  • Beautiful place and great location

"The place is really beautiful. Two bedrooms - one with a master bath off the bedroom, the other with a detached bathroom. A wonderful large kitchen. And a fantastic gas fireplace that took the chill off the cold evening. The location is great. On a rather main road, but set back enough it was quiet. And a short drive or a bike ride to the PTown center. The owners are very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."

  • Great Location + Cosy Apartment + Beautiful Deck

"We stayed at Jan & Cindy's apartment for a week July '16. They made the booking process very straightforward. Location is just perfect, easy walk from the fast ferry and you are right on the beach with a communal decking area (never busy, perfect for your morning coffee). On the corner is the cafe The Wired Puppy. Easy walk into the main bars & restaurants of PTown but far enough away that it feels quiet and calm. The apartment is a great size, the bedrooms are equal in size and quality and its a good strong shower. Everything you need in the kitchen. You are on the first (ground floor) so expect a little noise from the residents above you, but you are far enough away from Commercial St that it is nice and quiet. A/C works well in the bedrooms. By the end of the week it really felt like home and we were very sad to leave. Hope to be back next summer."

  • Great place

"This is a great property within walking (or trolley) distance of Provincetown proper, but in a quiet location directly across from the beach, and steps away from fantastic trails through the woods and dunes. The condo has great amenities for a weeks stay, and was very comfortable for out family of 3. Kim was fantastic to work with, and very quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Chic and Cozy Studio in Perfect Location

"A total find! One of the best-kept secrets in PTown. This studio offers everything you could possibly want. Not only is it close to everything -- one block from the Boatslip, very short walk to the Gifford House and the grocery store, on the way to the beach -- it is quiet and feels secluded. You can people-watch from the adorable front porch, and then you can retreat into a warm, surprisingly spacious apartment. Don't let the square footage scare you off: this apartment has been perfectly designed in a European style so that everything fits perfectly. Not an inch is wasted, and yet it doesn't feel at all cramped. The Murphy bed is super comfortable with its memory foam mattress; there is a large TV with cable; every cooking utensil you could possibly need, a nice-sized bathroom with shower, and a big comfy couch. The super-thoughtful owners even provide amenities like extra razors, mouthwash, various soaps, a heated towel rack, and other little touches that make this place feel special and intimate and personal without being intrusive. It feels much more like a warm hotel than an anonymous rental. I used this studio for a three-week writing retreat, and I found it to be the perfect place to work during the day. When night came, I had all of Provincetown five minutes away. And on days when I needed a break, it was just a quick walk or bike ride to Herring Cove. The sunset from the front porch was inspiring in itself. There is a reason why the owners -- who are super friendly and responsive without being intrusive -- call this place their little "slice of heaven." I can't recommend it highly enough, and I hope to be back many times."
