  • Perfect for our golf group.

"This was the best house our gang of 12 has found. We're mostly seniors so we need comfortable beds and this beautiful home has 10 of them. Even the two additional sofa beds were good. Very good kitchen for our chefs, two gas grills, TVs everywhere, four full baths. And multiple sitting rooms with TVs so if you want to spread out in the evening there's plenty of room. A great vacation home!"

  • Great Location, Great Home!

"We've stayed on the Cape many, many times and have stayed in Chatham always. We like to stay within a short walk to the village because of traffic and parking. This year we booked a little late and couldn't find anything as close as we wanted - enter this wonderful home. First to note, this is a home - not a house that someone bought to rent out and minimally furnished - and the feel of it is comfortable and welcoming. The distance to town center is less than a 5 min drive, and 15/20 min walk (which we did several times). I will say the location of the house is great and we weren't affected by not being directly in town. I will also add that 5 min of the walk into town is on Olde Queen Anne Road, which doesn't have a sidewalk, and is busy with traffic. Once you hit the sidewalk, easy walk into town. The house is as described, along with towels, bed linens, and beach supplies. The beach towels are on the small side, so maybe bring your own. The kitchen is well equipped; the grill is new and works great; the screened-in porch and deck are very nice with a nice view of Perch Pond, and lots of seating. The bedrooms were comfortable and all had ceiling fans and plenty of clothing storage. Bathrooms aplenty. They were clean and with good water pressure. Oh, and the central air -- wonderful (we had several 90 degree days). All in all, a great place to stay."

  • Perfect family getaway

"We have a family of five and this was the perfect home to spend our New Year's. The house is incredibly comfortable, offered wonderful places to spend time together as well as individual space. The house is immaculate and everything is so much nicer than one would expect from a rental property. We have three young boys and they had a blast playing downstairs in the game room. The adults enjoyed the master suite and the wine fridge. It's an easy 1 mile run or walk to the quaint downtown. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this home to friends."

  • Fantastic cottage charm

"This beach cottage getaway was exactly what we needed! The house itself is very quaint, and has all of the amenities that we needed, but it's number 1 asset is the location. The Mill Pond is a few hundred yards away, and the kayaking was great. Lots of fish and a few seals cursing around in between the boats. For the ocean side, Lighthouse Beach is about 2 blocks away, but there is also a quieter beach at the end of Water Street that we used more often. The kids loved seeing all of the seals from the shore, but also took a boat tour for a closer view of the masses. It was great to stay in a pace that had a kitchen, and we took advantage by cooking a handful of meals that we ate outside on the deck, A short walk to Main Street gave us most of our other dining and plenty of shopping. A 5 minute drive to Chatham Seaside Links provided a little local 9 hole golf fun. For bigger golf, we drove about 25 minutes to Ocean Edge Resort to play a Nicklaus course, and that was fantastic. For a more extravagant snacks and sunset cocktails, we visited The Chatham Bars Inn and sat on the porch to look out over the water. The owners were super accommodating, and easy to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting them just before we left, and let them know that we will be back for other visits, for sure. We would highly recommend staying here!!!"
