  • A charming place in an excellent location.

"The house dates from 1826 and is very charming. It is a 2 minute walk to Main St and all the restaurants etc of Chatham. The owners were very nice people and very attentive without being intrusive. We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our time in Chatham and found the accommodation met our needs well. Highly recommended. We liked the atmosphere of The Squire. Tip - phone first to get on the waiting list. Not as keen on the Goose. We found the Chatham Market to be very expensive for groceries. Instead we used the Stop and Shop a few miles away."

  • Very Responsive Host, Perfectly Located Home

"We stayed at Matt's home in August, 2016 and found both the location and the home to be perfect for our needs. Walking distance to Forrest Beach was a plus as well as the short drive into downtown Chatham. We traveled with a 10 month old and the home was very baby friendly. With ample toys and room to play it made our stay much easier. Oh and let's not forget the crib in the master bedroom. Huge help. Would gladly stay again."

  • Wonderful cottage

"Just returned from a week at this cottage. It was wonderful stay and the cottage has everything visitors might need for a lovely visit. The decor is inviting and friendly. The open concept kitchen and living room makes the cottage roomy and comfortable. The door from the living room to the screened in porch allowed for the wonderful Chatham air to cool off the cottage in the evenings. The three bedrooms are comfy. The location is great and a nice walk to the landing at Bucks Creek or to Hardings Beach is simple for folks of all ages."
