  • Our second summer on the cape at this wonderful home!

"This was our second time staying at this beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay there very much. The pool is large and well maintained. The house is well equipped, very clean and roomy. The owner went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied and responded very quickly when we had one concern (water temperature) and it was fixed very quickly. We plan to return again! Thanks for your wonderful hospitality, Audrey! Mary P"

  • Perfect Cape Vacation property

"We loved this home so much that I really hate to tell others about it but I will. If you want quiet, the sound of the ocean hitting a sea wall, a short walk to not one but 2 beaches and a spot for the best sunrise and sunsets then this is your place. I have to be honest, when our family of 4 adults and our 1 dog arrived, I just put down my bags and said "Ok you guys, do what ever you want, I'm staying here for the full week." The house has an open floor plan that in and of itself is a breath of fresh air. Sue has decorated it with calming Cape colors and furniture, it's just perfect. A very important feature are the bed mattresses, all of them were heavenly. To be honest with you, there are a few other properties we've rented that we just won't go back to because of the beds. A horrible nights sleep does not a fun vacation make. Ok, on to the heavenly deck, what can I say but ahhhhhh. Upstairs is a lovely round table with chairs and a place for an umbrella that got some serious use. Two plastic wicker benches and a side table make the whole area perfect. Morning coffee (made in the perfect multi cook kitchen) to start the day, cocktails to end the day, watching the ocean and enjoying the peace and quiet was fantastic. We had two trucks and a car all fit fine in the parking area. There was all of the cookware you could want or need. The place was spotless and had none of the "cape cod mold" smell. One bathroom and a great outdoor shower, worked for all of us. Microwave, out door grill, stove, Mr coffee coffee maker and great fridge all included. You are about 1/2 hour from PTown for a great meal and a fun walk and shop experience. We only used the local Eastham Superette, the prices are great, meats are incredible and the liquor store next door was all we needed. Get their ground beef, you haven't seen anything like it unless your grandmother ground her own like mine did! I can't imagine anything you might need but Sue, the owner was there on the phone in a flash, you will feel really well taken care of. Now, I'm off to book again for next year before you all take my dates! Enjoy now...."

  • Fantastic cottage charm

"This beach cottage getaway was exactly what we needed! The house itself is very quaint, and has all of the amenities that we needed, but it's number 1 asset is the location. The Mill Pond is a few hundred yards away, and the kayaking was great. Lots of fish and a few seals cursing around in between the boats. For the ocean side, Lighthouse Beach is about 2 blocks away, but there is also a quieter beach at the end of Water Street that we used more often. The kids loved seeing all of the seals from the shore, but also took a boat tour for a closer view of the masses. It was great to stay in a pace that had a kitchen, and we took advantage by cooking a handful of meals that we ate outside on the deck, A short walk to Main Street gave us most of our other dining and plenty of shopping. A 5 minute drive to Chatham Seaside Links provided a little local 9 hole golf fun. For bigger golf, we drove about 25 minutes to Ocean Edge Resort to play a Nicklaus course, and that was fantastic. For a more extravagant snacks and sunset cocktails, we visited The Chatham Bars Inn and sat on the porch to look out over the water. The owners were super accommodating, and easy to work with. We had the pleasure of meeting them just before we left, and let them know that we will be back for other visits, for sure. We would highly recommend staying here!!!"

  • Another wonderful week!

"This was our 3rd time spending a week at this condo, we love it and the location so much that we keep coming back every year. Myself, my wife and our 2 kids love the location and the accommodations. It's great being able to walk right out the door and down to the beach on the bay side or just relax on the porch whenever we want. Its a quick run into to town for lunch and dinner, or a quick trip to the local Stop and Shop if we feel like eating in. Lots of great things to see and do nearby, from whale watching and dune tours, to walking around town or going to the beaches on the ocean side of the Cape (more than a few within a 10 minute drive)."
