  • Comfortable Home in Great Location

"My husband, son, and I enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much. It is in a really great location - close to the grocery store, CVS, shopping, restaurants, playground, beaches, etc. The home has two mini-split AC systems that are fantastic and quiet. The home is spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything you might need from kitchen items to beach toys and chairs. We spent several days at a few different beaches - Harding's Beach and Lighthouse Beach in Chatham , and Nauset Beach which is part of the National Seashore. We stayed the week prior to Labor Day, and the beaches were all still very lovely to visit at this time of year. We greatly look forward to our next visit to the Chatham area, and we would definitely stay at this home again. It is very comfortable, and it feels as though you are staying in someone's home - not just a rental. It is tastefully decorated and extremely warm and inviting. I can't recommend this home enough! Also, for those bringing small children as we did (our son was 15 months at our visit), there is a wonderfully accommodating company nearby called Kid & Kaboodle that rents baby equipment. We rented items such as a crib, high chair, stroller, and baby gate, which made our stay even more comfortable. They offer free delivery and pick up of these items, so they were waiting for us outside the door upon our arrival! Just wanted to throw that there in case it is helpful for others!"

  • One of a kind getaway

"My family and I have stayed here for the last 3 years and eagerly count down the days to the following summer's retreat. The name "Sandbox" is truly dead on, as you will not find a better location to relax, play and have fun with its own private beach, outdoor patio, comfy rooms and open floor plan, and easy access to all that the best town in Cape Cod, Chatham has to offer. It also is fantastic location for trips north to Orleans, Wellfleet and Provincetown for restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. Last but not least it is great that you are right down the street to one of the best seafood stores, at the Chatham Pier for your own personal clambake meals."

  • Winter Getaway to Chatham

"our group of 4 couples stayed in this lovely home for a winter getaway. The house was very clean, spacious and it was obvious that great care was taken with the furnishings and amenities. The kitchen is big with plenty of room for several cooks to be preparing at the same time. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. The basement level has a pool table and media area. It is in a good location to access many areas of the Cape (close to Chatham center, Orleans, Harwich etc.) There is plenty to do in the winter months and we found many local shops and restaurants were open during our visit. The owner was responsive and easy to work with."

  • sailing racing in Chatham

"was able to book this gorgeous home for the week I do a bunch of sail racing in Chatham. Was perfect because my family could spend the day at the pond comfortably (no wind or cold water) and I didn't feel guilty. wife loved the kitchen!"
