  • QUINTESSENTIAL Vacation Stay on Cape Cod

"Our lasting impression of the property that we rented in June/2016 was one of a charming , immaculate, well equipped+++, easily accessible, well-groomed beach, fun in the sun experience!! A BIG thank you to the owners for their attention to detail regarding every aspect of our stay from trash disposal to Cape Cod adventures to take out/delivery. We hope to return for many years to come!"

  • Beautiful location! Fun stuff for the kids. Quiet beach.

"This is our second year renting the same house. The family is very accommodating and has been very helpful with us in the past. It's a small walk to the beach and it's always quiet. You can enjoy the beach side for half the day and then go over to the inlet side and do the other half the day. We easily could spend the whole day there. I love that they have beach wagon is and send toys and water toys on the property for us to use. It's so nice not to lug all of our stuff down plus the kids enjoy playing with some new toys. Sometimes it gets a little hot but we found this summer to be much more bearable than last summer. We will be back."

  • Delightful cottage! Perfect stress free getaway.

"We went post season and had the best weather with no crowds! Plenty of room on the beach. Many fine restaurants still open. Quaint cottage stocked with everything you need. Local beach steps away and bigger West Dennis beach a quick walk. Highly recommend!!"

  • A charming place in an excellent location.

"The house dates from 1826 and is very charming. It is a 2 minute walk to Main St and all the restaurants etc of Chatham. The owners were very nice people and very attentive without being intrusive. We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our time in Chatham and found the accommodation met our needs well. Highly recommended. We liked the atmosphere of The Squire. Tip - phone first to get on the waiting list. Not as keen on the Goose. We found the Chatham Market to be very expensive for groceries. Instead we used the Stop and Shop a few miles away."
