"The house was absolutely wonderful and as described. The owners were great communicators and everything in the house worked wonderfully. We enjoyed our walks to Skaket beach, being able to bring our dog, eating at the Jailhouse, eating on the screened in porch, sitting in the Adirondack chairs, using the fire pit, watching tv/movies, and playing monopoly. We loved that it could easily fit to separate parties and had two very separate bathrooms both with showers. I plan on definitely staying at this rental again in the future and everyone in our party of four plus one dog really enjoyed it."

  • Perfect Family Reunion Spot

"My family was looking for a house in Brewster where we could all gather for my nephew's wedding. We needed accommodations for 6 adults , two small children, and a young baby. This house was perfect. Not only was it comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, it was steps away from the reception venue at a local camp. The 3 full baths made life much easier with small children and the view overlooking the pond was beautiful. The owners met us and showed us around the house and offered good suggestions for activities. It was a great weekend. It was the perfect chance to spend time with a new baby, celebrate a new marriage, and introduce a son-in-law and daughter-in-law to Cape Cod. This lovely Cape home made it possible. We only wish we had had more time. Perhaps another year!"

  • Great Location

"The house was great. Great location and very close to beaches. We went to Bank St., Earle St., Sea St., and Red River. All were clean and beautiful. Our favorite was Earle St. The town was a short walk with some great bakeries. We took a ferry to Martha's Vineyard and also a drive to Newport , RI. Very close to Chatham beaches, shops and food. The only two things I would change about the house would be to add a TV in the upstairs bedroom and air conditioning to the upstairs. While it was very comfortable downstairs, the first 4 days we were there it was extremely hot and no matter how many fans and open windows we had upstairs it was too warm to sleep. Aside from that I would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Also the owner Mary Kate was a pleasure to work with. The Marcus Family, East Windsor, NJ."
