  • So Relaxing

"This place is even better than the very nice pictures - the house has so much space and it somehow feels homey and luxurious at the same time. The kitchen area is perfect and the outside deck is fun. I have two dogs that loved the fenced-in backyard. I found the furniture comfortable, and taking a shower was just bliss. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to take walks in - especially near Great Pond. The owner communicated well and is conscientious about properly maintaining the property. I'd recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax in a home away from home."

  • Great family vacation home

"This was a vacation with our 3 adult children and their families. The house is large enough so we weren't in each other's space. We gathered for family meals in the spacious dining room looking out at the spectacular view. The house could use a little cosmetic work but all in all a great time was had by us all."

  • Lovely Place with plenty of space

"Even though the weather didn't hold up, we enjoyed the house immensely especially the downstairs den. The location is awesome as well with a short ride to a favorite breakfast joint (Moonakis) and only 10 minutes to downtown Falmouth. I would recommend this place to any first-time or return travelers."

  • A Classic Cape House in a super long cation.

"This is a lovely traditional home within walking distance of downtown, which has great restaurants and shops, of the harbor, the ferry, the beaches and the bike path. It is a quiet neighborhood with a lovely, covered back veranda and a private backyard. The property is clean and well maintained. You feel as though you are staying in your family home rather than a soul-less rental property. Jane is a most gracious host and provides two phone numbers if you need to call her at any time about any issue; she is most accommodating. We have been to Falmouth a number of times and love the Shining Sea Bike path, access to the Martha's Vineyard ferry, the various beaches, the Glass Onion restaurant for amazing dinners, strolling around the harbor, and Main Street. This property has great access to all of this. I would recommend this property to others."
