  • Comfortable, airy house with all amenities and calm, private bay Beach

"This is a 3 bedroom (plus a smaller room with a small bed) house right on the Bay of Wellfleet's Indian Neck. The Kitchen/living room has west-facing windows, allowing for unobstructed views of the water and spectacular sunsets. There are several decks, including one right at the water/beach (depending on the tide) edge. Our family had a wonderful time swimming in the bay, and were able to prepare meals easily in the well appointed kitchen, and the gas grill was extremely convenient. There was more than enough room for our family of 4 to spread out (2 teenagers need space). The house is convenient for the ponds and ocean beaches of Wellfleet, as well as the town. Also convenient to the French bakery/restaurant for all of our bread/pastry needs. it is about 20-30 minutes to Provincetown, so it is easy to pick guests up at the ferry. We had to leave early due to school changes, and our friends were going to come with only bikes for the last 4 days of our lease. Even though they had to cancel, it was good to know that people could stay here without a car. It is a 1-2 hour bike ride from P-Town, and you can also take your bike on the train from Hyannis, if that is your thing, though a car is nice for more exploration. This is the perfect house for us on the Cape. Privacy, room, convenience, water at your feet, and all the comforts of home. It was just really awesome. (If you have young children, it is also good, but you do have to really watch them. That water is inviting at any age, and there are many stairs down to it). The owners were very easy to deal with, and very accommodating. A+++ We will be back!"

  • Wonderful family vacation spot

"We just returned from a Labor Day vacation with our kids and grandkids. The house was a perfect fit for us. There was privacy and big rooms for all of us to hang out. The location is ideal - just steps from the beginning (or end) of the CC Rail Trail, a 20+ mile long biking, running, strolling trail away from traffic. The beach is 1/2 mile down the road. There are plenty of restaurants, bike rentals in the area. The house was furnished nicely, the WiFi worked well, there were enough plates, silverware, chairs etc for a large family meal. We highly recommend!. Thank you, Jeff and Lauren!"

  • Lovely home, gorgeous sunset view

"This beautiful house in Wellfleet surprised me in two ways. First of all, it was bigger than I'd expected (and very suitable for two close families, with separate living rooms and bedrooms on each floor). Secondly, the sunset view from one of the decks was absolutely magnificent -- watching the sun set soon became one of the highlights of our day. A very comfortable, gracious and sunny home -- we loved it."
