"Updated accommodations, beautiful area in Dennisport. A quick walk to the beach, restaurants and a gift shop at the corner and shopping just down the road. We had a wonderful time! • Very clean, near our favorite beaches, beds comfortable

"This house was in the perfect location for our family. It was super clean when we arrived. We had plenty of room for our family of 5, with three teenaged kids (actually didn't even use one of the bedrooms). We havent rented a house on the Cape in awhile so we were thrilled to have three showers and a kitchen and living room to spread out. Outside shower was great. Location was key as we go to Beachcomber and Whitecrest as well as utilize the bike path, which is 1.5 miles away. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. Beds were very comfortable. No A/C but ceiling fans in each bedroom kept us plenty cool."

  • Cape Cod Charm and Character

"Summers on the Cape were a part of my childhood and though I wanted to introduce it to my own children- now grown and off on their own- I was worried about finding a place that exuded the old Cape that I remembered. The wild areas, the dunes, the hikes, the old towns the vernacular architecture... But this house. This sweet house- gave it all back to me and more. Converging from the west coast, the Rockies, the Chesapeake Bay and the land of Liberty, our group of 8 had more than enough room to sneak away with a good book or converge for charades and shenanigans. Large decks shaded by beautiful white oaks overlooked a river valley. Wild turkey (the feathered kind) were prevalent on the local trails. The location gave us ample opportunity to easily explore Provincetown and wellfleet and other sections of the National Seashore. We rented bikes and explored further than our feet would take us. Access via the fast ferry from Logan was part of the fun. And the car rental at Provincetown was a snap. We barely made a dent in our list of things to explore and so we look forward to coming back again soon!"

  • Great Location, great cottage!

"We came up from New Mexico for a wedding in Falmouth and wanted to stay near family who were also renting in New Silver Beach. This was by far the nicest cottage out of all of them. Spacious, well stocked, the kayaks were wonderful to have. Comfortable beds, nice to have a master bath. Cottage was very clean. We are locking in our dates for 2018 before we leave. Overall a Great vacation!"
