  • Amazing home!

"The Sandcastle exceeded our expectations for our vacation. So close to the beach that my 3 year old had no problem walking there. The home was beautiful & clean. Usually when we rent a vacation home there is something wrong, but not here. More than enough room for my family of 5. We will definitely stay here again for our next Chatham vacation!"

  • Girls' Retreat Weekend

"What a beautiful and immaculate home for our girls' weekend reunion! Lovely accommodations for this diverse group of women joining together from all over the country. Convenient location and super kitchen for gathering together. Hot tub was a big plus and owners were wonderful to work with. Even on a rainy weekend, we had a terrific time celebrating our 60th birthdays in this terrific home."

  • Lovely property, well equipped, perfect for family holiday

"We had a great stay at Elbow Inn - property was exactly as it appeared in the photos and as described in previous reviews. We were a group of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 12) - from the UK and the property was perfect for a relaxing stay on the Cape. Compared to some properties we looked at Elbow Inn had been recently renovated and was well decorated. Having beach chairs and buckets and spades was a bonus and the kitchen was well equipped. We used the outdoor grill a lot and enjoyed chilling out on the deck. Lots of things to do in the area - 5 minutes drive to the store and main street, stunning beaches to visit and lovely walks. We particularly enjoyed a day trip to Nantucket where we did a guided bike tour (Jason at Nantucket Bike Tours - highly recommended), we rented bikes in South Dennis and rode the trail (twice!), ate great food sat outside at the Chatham Inn, walked the beaches (Chatham and Nauset), swam in the ponds (the BEST swimming - Schoolhouse Pond is close by) and went para-sailing (expensive, but a real thrill!). So plenty to do, but also a great place to kick back and relax. The property does front onto the main road, but it is set back, so you will notice a little traffic noise when outside, but otherwise a great property and a good location on the Cape for activities and visiting different places. We will be back!"

  • Updated rustic charm

"The house was amazing. Nice breezes off the harbor. Quick bike to town. Monomy reserve and lighthouse Beach. The view of the marina was nice and there was very little activity there so it was very quiet all week. Even on Saturday. As an added bonus the marina rented kayak and paddle boards. As for the house. It was great. Rustic salt box charm but very clean updated. Beds and mattresses were fantastic new sheets. King bed in master was huuuuuuge. Pictures didn't do the house justice with rows of new windows across living room overlooking the waterfront with amazing breezes all day and night. Great dining room area too I'm just sorry we weren't there long enough to have a big nice dinner there."
