  • Thoughtfully orchestrated getaway. If they don't have it, you don't need it...

"We were in town for a weekend wedding and were happy with our decision to stay here. We piled in 2 grandparents, 2 kids and 4 adults and had plenty of room and distractions to pass the time we weren't being wedding guests. Although not really walk-able to downtown, this location is self-sufficient enough to get there and forget the rest."

  • Very attractive and charming in upscale neighborhood.

"The Windmill delights. It is small and tight but charming and tastefully decorated and comfortable. The location is ideal: Set in a garden of a residential, upscale neighborhood; quiet but close to the village and shops overlooking the beautiful Pond. Be aware, the upstairs bedroom is accessed by a steep staircase. Therefore I would not recommend the Windmill to anyone with physical limitations or children....But my (adult) daughter and I love it!"

  • Wonderful cottage

"Just returned from a week at this cottage. It was wonderful stay and the cottage has everything visitors might need for a lovely visit. The decor is inviting and friendly. The open concept kitchen and living room makes the cottage roomy and comfortable. The door from the living room to the screened in porch allowed for the wonderful Chatham air to cool off the cottage in the evenings. The three bedrooms are comfy. The location is great and a nice walk to the landing at Bucks Creek or to Hardings Beach is simple for folks of all ages."

"This Chatham home was convenient and clean and perfect for an after Labor Day visit. It had plenty of room with a spacious living room and master bedroom. The deck provided beautiful sunset views. it is located only minutes away from beautiful Hadings Beach, has easy access to downtown Chatham and is close to multiple restaurants, great bike trails and the rest of Cape Cod We have already decided to make this a yearly vacation."
