  • Fantastic location right on the beach, literally

"Well appointed accommodation Everything we needed or could have wanted was there Loved the location and privacy… being the off season, we were the only ones there, so very peaceful I had no problem with the master bed, but my husband found it much too soft and suffered with back issues Apart from that, a wonderful experience. Thank you"

  • Quiet Truro

"In mid-October, lovely beach cottage with a quiet Truro location. So welcoming to return each day to this well-appointed cottage that has an inviting feel of home. The interior design is bright, spacious, fun, simplicity at its best, & to be appreciated. Directly behind the iconic Days Cottages with a walking easement to the beach & water. Two markets nearby, one within easy walking distance. Cape Cod National Seashore so close by to explore... everyday. No regrets."

  • Great house for a family reunion

"This is the second time we rented this house, and it is a great property for our annual family reunion. We hope to rent it again next year. The bedrooms have bathrooms en suite so everyone has their privacy. There are two large living rooms and a big dining area. There is a large deck with a hot tub and a patio with a fire pit. It is a great house for a party - we had my husbands birthday party there. The house comes fully equipped with an abundance of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, etc. The kitchen has a large selection of pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, etc. More than ample. We did a lot of cooking on the gas grille. This is not a fancy house - it is a typical Cape beach house, so if you are looking for granite counters and Pottery Barn furniture, this won't be the place for you. But if you are looking for a place that is amenable to beach living, the spills of young children, and the presence of a dog (the owner allows my daughter to bring her dog) then this is a great property. There is also a small guest house which we also rent - a perfect little spillover spot. The owner is very responsive. When we emailed her with questions or when small issues came up, she got back to us right away."

  • Great time at Happy Hill.

"Our family spent a wonderful week at Happy Hill. The accommodations were perfect for our large family that includes three generations. There are wonderful spaces throughout the property that met the needs of both children and adults. Its proximity to N. Truro center, the winery and the beach are a definite plus. Rob provided helpful information about the area and Happy Hill while being very attentive to our needs. We certainly hope to return next summer."
