  • Great shoulder season get away

"I stayed here with my wife and 6 year old daughter for four nights this past week, and we loved the house. Great location (just a few blocks to Commercial Street), very well appointed with lots of lovely art on the walls. We also enjoyed the balcony and patio (w/fire pit), which felt very private despite being in close proximity to other houses. And we found the shoulder season to be a great time to visit Provincetown, the weather was great but no traffic getting to/from Provincetown, things were not crowded, etc. Highly recommend this property."

  • Felt like home...only better

"I can't view the Provincetown harbor from my home but I can at this beautiful property. Looks small from the outside but plenty of space on the inside that is beautifully decorated. Great place to gather with family and perfect kitchen that made grilling the freshly caught sea bass that much more enjoyable. Outdoor shower was delightful..popularity resulted in need to schedule our turn to enjoy this shower experience. High-end washer/dryer. Appreciated the availability of beach chairs and umbrella that could easily be toted to beach which was easy walk. Also reasonable walk to downtown Provincetown...and it was better for us to be off the beaten path. Beautiful gardens in the front and porch to enjoy them are icing on the cake. Micheal was easily accessible for our questions and very helpful...even for tips on how to cook the sea bass. Highly recommend."

  • Wonderful accomodations, definitely going back!!

"My husband and I went to P-Town last year for the first time together. We loved it so much, we decided to come back with some friends for the week. Fortunately, we found this property and decided to try it out. We are so thankful we did as we had nothing but positive experiences. In fact, we loved it so much, we are hoping to make it an annual trip. The owner was responsive and so friendly. The property (inside and outside) was clean and well maintained, just an all around quaint and charming home. Everything in the home was just as shown and detailed in the property description. In fact, there was more supplies than expected including Beach Towels, Laundry Soap, and Suntan Lotion just to name a few. I highly recommend the house, you won't regret it."

  • Fabulous! I love this house.

"This was our third year renting this lovely, cozy, clean, and charming house. The convenient location in the quiet West End was ideal for us: five minute bike ride into town; two mile loop past the scenic Breakwater for walking the dogs; just over a mile from the bike path and Herring Cove Beach. The attractive landscaping, great floor plan (bedrooms downstairs; open living/dining/kitchen space and deck upstairs), pleasing color scheme, vibrant artwork, and comfortable furnishings make this house feel like our home away from home. We had seven—SEVEN!— glorious days in a row of brilliant sunshine during our stay. Our fun-filled vacation included daily long walks with the dogs; picnicking on the spectacular expanses of pristine, sandy beach at Herring Cove and Race Point; watching happy seals and whales frolic offshore; witnessing a rescued dolphin being released back into the ocean; biking into town for shopping and dinner; biking to Truro; biking every inch of the thrilling, convoluted bike path (twice!); enjoying cocktails on the marvelous deck each afternoon; and dining out at terrific (The Mews; Napi’s; Lobster Pot) restaurants each night. We love Provincetown in the fall, and we adore this gem of a house. The owner, Michael, was kind, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this wonderful house to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Provincetown."
