  • A Little Getaway

"Four of us spent three nights in this lovely immaculate Chatham townhouse. It was very centrally located on the cape and the town itself. Close to a market and a drugstore within walking distance. The town was just a short distance down the road, it is walkable. Lovely shops and friendly people. There is a sports bar down the road from the houde with very good food. Lily and Mark were very gracious and Lily answered within minutes our every question during the booking process. Everything wss taken care od immediately. You are right in the middle of the cape so you have good access to everything. Churches and other amenities are close by. Would not hesitate to stay there again."

  • Amazing New Year Holiday

"My husband and I along with our three small children celebrated the New Year enjoying Chatham's First Night Celebration. It is the perfect location to ring in the New Year with a family oriented focus of music, children's activities and outstanding early fireworks. We were surprised to be greeted by the outside of this home's pergola decorated in fresh green garland and a green door wreath with sand dollars and starfish. The holiday decor continued with a beautiful garland on the mantle along with a coordinated Christmas tree of miniature white lights, starfish and sand dollars. While there was plenty of restaurants open, we couldn't pass up cooking in the well outfitted kitchen after buying the freshest seafood at the Chatham Fish and Lobster Co. less than a mile from the house. Our children loved playing in the finished lower level outfitted with the 2nd large TV and its own bathroom. It allowed us to entertain friends in the large kitchen after the kids had eaten. Truly a house that accomadates different age groups as our 2 yr old we put to bed early and older siblings at play didn't wake her. Beds have lovely warm duvets and the most comfortable mattresses ever. We enjoyed exploring and walked to Ridgevale Rd Beach via a private path. Easy safe walk for our kids ranging in age 2-8. We can't wait to visit this home during warmer weather. The owners Claire and Walt are super easy to work with and the house has a binder with all of their favorite places to eat, explore and visit. • Wonderful summer retreat

"We enjoyed every minute and loved the fact that Ridgevale Beach was so close. We would always walk down a second time to watch the colors at sunset. Downtown Chatham was just a short drive, so we shopped and ate there often. Very charming town, indeed. We all loved visiting the Chatham Bars Inn and watched the many grey seals in the harbor. No shark sightings! The house was more clean than any rental we'd had before. Great hosts, for sure. Thanks Jen!"

  • Quiet and cozy oasis for a wonderful weekend away.

"A close friend and I recently spent Labor Day weekend at "Cozy Quarters" in Chatham. The cottage exceeded our already high expectations, and was fully accurate to what was described in the listing. The cottage and location were excellent! We could have spent the entire weekend at the cottage and on the pond and been very happy. The cottage is small, but perfect for two people, very comfortable and is well equipped with virtually everything one would need for a weekend (or longer) at the Cape. For what it lacks in size, "Cozy Quarters" makes up for in comfort, charm and convenience. The nautical and "beachy" decor helped to welcome us to the Cape and set the tone for an awesome weekend get away. The cottage was very clean and well maintained, and makes the most of its small footprint as it is full of charm and amenities. The grounds are beautiful, and the sunset over the pond cannot be beat! The location in Chatham is excellent (right off of Rte 28) just a short drive from town, the beach, excellent restaurants, and every convenience that you may need. The owner Tara was very helpful and organized and renting her beautiful cottage was a very easy and enjoyable experience. We have just returned to reality and are already planning and dreaming of our next chance to return! I highly recommend "Cozy Quarters" to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Chatham!"
