  • Fantastic cottage charm

"This beach cottage getaway was exactly what we needed! The house itself is very quaint, and has all of the amenities that we needed, but it's number 1 asset is the location. The Mill Pond is a few hundred yards away, and the kayaking was great. Lots of fish and a few seals cursing around in between the boats. For the ocean side, Lighthouse Beach is about 2 blocks away, but there is also a quieter beach at the end of Water Street that we used more often. The kids loved seeing all of the seals from the shore, but also took a boat tour for a closer view of the masses. It was great to stay in a pace that had a kitchen, and we took advantage by cooking a handful of meals that we ate outside on the deck, A short walk to Main Street gave us most of our other dining and plenty of shopping. A 5 minute drive to Chatham Seaside Links provided a little local 9 hole golf fun. For bigger golf, we drove about 25 minutes to Ocean Edge Resort to play a Nicklaus course, and that was fantastic. For a more extravagant snacks and sunset cocktails, we visited The Chatham Bars Inn and sat on the porch to look out over the water. The owners were super accommodating, and easy to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting them just before we left, and let them know that we will be back for other visits, for sure. We would highly recommend staying here!!!"

  • Great weekend at the Cape

"We stayed just for the weekend for a friends wedding. The house is in the perfect location right off of Main Street, perfect for walking into town. Just minutes from restaurants, bars, and shopping. Everything is well maintained and clean. The owners answered right away when contacted, and left us plenty of information and suggestions for nearby entertainment. Of course we were preoccupied with wedding activities but we enjoyed the apartment and town as much as possible and had a great stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."

  • Tranquil, relaxing, wonderful home

"The minute my husband, son, and I pulled into the driveway and saw the beautiful landscaped yard and flowers we knew we were off to a great start. Entering the home we found a warm, bright, and incredibly designed home. The attention to every detail was fantastic. The view of the pond from the kitchen and family room- with the outside winding deck made for a perfect cup of coffee in the am inside or out. The birds and wild turkeys were fun to watch from the deck every day. The house is spotless and the kitchen had every amenity that was needed. There was plenty of space for the family to enjoy and entertain. Thanks to the owner for the binders of Chatham history and for sharing this lovely home."
