  • Beautiful Provincetown rental far exceeded our expectations!

"So many good things to mention it's hard to start! 1) Location is great. Very near the dunes and beach. We walked or biked into town easily. 2) Apt is beautiful. Comfortably and tastefully decorated large, open living-dining-kitchen area with windows everywhere and tons of light. Plus, a warming gas fireplace for those chilly September nights. 3) Best equipped kitchen in a vacation rental we have ever had. First time we didn't have to go out buy some missing piece. Top-of-the-line stove, fridge, dishwasher, and your own clothes washer and dryer! 4) Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Plenty of high quality pillows, linens and towels. 5) Convenient half bath on the living level and full bath on the bedroom level with terrific, roomy shower. 6) Lovely views off the main space deck with plenty of room for outdoor dining and entertaining. The best views were from the cupola deck which overlooks the marsh, dunes, and ocean where we spent nearly every evening watching the gorgeous Provincetown sunsets. 7) Lovely neighbors, and TWO parking spaces! We would definitely rent this property again. It was exactly as advertised and better!"

  • Wonderful place to make memories!

"This was my 1st time in this rental, & it was a 100% pleasurable experience, from the owners themselves, to the apartment & its amenities, to its fantastic location. For just my son & I, it was perfect - SO close to the beach, & we just loved the outdoor shower. The updates the owners have made to the kitchen & bathroom are well done, & we both kept referring to it as "going home" at the end of our long days...which is exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for! The town itself is so charming, everyone we encountered in restaurants, shops & the chamber of commerce were friendly & helpful, & I loved that it was so centrally-located in the Cape, making it an ideal base from which to travel for excursions. In just a week, we fit a LOT in, from whale watching to a seal cruise to a Harwich Mariners baseball game to the pirate museum, to seemingly endless mini golf, go karts, & bumper boats...& still managed to get to the local beach on 5 of our 7 days. So, I was very, very happy with our stay, & look forward to establishing this as a tradition for my son & I. We hope to be back next year!"

  • Wedding in P'Town

"We just returned home yesterday from our son's wedding in Provincetown. We rented both condos for our stay. Our stay was excellent. Both owners were extremely friendly and gracious, inquired about our stay while we were there, and met us again on the day of the wedding. We met other friends of the owners who live in the same condo complex who were also very friendly, gracious, and helpful (one even found my car keys left in an unlikely location on the morning we were leaving). The two homes are beautiful and well kept. We housed 6 couples (3 in each unit) and two children. The views of the moors from their upper decks are spectacular. I would recommend this location to anyone, and hope we can return sometime in the near future. The moors, national park dunes, and beaches are beautiful. Guests can rent very nice bicycles less than 1/4 mile's walk. Terrific restaurants and Provincetown west end sites are very close - easily walkable."
