"A perfect place for a chillaxing cape cod vacation. Very cute with nice amenities. Outdoor fire pit, outdoor shower, hammock, loungers and beach chairs. Amazing views of well fleet bay. Great to have a glass of wine and some smoked bluefish and watch the sunset. Well appointed kitchen and bbq if u want to eat in"

  • We really didn't want to leave!

"We've rented numerous homes on the Cape and this was by far our favorite! My family--2 adults, 2 teenagers and a dog--stayed here in August 2015. The house was beautiful, spacious, immaculate and the perfect getaway from the Boston 'burbs. The landscaping was beautiful--a welcome surprise when we arrived. The decor was fun, tasteful and interesting, creating just the right atmosphere for a relaxing week. The beautiful new kitchen was well-stocked. The living area was sunny with a beautiful view. We ate all our dinners on the deck off the dining area, and enjoyed many cups of coffee in the lounge chairs on the outer deck. When the weather was a little damp, we took advantage of the games and puzzles that were in ample supply. My son loved having the entire downstairs "suite" to himself and the grown-ups loved that each child had his/her own bathroom separate from ours. The kids had a blast discovering Ballston, Longnook and Cornhill beaches. (We'd previously gone to the bigger beaches, but these were far less crowded and, I would argue, nicer.) And we took full advantage of local offerings--restaurants, Truro Farmer's Market, Payomet Performance Center, Oliver's Red Clay Tennis Courts, Provincetown and Cape Cod Rail Trail. Just a wonderful way to spend a summer week."

  • Quiet escape from home!

"This is our favorite vacation spot. We have been coming here for years and each time it feels like our home away from home. Sometimes we forget that we are just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Main Street because the cottage is so quiet! Situated on a dead end street, you are also a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Some of our favorite places to visit in the area are Cafe Bertini Gelato (gelato is made from scratch on the premises in small batches so it is always fresh!), Common Ground Cafe (delicious sandwiches, soups, salads all made with local ingredients and fresh baked bread), and taking bike rides around the Hyannis Port neighborhood. A week at this cottage is all you need to recharge and feel refreshed. Don't forget to try the outdoor shower! It's one of our favorite features."

  • Jeff and the pups

"I had the honor of renting "Sweet Sixteen" over the entire winter. One would think that staying at a beach house over a cape cod winter would not be very enjoyable, but I had a blast. This home has a great vibe to it, the living room is situated in such a manner as the fireplace is front and center and with plenty of gather around room, the walls are covered in very tasteful paneling and great aquatic art work. I love that there are windows all around! The house is situated on the beach but also affords incredible views of the marsh, the marsh also is an inlet from the bay and is great for launching kayaks. There is a deck right on a berm overlooking the beach and all of Cape Cod bay, you can even see the Pilgrim monument in P-town and the cape as it winds around the bay. As one winds down the bumpy dirt road further and further down a path, you suddenly pop out in a sunny row of beach houses-how relaxing is that!? You feel as if you are far from everything but are actually just minutes from Sandwich and back over the bridge... Great place, great location, Eileen and Wally are just really good people! Can"t wait to go back! Jeff"
