  • Superb vacation house

"My family recently spent two weeks in the house. It was comfortable, quiet, immaculate, deliciously air conditioned during the recent heat wave, and had an airy front porch and yard. I brought my two dogs and the property was perfect for them. The kitchen, family room and back patio were great places to relax. The area has a beautiful fresh water lake and and several nearby beaches, a multitude of good restaurants and is located conveniently for exploring other parts of Cape Cod. It was so comfortable that I rented it again for next summer. An added benefit was having the landlord in a home behind the property for emergencies, like locking oneself out! He could not have been more helpful during our stay."

  • Tremendous value with great location

"This spacious 5 bedroom cape cod home is next to a great bike/walking path. The location was perfect, as it was easy to find and in a beautiful neighborhood. The fenced in yard was great for playing with our grandson who was 16 months old. There were also many toys for him to play with both inside and outside. The kitchen had everyting we needed to grill on the deck or cook inside. We ate at the house for most of our meals. The market is 1 block away and has very good sandwiches. There are at least 3 beaches within a 15 minute drive of the house. We walked to Old Chappy beach. We had a wonderful time, as everything went as perfect as possible with a toddler. We would definately rent this home again even with less people (we had 6 adults & 1 toddler). We love Cape Cod and the surrounding area - Plymouth, Boston, and Newport, Rhode Island - all within a 90 minute drive. Thanks to Linda and James for renting us your beautiful home, Ron & Pam - Wisconsin"

  • Cape Cod Charm and Character

"Summers on the Cape were a part of my childhood and though I wanted to introduce it to my own children- now grown and off on their own- I was worried about finding a place that exuded the old Cape that I remembered. The wild areas, the dunes, the hikes, the old towns the vernacular architecture... But this house. This sweet house- gave it all back to me and more. Converging from the west coast, the Rockies, the Chesapeake Bay and the land of Liberty, our group of 8 had more than enough room to sneak away with a good book or converge for charades and shenanigans. Large decks shaded by beautiful white oaks overlooked a river valley. Wild turkey (the feathered kind) were prevalent on the local trails. The location gave us ample opportunity to easily explore Provincetown and wellfleet and other sections of the National Seashore. We rented bikes and explored further than our feet would take us. Access via the fast ferry from Logan was part of the fun. And the car rental at Provincetown was a snap. We barely made a dent in our list of things to explore and so we look forward to coming back again soon!"

  • Perfect for a large group Cape Cod getaway.

"The layout of the house, as well as the location right on the water allows for a wide variety of fun and activities. With seating on the deck, below on the patio, in the kitchen and in the game room our group never felt crammed and the beach provided a large enough area to hang out by the water. Only a few minutes from local Falmouth beaches and a quick ride to downtown Falmouth."
