  • Perfect location for our family of 6

"Our second year at this cottage in the tree's was another hit with our family. Our 3 year old grandchildren think it's Mimi and Pap pap's (our) house. The location couldn't be better, just around the corner from our daughter-in-law's families vacation house. It is so close to ponds and our favorite beaches. We explored new beaches and the seal watching in the early am was spectacular. The host M.S. was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend this house.......just not during our week......we may just want to rent it forever."

  • Lovely!

"Lovely cottage with a cozy atmosphere. The home was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The open, airy sunroom was a welcome sight after a long day at the beach/sightseeing as well as in the mornings after a great night's sleep in the comfy beds! Kent and Viki were wonderful to work with. We happily recommend this sweet gem!"

  • Making memories at the bay

"The property was fantastic, it met all our needs from a 2 year old to 91 year old. The view of the bay was outstanding and we were lucky enough to have had great weather to enjoy it. The owners were very accommodating and the house was extremely well stocked. We especially loved the "welcome" basket, YUM! Thanks for sharing your lovely house."

  • Great property in great location in Brewster

"My family of four with two children ages 8 and 10 stayed for a long weekend at the beginning of summer. House was charming with bright, sunny kitchen. Kids loved claw-foot tub. Nice to have such large front and back yards. Kids played ball and rode bikes on property. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Close to heart of Brewster. Loved the Brewster General Store. Kids took books out from the Brewster Ladies Library. Very close to rail trail for biking. Took in free baseball game at local elementary school (also close). Did kayaking and SUP at Nicholson State Park. Definitely recommend the Museum of Natural History in Brewster. Thanks, Mia, for a great weekend!"
