  • Living on a Nature Preserve?!

"You know those vacations you see online where people are staying right in the Outback? or the savanna? or Rainforest? This is that for Cape Cod. This house is right next to conservation land where you can do endless bird watching. Very cool!"

  • Beautiful home & great location!

"My boyfriend and I rented this home with two other couples for a relaxing getaway in our favorite spot on Cape Cod - Chatham! The house was so beautiful and newly renovated. Everything was extremely clean and looked brand new. I particularly loved the decor and furnishings - everything is bright & breezy, very coastal chic. We also made good use of the gourmet kitchen & outdoor grill to cook-out quite a bit. The open concept is ideal for groups, we had so much fun hanging out at the house, cooking in the kitchen and playing games on the back deck. In addition to the house itself, the location is great too! Just a short drive to both Harwich and Chatham town centers - we even walked to downtown Chatham a couple of times. It's a bit of a longer walk but totally doable. We also walked to Cockle Cove and down the Cape Cod beach to Ridgeville (about a 10 minute walk). Both are great beaches for kids, especially with the creek running behind them - too cold to go in the water though! But really beautiful scenery. The house is also less than a 0.5 mile walk to the Rail Trail, which we walked every morning to the Chatham Airport diner for delicious breakfast. During our stay, we went to the Devil's Purse Brewery in South Dennis for beer tasting and had so much fun! We also went shopping in downtown Chatham and out to dinner in Harwichport and Chatham... be sure to stop by the Squire for some fun and people-watching. But the absolute highlight of the trip was getting drinks at the Chatham Bars Inn - it's so beautiful, definitely a must-see! Overall, I would rent this house again in a heart beat. We had such a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing weekend in Cape Cod!"

  • Charming, cozy, cute and convenient

"We stayed here for just three nights as a quick getaway while we were on a longer New England trip. As other reviewers noted, this is a perfectly appointed cottage, and just the right size for 3-4 people. The furnishings and decor are really well done and appropriately nautical, and there is essentially everything one would need in the kitchen. The cottage is an easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants and a slightly more significant walk to beaches/ponds. The owner made the rental arrangements easy. Would definitely recommend."
