  • We really enjoyed this cottage

"My wife and I spent nearly a week in mid April here at the cottage and fell in love with it. This is a perfect time to go to the Cape if you are looking for the quiet side of Cape Cod. The cottage itself is very clean, comfortable and literally steps to the beach. Fantastic sunsets mixed with long walks on the beach. The CCRT is just miles away if you are a bike rider. Highly recommended!"

  • Cozy Cottage

"Great time in Osterville. The cottage was clean and tidy-perfect for family with children. There was everything you might need, plenty of space for relaxing. Kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone for meals. Even 3 televisions for a rainy day! The nearby beach was also good for the little ones-not too deep, gentle surf, lots of shells for collecting, rocks to climb and bay side swimming. The town is cute with nice restaurants and a small general store. Everything you could need is within a 15 minute drive. Definitely would go back to this cottage and highly recommend it for families. Owner is available via text, email and phone."

  • Great Home, Great Location

"Sixteen of us, ages two months to 70 years, just spent a week at Southwest at Little Harbor and we loved it. The house is large and well furnished, and there were even bouquets of flowers there to make us feel welcome. Being steps from the beach was so nice with six children (ages 6 and under). They loved running around on the lawns in front and in back, loved running around the large house, too. We adults were tickled to have three large refrigerators and lots of kitchen equipment. It was very nice to see that there were plenty of paper products, soap for the dishwasher(s), basics like spices and oil and vinegar. We are very familiar with the Cape so we didn't need much guidance, but Lauren was helpful, friendly and immediately responsive, even to a few of my "dumb question" texts at the very beginning. Given the six young ones, we stayed put a lot, but went on a canal cruise, to the fun Edaville amusement part and on a fantastic pirate adventure out of Hyannis. Revisited the Whistle Stop and Chart Room - both hold many memories."

  • Beautiful house in a great location

"The house is immaculate - even better than the pictures. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you need. The swimming pool was a great extra, and good for a quick cool down. We had a fabulous time & really relaxed here. The house is a short drive from Oyster Pond beach/ Lighthouse beach & the centre of Chatham which has lots of restaurants, shops and even a small cinema. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property - but you may not want to leave it!"
