  • If return visits counted as stars, we'd be giving 8!

"I started taking my son to this charming home in Welfleet when he was 3. We fell in love with the house, the yard and the location... and continue to visit each September. He's now turning 11, and we can't wait to come back again next year. It's perfectly situated in my favorite Cape town, and close to everything. I believe you get the full Cape experience here. It's great for single families, families with children, and especially multiple families. Plenty of room for everyone, yet still small enough to feel cozy. The yard is probably one of the prettiest you'll find around."

  • Perfect little gem in Chatham!

"Our family fell in love with Chatham and Matt's house, it was the perfect home for our week in the Cape! The house is spacious, with tons of common spaces for family dinners and game nights. The bedrooms are well situated and very comfortable. It was really hot when we stayed here, but the house stays cool even during the days because of how close it is to the ocean. We loved the breezes and had to close the windows at night (classic Cape Cod where it gets chilly at night even in the peak of summer). We also loved the outdoor shower and the grill. As far as location goes, it was ideal: we liked being a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham but away from the busy (almost chaotic) feeling in town when it's peak season. There's a few quaint, cute restaurants in the area and Stop & Shop is just a few minutes away. Forest Beach is great because it has very few parking spaces, leaving it mostly for the neighborhood. I also liked that we could see it from the house and walk there in a few minutes. Definitely coming back with my family next summer, thanks again Matt!"

  • Piece of Cape Cod paradise...

"This beautiful property gave my family exactly what we were looking for in our Cape Cod stay! From the moment we walked through the front door of this pristine home we knew that our vacation was out to a perfect start. What you see in the photos is just a taste of what the home is really like. The decor is straight out of a beach lover's magazine and the amenities, everything you need for your visit. The kitchen cabinets are filled with every imaginable dish, glass, utensil and all color coordinated and in very generous amounts. The number of rooms allows you all the space you need, whether playing a game of cards, or each seeking your own little corner of peace. The three bathrooms are large and beautifully appointed with an outdoor shower for those who love that experience. From the deck, we were treated to a postcard view of the ocean that mesmerized us all week. The deck is huge and is outfitted with beautifully arranged deck furniture; lounges, recliners, couch, side tables, large dining table set for six with an umbrella, not to mention the Weber grille. The walk to the beach along a road of beautiful Cape homes was short and brought us to a beautiful spot to spend our days by the water. There are plenty of comfortable beach chairs and a wagon to transport things to the beach. You might want to bring along some sand shoes to maneuver the small patch of rocks at the edge of the water, but we didn't have any and did just fine making our way across them. The water is crystal clear and so refreshing, the beach not crowded at all. You can easily walk to Corporation Beach where you will find the Dennis Public Market (DPM) snack bar. This is easily one of the best beach snack bars ever with a menu offering lobster rolls, chowder, etc.! The owner has been wonderful to communicate with and if you have any concerns, he will address them. So, yes, this is definitely a piece of Cape Cod paradise! Will we be back? If at all possible, YES!"

  • A Nice Family Vacation

"Our first visit to Cape Cod and our Family enjoyed our stay in this very nice home. There was room for all of us without feeling cramped. The kitchen is spacious, the BBQ grill is large and the areas for eating, drinking and playing with the Grandchildren were great. The children loved lounging in the hammock or just sitting around in the Adirondack Chairs. The adults loved sitting on the deck and just observing. The beaches were great, the restaurants were nice and the weather couldn't be beat. The outdoor shower after a beach day is a treat. We look forward to a return trip."
