  • Great property

"Fantastic property, super clean and very convenient to both the east and west end. House has everything needed and more, and is a really quick walk or bike ride to Stop and Shop."

  • Cozy, Quiet Cottage... A relaxing beachfront retro

"We've stayed here four times, and it's just a perfect spot. The cottage has everything you need... it's cozy, comfortable, and right on the beach. Close enough to downtown P-Town that you can walk there, taking the beach the whole way. Short drives to great food in P-Town, Wellfleet, or cook on the outdoor grill. The house is very well kept, and the owners are very responsive, but never intrusive. The house is small, clean, and just so comfortable. Wifi, cable, a great grill and deck, and that beach. I recommend this to friends and family, but secretly hope they don't take the week I want. If you're looking for luxury, this might not be the place for you. But if you're looking to unplug, unwind, and have the beach at your doorstep, you will not be disappointed."

  • Chic and Cozy Studio in Perfect Location

"A total find! One of the best-kept secrets in PTown. This studio offers everything you could possibly want. Not only is it close to everything -- one block from the Boatslip, very short walk to the Gifford House and the grocery store, on the way to the beach -- it is quiet and feels secluded. You can people-watch from the adorable front porch, and then you can retreat into a warm, surprisingly spacious apartment. Don't let the square footage scare you off: this apartment has been perfectly designed in a European style so that everything fits perfectly. Not an inch is wasted, and yet it doesn't feel at all cramped. The Murphy bed is super comfortable with its memory foam mattress; there is a large TV with cable; every cooking utensil you could possibly need, a nice-sized bathroom with shower, and a big comfy couch. The super-thoughtful owners even provide amenities like extra razors, mouthwash, various soaps, a heated towel rack, and other little touches that make this place feel special and intimate and personal without being intrusive. It feels much more like a warm hotel than an anonymous rental. I used this studio for a three-week writing retreat, and I found it to be the perfect place to work during the day. When night came, I had all of Provincetown five minutes away. And on days when I needed a break, it was just a quick walk or bike ride to Herring Cove. The sunset from the front porch was inspiring in itself. There is a reason why the owners -- who are super friendly and responsive without being intrusive -- call this place their little "slice of heaven." I can't recommend it highly enough, and I hope to be back many times."
