  • Wonderful Home Away From Home!

"This home was immaculate and very accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet. The Rollos were very attentive to any questions we had. Mashpee Commons is nearby and we went there for coffee every morning. Grocery stores and lots of nice restaurants are at the Commons, too. We took our granddaughters to the Cape Cod Childrens Museum nearby and they loved it! A big thank you to the Rollos for sharing their lovely home!"

  • Lovely Weekend

"My husband and I rented this one bedroom condo in New Seabury for 2 nights in October. It was our first visit to Cape Cod. Our adult daughter stayed with us one night on the hide-a-bed. It was a lovely community in adorable Cape Cod style. I am guessing it was originally built in the 70's or 80's. It felt very safe and was quiet this time of the year. We enjoyed the walking trails and the raw bar in the village. They had huge, delicious lobster rolls! The beach was a short walk and felt like our own private beach. The high ceilings and windows made the condo feel larger with plenty of light. The one bedroom is small and the bathroom is too. The queen bed was a little on the firm-side for us and the pillows were firm-foam. We found everything we needed except a blow-dryer which was really an inconvenience because I did not bring one with me and generally use one every morning. It would be nice to have one provided. We could not find any extra pillows for the hide-a-bed, only 4 foam pillows on the bedroom bed. It would have been nice to have a few more pillows. I had a little trouble getting the information about how to get into the condo. The rental agent did finally respond to my email and phone message the night before we were scheduled to arrive. All-in-all we really enjoyed this little condo and the community that it is in on Cape Cod. It was not luxury, but we would consider staying here again because the price was fair. The deposit was returned about 8-9 days after our stay. In my opinion an upgrade to the bed and pillows and a blow dryer would have made it 5 stars!!"

  • Great place!

"This house is modern and open with large class doors onto the pool. It is beautiful from the moment you enter. The owners are friendly and accommodating and the house is very clean. Minutes to the beach, the mall or the popanessett inn for lobster rolls. If you're staying in Cape Cod, you can't beat this location."

  • Lovely property: I can't wait to come back to stay again

"I can's say enough about our stay. We came for a wedding at the Popponesset Inn. The property is the perfect location. Its only a couple minute walk to get there. The home is clean, well equipped and has beautiful views. We are coming back this summer. I cant wait sit on the massive second floor deck and relax in the sun and warm weather. The Popponesset Marketplace is filled with quaint little stores and great activities our kids will love. The beach is two minutes over a little white bridge and couldn't be closer. We also ventured a few minutes further to the Mashpee commons. It has everything from great grocery stores ( organic health food market as well) to fine dining, movie theater, bowling and lots of stores for shopping."
