  • Charmer

"We did a last minute 2 day trip to Chatham. As it happened this delightful, charming, cozy cottage was available for the days we were there. It was a very comfortable, well appointed cottage, far better than any hotel room. The location is very close to town, about a mile (a perfect walk) from Lighthouse beach. If you choose, you can park your car & walk to everything. Our favorite room was the porch. We had coffee there in the mornings & read there in the afternoon. Tom made the process very easy. Actually, I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience! We will return..."

  • Perfectly Relaxing

"As noted by other reviewers, this house is exactly as described. The view is first rate. My husband, mother, brother, and I very much appreciated the tranquil setting, beautiful landscaping, and the wildlife – deer, wild turkey, and various colorful birds. The house was very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. It has a nicely designed deck and outdoor shower. It is a large house and our party of four adults had plenty of space. The location is very convenient – a quick drive to town and ice cream. This was the second time we have stayed at this house and we highly recommend it."

  • Picturesque New England Beach Town

"My family of four had a wonderful stay at this impeccably clean home. The highlights of the week were watching the seals at Lighthouse beach, shopping the eclectic boutiques on Main Street, and family dinners on the deck overlooking the sunset on the pond. We took a short drive to the Truro Vineyard and enjoyed local wine tasting and beautiful sights. The kids didn't need much more than the row boating and splashing in the sandy bottom pond (more like a lake) just steps away from the house. Nothing better than relaxing in the comfort of a beautiful home in a picturesque New England beach town!"

  • Cute Cape Cottage

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. The location is perfect. There is a nice beach just a short walk away. Many attractions are only a short drive away including Harding's Beach, The Monomoy Theater, and downtown Chatham. Don't miss Marian's Pie Shop on route 28."
