  • Outstanding Chatham Home and Location

"Incredible house, a five-minute walk from town. Right across the street from Oyster Pond. We have been taking our sons and their families to Chatham for several years after having built and owned a home there for 20 years. Wonderful facilities, slept 10 comfortably. Lovely landscaping. Fully stocked kitchen and expansive living room and dining area. Patio area in front of the house is divine. Everything anyone --- except, perhaps, Donald Trump --- would want in a summer rental. Owner has been very friendly and accommodating. So pleased with the property we've already booked for 2017. Can't go wrong with this property."

  • Wonderful cottage

"Just returned from a week at this cottage. It was wonderful stay and the cottage has everything visitors might need for a lovely visit. The decor is inviting and friendly. The open concept kitchen and living room makes the cottage roomy and comfortable. The door from the living room to the screened in porch allowed for the wonderful Chatham air to cool off the cottage in the evenings. The three bedrooms are comfy. The location is great and a nice walk to the landing at Bucks Creek or to Hardings Beach is simple for folks of all ages."

  • Fantastic cottage charm

"This beach cottage getaway was exactly what we needed! The house itself is very quaint, and has all of the amenities that we needed, but it's number 1 asset is the location. The Mill Pond is a few hundred yards away, and the kayaking was great. Lots of fish and a few seals cursing around in between the boats. For the ocean side, Lighthouse Beach is about 2 blocks away, but there is also a quieter beach at the end of Water Street that we used more often. The kids loved seeing all of the seals from the shore, but also took a boat tour for a closer view of the masses. It was great to stay in a pace that had a kitchen, and we took advantage by cooking a handful of meals that we ate outside on the deck, A short walk to Main Street gave us most of our other dining and plenty of shopping. A 5 minute drive to Chatham Seaside Links provided a little local 9 hole golf fun. For bigger golf, we drove about 25 minutes to Ocean Edge Resort to play a Nicklaus course, and that was fantastic. For a more extravagant snacks and sunset cocktails, we visited The Chatham Bars Inn and sat on the porch to look out over the water. The owners were super accommodating, and easy to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting them just before we left, and let them know that we will be back for other visits, for sure. We would highly recommend staying here!!!"
