  • Fall into Fun in the Autumn

"My family and I have vacationed in Falmouth for many years. We love everythnig about it--beaches, parks, restaurants, its natural beauty, and its people. We can now add Maria and Tom and their home- away- from- hom to the list.. We spent two weeks there in October and everything was better than advertised. Davisville is a beautiful area, with lovely streets to walk your pets. Everything in Falmouth is conveniently located, and the house was just perfect. It was immaculate, thoughtfully arranged, with every item you could want or need for a carefree stay. I loved the sunroom best! Our dogs loved the yard, and we did too. We have already booked for next year, and hopefully many more to come."

  • This house has everything we needed

"We stayed at 205 Edgewater last week. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated with a tasteful beach theme. We had 3 adults, 3 small children, a newborn, and our dog. There was sufficient space for all of us. I loved the open floor plan and the good use of the space for extra sitting areas. The washer, dryer and dishwasher added a convenience that we appreciated. Although there is only one bathroom there's an outdoor shower which got a ton of use. We had beautiful weather and when we weren't out and about or at the beach then we were in the fenced in backyard grilling or relaxing in the hammock. The private beach is a short walk away and is convenient and clean. It is small and perfect for small children as there are no waves except those created by the wakes of passing boats. We did drive to some larger public beaches throughout the week for some variation. We enjoyed our stay here. There wasn't much that we needed that we couldn't find here, from beach gear to kitchen supplies to towels etc, everything was readily available to us. We hope to rent this house again next year."

  • Beautiful Home, Neighborhood, & Private Beach

"This was the first time that my family had vacationed in Falmouth after spending decades vacationing on the mid-Cape. I must say that Falmouth is absolutely gorgeous, and in particular the East Falmouth area where this beautiful property is located. This property is not a mere cottage by any means, and is well thought out in the planning, decorating, and overall functionality of it. This home is located in a pristine neighborhood that is safe, private, and shared by other beautiful properties and neighbors. The private beach is literally a three-minute walk across the street and was by far one of the best in the area. The boardwalk to get onto the sand was a great feature and they had a beach volleyball net and court set up in a designated area for use. Sand and swimming was very nice, and the water was relatively calm for those with young kids. It is clearly a beach where you can put down your chairs and umbrella, set the kids up with their sand toys and floats, and let them do their thing without having to be constantly worrying about them. The house itself is extremely functional for families, and has well-appointed bedrooms that are very comfortable and have air. Both the upstairs and downstairs are very spacious and provide ample room for guests to go off into their own areas. There are many of the creature comforts of home with Smart T.V.s, DVD Player, WIFI, and Netflix which comes in very handle with kids. Also having an outdoor shower along with a washer & dryer was an added bonus. Probably one of the biggest draws to this property is that while it is well decorated throughout, it has been done in such a way that you do not have to worry about there being an abundance of breakables or antiques for those who are vacationing with smaller children. Overall, our family had a wonderful week in Falmouth while staying at this house, and it is definitely one which we highly recommend and will consider for future vacations to the Cape."

  • Great place

"We had a great time during our stay at this house, which is situated in a quite street (that allowed for safe bike riding) not too far from the beach . The house is very spacious and comfortable, exactly what we needed for our vacation with 5 children. The big backyard provided space for games and grilling. The owner was very responsive throughout the entire process and even supplied us with suggestions for places to visit (beaches and restaurants) which we found very helpful. Whether you are looking for a quiet time with books and away from the noise or looking to have fun this place will do. Perfect for big groups or families."
