  • Cozy and quiet for a relaxing vacation!

"We stayed for a week to attend our nephew's wedding in Orleans. The cabin was perfect! Very neat and clean, quiet surroundings, and lovely view of sailboats on Arey's Pond. There were 4 of us for the entire week, with 2 more coming later in the week. Plenty of bedrooms and eating areas! We all loved the rustic atmosphere and being surrounded by trees. In addition, it was close to our other relatives and easy to drive to Hyannis and Provincetown. Highly recommend for a family or couple who want to visit Cape Cod and environs. Very responsive and welcoming owners, too!"

  • Plenty of room!

"This house was the perfect size for my family, my sister's family, my brother, and our parents to all stay together. The location was convenient for my family...we didn't have a car, so we could walk to get coffee, groceries, and even go down main street for shopping and the Falmouth library (which the kids loved). We were back and forth to Surf Drive Beach almost every day, and we really enjoyed candlepin bowling at Ryan's. There were also plenty of bikes to go around. The kids loved the yard and all the games, puzzles, and books they discovered around the house. It was also convenient having a separate cottage for naptime...for the kids AND adults. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Host with the most (seriously!)

"This is the third time my family and I have stayed at this property. We have tried others- they never live up to the Teaticlet House! (That's what we call it). Plenty of comfortable beds, outside shower, newly remodeled baths, an art room, fun garage to hang out in, kayaks, paddle boat and the list goes on. Rob is always so quick to answer any questions or concerns. You can tell he really loves this house- it's not the house where things (couches, furniture, stuff) goes to die. This is a quality house with quality furnishings and you don't have to be afraid of what you might touch in this house. It's so convenient to everything- beaches, shopping, entertainment, ice cream. We love coming here and will continue to come here in the future!"

  • Perfect little gem in Chatham!

"Our family fell in love with Chatham and Matt's house, it was the perfect home for our week in the Cape! The house is spacious, with tons of common spaces for family dinners and game nights. The bedrooms are well situated and very comfortable. It was really hot when we stayed here, but the house stays cool even during the days because of how close it is to the ocean. We loved the breezes and had to close the windows at night (classic Cape Cod where it gets chilly at night even in the peak of summer). We also loved the outdoor shower and the grill. As far as location goes, it was ideal: we liked being a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham but away from the busy (almost chaotic) feeling in town when it's peak season. There's a few quaint, cute restaurants in the area and Stop & Shop is just a few minutes away. Forest Beach is great because it has very few parking spaces, leaving it mostly for the neighborhood. I also liked that we could see it from the house and walk there in a few minutes. Definitely coming back with my family next summer, thanks again Matt!"
