  • Fantastic summer getaway in the heart of cape cod.

"My family of 9 ranging from adults, teenagers to toddlers had a fantastic stay at this warm and cozy ranch in the heart of Cape Cod, MA. Audrey Lang was very sweet and inviting and made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The house had beautiful furnishings and the backyard was private and very peaceful. We all had a great time swimming in the large pretty pool. There was even a baby bunny that came to visit us in the backyard. Thanks Audrey for a very much needed fun getaway. Our family was able to reconnect again after dealing with many stressful things over the last year. Sincerely, The Miller Family"

  • Lovely, Quiet, Fantastic Location for family ~

"Cotuit is a great vacation destination. Close to whatever you might like to see and do on the Cape, but also "away from it all." This house has a nice open concept layout and all the necessary kitchen and grill stuff for cooking meals during your stay. The sunset views are spectacular. Kayaking was great, especially in the early morning when the water was very calm and quiet. There is a swan in the bay, lots of osprey. One afternoon we paddled up the Santuit River (under the bridge ) and actually saw a BALD EAGLE in a skirmish with a couple of osprey. Then on the way back, we saw an otter in the rushes, stared at us for a moment and then slipped into the water. Very cool. There are great places to walk in Cotuit, two are walking distance from the house. We brought our dog and she loved going for walks at the two conservation areas. There is a beach sticker for parking at all beaches and docks in all of Barnstable. The welcome sheet describes favorite beaches and how to get to them. We had a great week! Will probably book this place again next summer!!"

  • Perfect Family Vacation Venue

"This historic and architecturally interesting home is perfectly located for all activity on Cape Cod. Our family of 14, ranging from 2 to 70 years old, loved this place. The large and pleasant home feels comfortable as soon as you step through the door. The owner is gracious and extremely responsive. Every need was accommodated from the time we made our reservation to the time we checked out. The lovely little beach, within a stone's throw, is wonderful for small children. The yard is expansive, allowing sports of all kinds. Access to the bike/jogging/hiking trail is very close. Downtown Falmouth is a short stroll away, and the Ferry Terminals in Woods Hole and Falmouth are very convenient to the islands. You will not be disappointed if you stay here."

  • A Wonderful Place to Stay

"My family of seven and my pup thoroughly enjoyed this past week at this Brewster oasis. The house was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for all and some great outside areas to enjoy as well. All linens were provided and the kitchen had everything you might need. The fishing on Walker Pond was amazing. We brought kayaks and spent much of our time on the lake but also took advantage of the Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Wefleet Drive-in and the many quaint shops in the town of Brewster. Our hosts Mimi and Scott were very welcoming and had even met me at the home during the winter months so I could get a sneak peek before our stay! I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay there again!"
