  • Wedding in P'Town

"We just returned home yesterday from our son's wedding in Provincetown. We rented both condos for our stay. Our stay was excellent. Both owners were extremely friendly and gracious, inquired about our stay while we were there, and met us again on the day of the wedding. We met other friends of the owners who live in the same condo complex who were also very friendly, gracious, and helpful (one even found my car keys left in an unlikely location on the morning we were leaving). The two homes are beautiful and well kept. We housed 6 couples (3 in each unit) and two children. The views of the moors from their upper decks are spectacular. I would recommend this location to anyone, and hope we can return sometime in the near future. The moors, national park dunes, and beaches are beautiful. Guests can rent very nice bicycles less than 1/4 mile's walk. Terrific restaurants and Provincetown west end sites are very close - easily walkable."

  • A week by the beach

"What a cute little apartment by the beach! We are a family of 4, kids are 3 and 4 and we couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation near the seashore. Located right in the National Seashore, a quick 5-10 minute walk to coast guard beach, this is a really cute place to stay while you enjoy Cape Cod. The cottage style apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home on vacation. Everything from kitchen utensils, to coffee maker, to appliances. We definitely needed and used the washer dryer on this trip! The owners went out of their way to be welcoming and make sure we had everything. We could walk to the beach to watch the seals and jump in the waves. It's also a quick drive to the bay side to enjoy First Encounter Beach which was perfect for little kids during low tide. The Nauset lighthouse is about a mile away which made for a great morning run and also a fun family excursion to the top. (Tours in the late afternoon- check the schedule.) Arnold's was a classic takeaway place with mini golf and great fried food. Close by. The chocolate cafe is also close and has a purple truck that comes to the beaches and has the best ice cream sandwiches. Not to be missed. If you're hikers, I'd recommend the Marconi swamp trail which has boardwalks and an easy trail for little kids. Really an ideal location, sweet beach house and warm welcoming hosts."

  • Great House, Great Location!

"We had a mini family reunion the week we stayed at the house. Two families with 10 total were very comfortable in this house for a week. The house was clean and well organized. The kids play room was a huge hit! We did not have to buy anything to go to the beach, plenty of beach chairs and toys. We walked almost everywhere! Its was a lovely place. We would return! Thank you for our stay!"

  • Lovely Stay

"We rented this cottage for two weeks in July and loved it. The location couldn't be beat (3/4 minutes walk to Craigville Beach and the view from the rooftop deck and back deck were awesome. The wildlife seen from the back deck was really great and we looked forward to watching the cranes, ospreys, etc. The sunroom was our favorite part of the cottage. The owners were easy to deal with and most accommodating. The basket of 'goodies' was a very nice touch and the cottage was very clean and quite homey. We loved everything about the place and we had a wonderful vacation stay. Thanks again for everything!!!!!!"
