  • Spectacular!

"This cottage was so beautifully decorated and so comfortable that the only thing more amazing was the incredible view of the lake! Looking through the big picture window in the living room gave us a front row seat for beautiful sunsets. My husband and I went with another couple and my mother. We all had a wonderful time! We even wrapped up in some blankets and sat around the fire pit on the gorgeous patio. Aruna was a terrific host. She sent us information with fantastic restaurant recommendations. (Don't miss the Ocean House in Dennisport. It was delicious!) I'm hoping to get back in the summer so I can go for a swim :)"

  • This is a well maintained end condo with everything you need for a stay at the Cape

"My wife, daughter, son-in-law and two young children had a great time staying in this condo. It is well supplied with everything you need to cook in, dishware and cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The condo is located within walking distance of Main St. Hyannis and the Hy-line ferry to Nantucket and a short drive to major grocery stores. We were there the 3rd week in September so some of the seasonal businesses were closed, but the the lack of huge crowds made the stay more enjoyable."

  • Quintessential Cape Cod Experience

"Our family and friends (Six Adults and Two Children) absolutely loved our experience staying at the Briggs House. We'd stayed at the Chatham Bars Inn in 2015, and wanted room for friends and more value so we ventured here. Coming from NYC, my three year old was thrilled with the football field of grass out back and we loved being able to walk to the center of town, multiple beaches and the Chatham Bars Inn Resort. As said in another review, this is a family home, its not appointed like a rental. It felt much more like having your favorite aunt/uncle allow you a week at at their Cape House. Robert couldn't have been better to deal with. We will definitely be back"

  • A Gem in a quiet Brewster

"This place had everything that we could need and ask for. Beautiful, and nicely decorated, the house was just as described: big, with a lot of open space, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 full bathrooms with a lot of towels, washer & dryer in the basement, beautiful grand piano in a music room was a huge hit. There is a balcony attached to one of the bedrooms upstairs, several French doors opening to a large deck downstairs, a great gas grill on a deck. Perfect location: on a quiet cul de sac, very close to teh bike route and walking distance to Long Pond, Seymour Pond and Black Pond. We simply loved being at this beautiful house, and it was very hard to leave after our week ended. We hope to rent it again sometime in the near future. :)"
