  • Relaxing vacation !!!

"I booked this property as a last minute vacation . I could not have been anymore pleased with the outcome . Richard was very helpful with a quick response and e -documents for me to sign . Now on to the property, the house is on a quiet dead end road and has a very large fenced in yard for activities. there is a hot tub in the yard which we used every night. the house has everything you need in it for a relaxing stay on the cape. It is a short ride to the beach and all stores and restaurants and is right down the road from a great golf course.I hope to be back again soon !"

  • Relaxing

"This is a very nice spot. My husband and I stayed in the second floor bedroom and as you wake just open your eyes you can watch the sun rise, really nice. The home is very well equipped with beach chairs ect. In the kitchen there are an abundant of size pans to cook with . Having the washer and dryer is great as well as the internet. There is a hair dryer in the second floor bath but you have to take down t the other bathroom because it will not fit the out let on the first floor. Any one who goes will enjoy there time. Just wonderful"

  • Great property in great location in Brewster

"My family of four with two children ages 8 and 10 stayed for a long weekend at the beginning of summer. House was charming with bright, sunny kitchen. Kids loved claw-foot tub. Nice to have such large front and back yards. Kids played ball and rode bikes on property. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Close to heart of Brewster. Loved the Brewster General Store. Kids took books out from the Brewster Ladies Library. Very close to rail trail for biking. Took in free baseball game at local elementary school (also close). Did kayaking and SUP at Nicholson State Park. Definitely recommend the Museum of Natural History in Brewster. Thanks, Mia, for a great weekend!"
