  • A Wonderful Place to Stay

"My family of seven and my pup thoroughly enjoyed this past week at this Brewster oasis. The house was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for all and some great outside areas to enjoy as well. All linens were provided and the kitchen had everything you might need. The fishing on Walker Pond was amazing. We brought kayaks and spent much of our time on the lake but also took advantage of the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Wefleet Drive-in and the many quaint shops in the town of Brewster. Our hosts Mimi and Scott were very welcoming and had even met me at the home during the winter months so I could get a sneak peek before our stay! I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay there again!"

  • Quiet, clean and comfortable

"We had 8 people staying at the house and we all had plenty of room. The deck is a big plus and the yard was nice as well. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. Alex is great to deal with."

  • Clean, cozy, centrally located

"We enjoyed the location for kayaking, sailing, and SUP. If you like to paddle, the ride down the Bass River to the sound is a nice one. We also enjoyed swimming and looking for little water critters off the dock. It was a great central point for exploring the CCRT (although the road to get to the rail trail is quite busy with a small shoulder and not safely bikable for children, which the owner had fully disclosed ahead of time when I asked), and for going to sound, bay and oceanside beaches. We loved Gray's Beach and Flax Pond nearby, and Coast Guard and Nauset Beaches were an easy drive. The owner was very communicative, friendly and helpful. She made a great recommendation for Sesuit Harbor Cafe for a scenic spot and delicious lobster roll. The cottage was super clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the spacious deck for outdoor dining. The owner graciously allowed us to have 8 people and a dog, but 4 adults and 4 children inside did feel a bit cramped. I would highly recommend this place for a group/family of 4-6 people. The cottage is on the road to the public boat launch, but it never felt too noisy or crowded. The association beach was nice and the kids had fun on the water trampoline, but it is a 5 minute walk away either on the road or along a non-trail on the shore. Overall, it was a great experience. We rent a waterfront home for a week every summer, and this one ranked at the top in the categories of cleanliness and owner communications."

  • Memorable Vacation!

"This lovely home was perfect for our late-August vacation! Its proximity to beaches, attractions and restaurants is just right. The house is comfortable and its location lends to rest and relaxation among the pines. Dennis is the perfect launching point for other wonderful destinations on The Cape such as Chatham and Provincetown. If comfort and location are what you're looking for in a Cape vacation, 6 Alexander Drive should be on your list."
