  • Great Place For A Cape Vacation!

"We could not have been happier with this great condo at Sears Point. A really nice small community complete with its own beach rights on Cape Cod Bay which is a great place to swim in the warmer water away from the seal/shark situation on the ocean side. We have been coming to the Cape for 35 years, so know the area well. Spotlessly clean; comfortable, nice flat screen TVs, wifi, full modern kitchen; a roomy master bath with both a tub and walk in shower, along with another full bath for the other first floor bedroom (and a smaller one upstairs). Nice patio with Webber grill. While it is part of a condo community, the layout is great. Once you leave the cluster oriented parking/garage area, the units are configured to views that look out to the landscaping/woods. Nice roomy "great room" living/dining combo. I have a couple of problematic knees, and the steps to the beach were no big deal; a couple of sloped series of stairs. It's truly nice to be able to go to the beach without having to deal with packing the car, worrying about when you can get into beach parking, and lugging stuff. We didn't feel like we were on the usual "beach clock". A real plus. Really nice owners to deal with; friendly and communicative. The neighbors we ran into were all friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend, and we most definitely shall return!"

  • Charming cottage, great location

"Had a great week at this charming, comfortable cottage! The home was clean, beautifully furnished, well organized, and the kitchen amply supplied. Sue, the owner, was helpful and accessible for questions. Located on a quiet and pretty side street, it's an easy walk to town with lots of shops and dining choices and to local beaches. It's also a convenient launching pad for drives to Hyannis to catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard or to other local picturesque towns for exploring. It's hard to imagine a better place to stay in lovely Chatham MA!"

  • A wonderful time on Cape Cod in Eastham

"Our family had a wonderful two week stay at Coastal Breeze this August. The house was very clean and had everything that was listed that would be there. It is on a dead end street which had very little traffic and the deck was so enjoyable. Coastal Breeze is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and my son road the trail every chance he could. It also close to Nauset Light and Marconi beaches and we also traveled to Provincetown a few time including going on a whale watch (we got great pictures). If you want donuts go to the Hole n One doughnut shop on Route 6 and for ice cream try Nauset Light Ice Cream. Don't forget to stop at Sam's Deli for sandwiches. If you are an adventurer stop at the Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham the are all types of thing to do. If you have a few extra minutes at the Headquarters building watch the movie "Sands of Time" it is only about ten minutes long (shows how Cape Cod was formed). Having wi-fi is a great. Julie is a great owner and explained everything about her home. We would recommend this house to a friend."
