  • Great Place For A Cape Vacation!

"We could not have been happier with this great condo at Sears Point. A really nice small community complete with its own beach rights on Cape Cod Bay which is a great place to swim in the warmer water away from the seal/shark situation on the ocean side. We have been coming to the Cape for 35 years, so know the area well. Spotlessly clean; comfortable, nice flat screen TVs, wifi, full modern kitchen; a roomy master bath with both a tub and walk in shower, along with another full bath for the other first floor bedroom (and a smaller one upstairs). Nice patio with Webber grill. While it is part of a condo community, the layout is great. Once you leave the cluster oriented parking/garage area, the units are configured to views that look out to the landscaping/woods. Nice roomy "great room" living/dining combo. I have a couple of problematic knees, and the steps to the beach were no big deal; a couple of sloped series of stairs. It's truly nice to be able to go to the beach without having to deal with packing the car, worrying about when you can get into beach parking, and lugging stuff. We didn't feel like we were on the usual "beach clock". A real plus. Really nice owners to deal with; friendly and communicative. The neighbors we ran into were all friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend, and we most definitely shall return!"

  • Cape Cod Charm and Character

"Summers on the Cape were a part of my childhood and though I wanted to introduce it to my own children- now grown and off on their own- I was worried about finding a place that exuded the old Cape that I remembered. The wild areas, the dunes, the hikes, the old towns the vernacular architecture... But this house. This sweet house- gave it all back to me and more. Converging from the west coast, the Rockies, the Chesapeake Bay and the land of Liberty, our group of 8 had more than enough room to sneak away with a good book or converge for charades and shenanigans. Large decks shaded by beautiful white oaks overlooked a river valley. Wild turkey (the feathered kind) were prevalent on the local trails. The location gave us ample opportunity to easily explore Provincetown and wellfleet and other sections of the National Seashore. We rented bikes and explored further than our feet would take us. Access via the fast ferry from Logan was part of the fun. And the car rental at Provincetown was a snap. We barely made a dent in our list of things to explore and so we look forward to coming back again soon!"
