  • Best Vacation EVER!!!

"Can't praise the beauty of this location enough. Feels like a slice of heaven from above. The sunsets dramatic, the beach a short, short walk from the house, and the set up ideal for vacationers, either couples or a small family. The property itself, beachy, comfy, with all the amenities needed for a get away. Beds super quality and clean , and the property is amazingly quiet, you will sleep like a baby here. Property management is available, and very helpful in making sure you are having a great vacation, supplying kayaks, beach chairs and BBQ. My husband prefered the outside shower, like they have in Hawaii. If we have the privilege of booking here again, we will do it in a heart beat. You can't go wrong choosing this property, and it is very reasonable for the proximity to beach, town, and biking. Aloha and E Komo Mai..."you are welcomed here". Robin and Russell"

  • Fantastic cottage charm

"This beach cottage getaway was exactly what we needed! The house itself is very quaint, and has all of the amenities that we needed, but it's number 1 asset is the location. The Mill Pond is a few hundred yards away, and the kayaking was great. Lots of fish and a few seals cursing around in between the boats. For the ocean side, Lighthouse Beach is about 2 blocks away, but there is also a quieter beach at the end of Water Street that we used more often. The kids loved seeing all of the seals from the shore, but also took a boat tour for a closer view of the masses. It was great to stay in a pace that had a kitchen, and we took advantage by cooking a handful of meals that we ate outside on the deck, A short walk to Main Street gave us most of our other dining and plenty of shopping. A 5 minute drive to Chatham Seaside Links provided a little local 9 hole golf fun. For bigger golf, we drove about 25 minutes to Ocean Edge Resort to play a Nicklaus course, and that was fantastic. For a more extravagant snacks and sunset cocktails, we visited The Chatham Bars Inn and sat on the porch to look out over the water. The owners were super accommodating, and easy to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting them just before we left, and let them know that we will be back for other visits, for sure. We would highly recommend staying here!!!"

  • Great house in a beautiful area!

"It's all about location and this place is perfect. The house is within walking distance from the quaint town of Chatham in a beautiful residential area. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are within a couple of miles. We stayed in the upstairs unit which has some low ceilings- not great if you are 6'4" like my husband. Otherwise, just perfect! There is even a garage available to store bikes. Allison was very accommodating when we arrived early and Roz was very helpful too!"
