  • perfect

"Perfect location. Very clean house, fully stocked with everything needed for a full cape cod experience. I would absolutely rent this house again. Nothing was missing , perfect rental house . I felt as if it was their personal home, not a rental home."

  • Very attractive and charming in upscale neighborhood.

"The Windmill delights. It is small and tight but charming and tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location is ideal: Set in a garden of a residential, upscale neighborhood; quiet but close to the village and shops overlooking the beautiful Pond. Be aware, the upstairs bedroom is accessed by a steep staircase. Therefore I would not recommend the Windmill to anyone with physical limitations or children....But my (adult) daughter and I love it!"

  • Charming historic house near everything

"My wife and I and our 3 adult children stayed and had a wonderful time. The house is very charming and quaint with plenty of room for the 5 of us. It is within walking distance of downtown Chatham, a small beach, grocery store and across the street from the Cape Cod league baseball field. Just to note, there is one AC window unit in the upstairs bedroom but the breezes off of Oyster Pond kept the house fairly cool and we were there for a hot and sticky week. As noted by others, the outdoor shower was a hit as were the gardens. Janet was a wonderful host."

  • wonderful, charming, perfectly located home

"We loved our stay at the Lena Coleman apartment in Ship's Light! We could walk to everything Chatham has to offer, just two quiet blocks away from the main shopping/dining strip, and a 15-20 minute walk to Chatham lighthouse beach with its sandbar seals or to the fishing pier. The house showed so many thoughtful touches, from the string of white lights that allowed soft lighting in the bedroom to the custom cushions on the window seat. The cozy eat-in kitchen had everything we needed, and personally I loved the immaculate antique sink. We enjoyed waking up to rain pattering on our slanted ceilings one morning, and on a sunnier day having a glass of wine on the deck off the bedroom. We also appreciated the access to laundry in the garage. Thank you to the owners for creating such a wonderful space!"
