"Very comfortable house. Conveniently located to everything in Chatham and reasonably priced. We had a great time and would certainly come back again."

  • House was perfect. Quintessential cape house, exactly what we were looking for.

"Everything about the property was great. Easy walk to the landing, mile to Hardings beach. Close to downtown Chatham and all the shopping and restaurants. The house itself is a great space, open kitchen lay out that we hung out in a lot, deck with large table where we are most of our meals. There is a grill on the deck, and a fire pit that is great for cooler cape nights. The outdoor sleeping porch was a hit with our group and every morning whoever slept out there came back saying it was the best nights sleep they had. Sue was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed."

  • Great Cottage for Friends or Family

"I enjoy this cottage so much that I have rented multiple times. The property is located at the end of a quiet street with quality homes on a large mostly private lot. It is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owners are down to earth and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property!"

  • Charming historic house near everything

"My wife and I and our 3 adult children stayed and had a wonderful time. The house is very charming and quaint with plenty of room for the 5 of us. It is within walking distance of downtown Chatham, a small beach, grocery store and across the street from the Cape Cod league baseball field. Just to note, there is one AC window unit in the upstairs bedroom but the breezes off of Oyster Pond kept the house fairly cool and we were there for a hot and sticky week. As noted by others, the outdoor shower was a hit as were the gardens. Janet was a wonderful host."
