  • Clean, Efficient, Close to Hyannis and Beaches, everything you need

"This is our second year at Ed's property. The house is not huge bu it works well for 2-4 people or in our case 2 people and our dogs!. It is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and electronic gadgetry. The location is perfect for us - just off the beaten path and close to the cranberry bog for the dogs! Hyannis is 15 minutes away with all it's shops and restaurants. This property is perfect for a laid back Cape vacation that is within 15 minutes of everything you (at least we) need! I don't want to sing it's praises too much as I don't want to have trouble booking next year !"

  • Great location!

"Felt right at home and so did our Sheltie. Plenty of room to spread out. The family really enjoyed kayaking and fishing. Hope to book for next year!"

  • great host, lovely home, great location

"This is a lovely home, tastefully furnished but very comfortable in all respects. It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Both bedrooms are very nice, with comfortable mattresses. The house has a nice flow. It feels very private even though there are other houses close by. When you look out the windows, all you see is green trees and a nice garden. The home is located in a very quiet, nice, small, residential neighborhood that is centrally located. There is a lovely pond a very short walk away. The sound, ocean, and bay are all a short car ride away. There is a nice shopping center (grocery store, bank, gas station, liquor store, etc.) about 5 minutes away and a variety of restaurants also close by. The home is also very close to a number of Cape League baseball fields (Harwich, Chatham, Orleans). The description in the VRBO listing is entirely accurate. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We recommend this home very highly."

  • Great Vacation Spot!

"If your looking for a place to stay in East Falmouth, you should seriously consider this place! It's the last house down a gravel lane so it's private and it overlooks the lake, what more could you ask for? It was also in a great central location from Falmouth or any of the other surrounding towns and really it did not take us long to get to the places that we wanted to go. The house has everything you would need for the week to prepare meals or to even cookout on the grills. The owners have floats, pool noodles, boogie boards, sand toys, kids beach chair, a camping chair it was everything we needed for the lake and the beach. The lake has a great little beach area for smaller kids and it was just a nice lake to swim and float around in. We did bring our own bed linens and bath/kitchen towels just because we knew we wouldn't be able to wash and dry everything before we departed early Saturday morning. The owner was responsive to any email I had sent, she replied within 24 hours and usually it was even sooner then this. Thanks Meredith for letting us stay at your house, we had a great time!"
