  • 10 Spoondrift Circle - Amazing!

"In the words of our 5 year old granddaughter, "This house is amazing." The house was beautiful and very roomy for the 9 of us. The bedrooms were configured perfectly for everyone in our family. The rental agent and the homeowner were very friendly and easy to work with. The proximity to everything, shopping, the spit/ocean, community building, was great. I would highly recommend this property. The Brunk Family"

  • Lovely in November

"My mom and I rented this home for 10 days over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect location for relaxing and exploring the nearby area. We were given a key code for the door which worked well for coming and going. Chris emailed detailed instructions for getting to the cottage and checked with us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. He responded promptly to a question I had during our stay, and was very pleasant in all of our interactions. The cottage was very cute and comfortable. I enjoyed reading and relaxing on the oversize couch. There was also cable tv and wifi available. The beach is an easy two block walk from the house, and I had it pretty much to myself this time of year. I loved taking long walks and watching the sun set. The village beach shops were closed in November, but there were plenty of restaurants, grocery stories, and shops still open in Mashpee (less than 10 min drive away). I liked the cottage's location on Cape Cod in general. We were able to easily explore Cape Cod, took a ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and were even close enough for a day trip to Newport, RI to tour The Breakers mansion and walk the cliff walk. It took us about an hour and a half from Boston to get to the cottage. We were fortunate enough not to run into much traffic. I'm glad we decided to visit during the off season. It was nice to experience Cape Cod when it was quiet."

  • Thumbs Up, Again!

"As in the past years that we have been fortunate in renting this vacation property from Rich and Martine, we found this sweet home as we had before... Clean, bright, welcoming, cozy and extremely well appointed. The owners go above and beyond to make certain that their visitors are comfortable and provided for. Popponesset has a lot to offer for families as well as couples looking for quality time to spend together. It's a great area for walking, jogging, swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, dining out, shopping, kids activities, and just plain quiet relaxation. Every summer for the past 60 years Popponesset has been a tradition in this family. We have rented at numerous locations and all family members agree that Rich and Martine's home in Popponesset is "awesome!" We are looking forward to our 2017 Popponesset vacation at the Palanza's!"
