  • Lots of Space And beautiful view

"This was our first vacation as a family. Me, My husband and my 7 month old twins loved all the space the house had to offer. Having the TV in the sun room was actually great bc we could chat and watch TV after we put our boys down to sleep without having to worry about being too loud. The pool is lovely and private. The days were cooler being mid September but we did get the opportunity to use it one day. The water view with deck off the master bedroom was lovely to wake up to. Being walking distance to Nauset Farms was great for morning stroll and coffee. The people there knew us by name by the end of our stay. Our only wish was that there was more sidewalk to take longer walks. We love walking with the stroller in he mornings at home. But with no sidewalks on a main road we were worried about having the kids on the side of the road. Nauset beach was very close which was great (again if there were sidewalks we would have actually walked there). Overall I'd recommend this house especially for a family who needs space for everyone to spread out. We immediately felt at home and were so very glad we canceled our hotel room we originally had booked! Finally the owners were very responsive and easy to work with :)"

  • Great House, Great Location

"My family and I (two adults, 3yo, and 6 mo) stayed in this house for a week during the summer. The house was fantastic - clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, and as advertised (which is not always the case). We loved the screened porch for our meals. The yard was great for the kids (including a nice swing set). Most importantly, the location is great - the gorgeous Nauset beach is a very walkable distance away. Downtown is a short drive away. Eric is a delight to work with. Hoping we'll be able to get back next summer!"

  • Charming to the max

"We thoroughly enjoyed our extra long weekend on Meadow Way. We have rented homes at the Cape for years and each one has its own personality or no personality. Some houses are stark and sterile, but not here. It was more like being in someone's home with all the sweet touches that not everybody might leave in the care of strangers. The hand thrown pottery dishes and the original artwork over the walls and the bookcase filled with every book I ever wanted to buy from the charming bookstore in Chatham made for a very comfy homey visit. It was supplied with everything we needed, the bed was great and the decor in the whole house was endlessly fun to explore. It had a strong feminine touch with an hydrangea theme, but so very tastefully done. My husband liked the big swivel armchairs and huge tv on the rainy day we were inside. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and so quiet away from the fray. We found the location super convenient for a market and good restaurants. The owner was was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. And last, but so important, the house was CLEAN!!!!"
