  • Lovely spot for family and friends

"We rented this summer for one week in August. The house had plenty of space for our multi generational bunch. We sat in the backyard with little white lights at night and in the morning with our teas. It was very private without any sight of neighbors. Really appreciated having all linens, etc and laundry in the basement. We brought our bikes and they were indispensable getting to market, beach, town, and woods hole. The bike back to the house is up a hill but most of our hardy bunch pushed upwards, easy walk if you must though. Some of us did a short run to the beach each day and it was lovely with the harbor and the osprey nests. We did not buy the beach sticker but instead did drop off and bike back. The water at Chappy beach is wonderful and when the tide got too high we could just set up chairs on the far end of the parking lot...sunsets are a must. You should bring your beach chairs because the beach can get narrow and make sure you walk the beach and look for sea glass or mother of pearl shells! The kids really felt safe on the sandbar too. On our last day we parked at a nearby bike path lot for free and enjoyed the beach one more day. Lots to see and do in the area or just hanging at this great home. Couldn't be nicer!"

  • Plenty of room!

"This house was the perfect size for my family, my sister's family, my brother, and our parents to all stay together. The location was convenient for my family...we didn't have a car, so we could walk to get coffee, groceries, and even go down main street for shopping and the Falmouth library (which the kids loved). We were back and forth to Surf Drive Beach almost every day, and we really enjoyed candlepin bowling at Ryan's. There were also plenty of bikes to go around. The kids loved the yard and all the games, puzzles, and books they discovered around the house. It was also convenient having a separate cottage for naptime...for the kids AND adults. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Beautiful home

"I got married in Falmouth this Fall and needed a house for my family to stay in. It wasn't easy to find a house for all of us, and that was close to the church and a body of water, but we found it here. The house is incredible: six spacious rooms, a great living/dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. The downstairs "game room" was a hit with the group, both old and new. We played ping-pong, pool, chatted at the bar, and saw the sun come up from the patio, as we gazed at the pond. It was a great time and Julie was a courteous host and left us completely at ease. She was also excellent in responding to emails and keeping me updated throughout the process. I don't intend on getting married again, but if I ever need a house for a big party on the Cape, I know where to look."

  • Wonderful cottage by the water

"The cottage was immaculate and very charming. It fit our family of five (2 adults, 3 toddlers) great with all the amenities we could ask for. The outdoor shower served a great purpose when we walked back from the beach and needed to rinse off. The location was ideal for us because it was a stone's throw away from the Martha's Vineyard ferry. It also was central for us to take our day trip once to Salem, and the next day to Provincetown. The distance not too far from either location. We would definitely choose to stay here again next summer."
