  • My husband said it best, "This is Paradise."

"When we arrived and met Madeline and she took us to see the property we knew this vacation would be memorable. The home was beautifully decorated, spotless, spacious with the most amazing views and with all the amenities we needed and more. When our children and grandkids arrived they fell in love at first sight. So much to do without leaving the property. Swimming ,Kayaking and just relaxing on the back lawn. Couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable vacation with our family. So many wonderful memories to treasure. Peter and Madeline we so enjoyed meeting and talking to you and look forward to seeing you again soon. Kay and Jim"

  • Wonderful Stay

"This cottage is just what we needed. It is a quaint and cozy location close to Seagull Beach. The two bedrooms accommodated my family perfectly. We have twins, so the bunk beds were a perfect setup. There are sensitive allergies in our family, so the air conditioner and pet-free environment were very much appreciated. The washer and dryer were also handy after long days at the beach. It was nice to haul home clean laundry rather than dirty laundry. The cottage was clean and welcoming when we arrived, and the owner met us personally to give us a tour of the cottage along with information about the area. I know we will be contacting the owners again when we decide to plan another trip to the Cape. I miss this place already."

  • Beautiful beach, convenient location, comfortable and clean home....vacation was fantastic!

"Our family was so happy with this rental from start to finish. Our two sons, ages 15 and 9 enjoyed the beach and the nearby inflatable park. The proximity to Hyannis was so convenient as well. This was our first time staying in this part of the cape, and this rental was a perfect home to come back to from our daily trips. The home was so comfortable and fully stocked. Our dogs were also well taken care of by the owners who had supplies on hand in the event we needed a bowl or chain for the backyard. Our family spent hours on the side deck overlooking the water with the beautiful breezes playing uno or dominos and having a blast. It was a hot week, but the house was never oppressive. The fans were just enough to keep us comfortable. The birds in the tall grasses and backyard feeders were beautiful. It was such a relaxing week for all of us. Thank you Carmen and Paul for the hospitality and welcoming kindness at arrival. It was a pleasure staying at the Cape Place. We highly recommend this rental to a family with children. The proximity to the beach, the quiet street, and the welcoming nature of the house itself make for an excellent vacation."

  • Just what we needed for a perfect honeymoon

"We stayed here for part of our honeymoon recently and it was exactly what we needed! The home is just as lovely and clean as the photos posted on the listing. There were plenty of extras such as blankets, pillows, hand soap, dishes, towels, etc. They also provided little extra things that were a wonderful surprise such as a little basket with toothpaste, mouthwash and hand soap. We stayed at a rental home in Boston prior to Cape Cod. The Boston rental didn't provide anything such as an extra roll of tp or any extra blankets, towels I mean nothing, so this home in Hyannis and what they provided for us was more than a breath of fresh air! It is very cozy, quiet and at an all around perfect location. It is tucked away in a little dead end street so it is VERY quiet, but it is still close enough to attractions and things you may need such as a drug store, gas station or grocery store. One of the restaurants the owner recommended to us (The Black Cat Tavern) was hands down the best food and drinks we had since being in Massachusetts! When we had a question about how to work something the owner responded immediately and was very pleasant even when I had sent the text at 9pm not realizing how late it was getting. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and relatives and in fact have already done so. If we ever go back this is definitely where we will be staying!"
