  • Perfect little gem in Chatham!

"Our family fell in love with Chatham and Matt's house, it was the perfect home for our week in the Cape! The house is spacious, with tons of common spaces for family dinners and game nights. The bedrooms are well situated and very comfortable. It was really hot when we stayed here, but the house stays cool even during the days because of how close it is to the ocean. We loved the breezes and had to close the windows at night (classic Cape Cod where it gets chilly at night even in the peak of summer). We also loved the outdoor shower and the grill. As far as location goes, it was ideal: we liked being a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham but away from the busy (almost chaotic) feeling in town when it's peak season. There's a few quaint, cute restaurants in the area and Stop & Shop is just a few minutes away. Forest Beach is great because it has very few parking spaces, leaving it mostly for the neighborhood. I also liked that we could see it from the house and walk there in a few minutes. Definitely coming back with my family next summer, thanks again Matt!"

  • A Nice Family Vacation

"Our first visit to Cape Cod and our Family enjoyed our stay in this very nice home. There was room for all of us without feeling cramped. The kitchen is spacious, the BBQ grill is large and the areas for eating, drinking and playing with the Grandchildren were great. The children loved lounging in the hammock or just sitting around in the Adirondack Chairs. The adults loved sitting on the deck and just observing. The beaches were great, the restaurants were nice and the weather couldn't be beat. The outdoor shower after a beach day is a treat. We look forward to a return trip."

  • Excellent Experience

"My family just returned from a fantastic week at this wonderful house. As lovely as it is in pictures, the house is even more charming and homey in person. As a rental, it is very accommodating: attractive, organized, and well equipped (having on hand everything from wine glasses to a beach cart). It was extremely comfortable for this family with a small child. The owner was very accessible by email and text and, though this was a rental situation, I felt as if we were being hosted by a very gracious host. We rented a wagon and took our toddler on the 4/10-mile walk through beautiful, shady residential neighborhoods to Pleasant Street Beach, a small public beach that actually felt quite private. The house is only a six minute drive to the highly family friendly Ridgevale Beach, with tide pools and kayak and canoe rentals. It's a 13-minute drive into Chatham's gorgeous town center, and another 4 minutes to Chatham Lighthouse Beach. We just returned and can't wait to go back."

  • Wonderful Stay at Taylor's Pond

"The photos really do not say it all...The house is bright, immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so very comfortable and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the pond, which connects to tidal lagoons and the Nantucket Sound. Coffee in the mornings, drinks in the evening, and dinners on the deck were worth every penny. Our family rented a kayak and enjoyed exploring the adjacent tidal lagoons, and took the kayak out to the private beach and the ocean front. The bird watching opportunities are fantastic. One thing to note: the boat launch is best at high tide, so you are somewhat limited in the best times of day for kayaking. Our family also really enjoyed the ping pong table at the house - a real plus. We also liked being able to access the bike trail just a short trip from the house, as well as being able to bike to awesome ice cream at Schoolhouse and yummy pies as Marion's. Deidre and Frank were wonderful hosts and ready to help if we needed it. I recommend this house without hesitation!"
