  • Great Vacation Spot!

"If your looking for a place to stay in East Falmouth, you should seriously consider this place! It's the last house down a gravel lane so it's private and it overlooks the lake, what more could you ask for? It was also in a great central location from Falmouth or any of the other surrounding towns and really it did not take us long to get to the places that we wanted to go. The house has everything you would need for the week to prepare meals or to even cookout on the grills. The owners have floats, pool noodles, boogie boards, sand toys, kids beach chair, a camping chair it was everything we needed for the lake and the beach. The lake has a great little beach area for smaller kids and it was just a nice lake to swim and float around in. We did bring our own bed linens and bath/kitchen towels just because we knew we wouldn't be able to wash and dry everything before we departed early Saturday morning. The owner was responsive to any email I had sent, she replied within 24 hours and usually it was even sooner then this. Thanks Meredith for letting us stay at your house, we had a great time!"

  • Perfect vacation already booking next year!

"Just completed a one week stay this home which is a perfect location for everything. Had many plans before arriving but ended up enjoying the home and private beach most of all. We entertained on the massive deck and had more than enough room for our kids and friends. Spent almost everyday at private beach so never crowded. We had overnight guests as the arrangements of bedrooms and baths and outdoor shower accommodated all. Lots of room for parking. Quiet street allowed for bike riding and large backyard allowed many long wiffle ball tournaments for all ages. Highly recommended for families with young or even teen children, or two small families. Looking forward to next year!"

  • TICKED ALL THE BOXES

"Well, it was with very heavy hearts that we left Stan and Elaines property. We absolutely fell in love with Falmouth. House was absolutely lovely, well equipped and spacious. View from main bedroom was wonderful. We spent many happy hours at the pond but there was so much to do and see around the area. Plimoth was brilliant, kids loved it. We did some whale watching - awesome. We have walked, cycled, canoed around the pond. People couldn't have been nicer and it might have been our first visit to Cape Cod but its certainly left a lasting impression and won't be our last. Huge thanks to Stan and Elaine who couldn't have been more helpful and thank you both for having us. LOVED IT..."

  • Wonderful cottage by the water

"The cottage was immaculate and very charming. It fit our family of five (2 adults, 3 toddlers) great with all the amenities we could ask for. The outdoor shower served a great purpose when we walked back from the beach and needed to rinse off. The location was ideal for us because it was a stone's throw away from the Martha's Vineyard ferry. It also was central for us to take our day trip once to Salem, and the next day to Provincetown. The distance not too far from either location. We would definitely choose to stay here again next summer."
