  • Comfortable Home in Great Location

"My husband, son, and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much. It is in a really great location - close to the grocery store, CVS, shopping, restaurants, playground, beaches, etc. The home has two mini-split AC systems that are fantastic and quiet. The home is spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything you might need from kitchen items to beach toys and chairs. We spent several days at a few different beaches - Harding's Beach and Lighthouse Beach in Chatham , and Nauset Beach which is part of the National Seashore. We stayed the week prior to Labor Day, and the beaches were all still very lovely to visit at this time of year. We greatly look forward to our next visit to the Chatham area, and we would definitely stay at this home again. It is very comfortable, and it feels as though you are staying in someone's home - not just a rental. It is tastefully decorated and extremely warm and inviting. I can't recommend this home enough! Also, for those bringing small children as we did (our son was 15 months at our visit), there is a wonderfully accommodating company nearby called Kid & Kaboodle that rents baby equipment. We rented items such as a crib, high chair, stroller, and baby gate, which made our stay even more comfortable. They offer free delivery and pick up of these items, so they were waiting for us outside the door upon our arrival! Just wanted to throw that there in case it is helpful for others!"

  • Perfect.

"This is the perfect home from which we could go out and shop, come home and rest, go out and shop more or have a drink, come home and relax, then go out some more. It was comfortable and beautiful and we hated to leave."

  • Amazing stay on Capri Lane

"My family and I frequent Chatham and have an annual tradition of staying there during the summertime. This was the first time we stayed at 14 Capri Lane, and we were not disappointed. Close proximity to town, right on the wonderful Oyster Pond, the location could not be be beat. Then, the house itself was just the perfect layout for our family of 6, with enough living and kitchen space to host us all as well as our extended family that visited from a nearby house rental. The bedrooms were laid out well, if not the walls a little thin, and the bathroom situation was perfect for us to split up. While we didn't use the finished basement all that much - with it's full size flat-screen TV, DVD player, board games and ping pong table, it was nice knowing it was there in case we needed it due to a rainy day. This was really a perfect base for us and we would absolutely rent it again. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested!"
