enjoyed waking up to rain pattering on our slanted ceilings one morning, and on a sunnier day having a glass of wine on the deck off the bedroom. We also appreciated the access to laundry in the garage. Thank you to the owners for creating such a wonderful space!"
