  • Perfect rental for families

"Great house with plenty of room. Easily sleeps 10 and the beds are very comfy. Beautiful neighborhood, perfect for walks. Short cut path to the beach is an easy 12 minute walk, or you can drive and park right at the beach. Grays beach has to be one of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod! Sunsets on the Grays Beach boardwalk and dinner at Sesuit Harbor Cafe made perfect Cape Cod memories for our family."

  • Large Family Vacation

"We arrived on Sunday, August 14 and found the house to be considerably larger than expected accommodating our large family easily. The house was clean, linens and towels provided were ample and we were delighted to find everything ready for our use. On the one issue we had with the BBQ, Peter was prompt to get it repaired. Notes for finding suitable beaches, grocery stores and other essentials were very helpful. We made use of the outdoor deck and, when necessary, the indoor screened porch for eating. Thank you, Peter, for our enjoyable time at your home."

  • A beautiful serene setting for the week of Thanksgiving

"I found this lovely gem while on the Cape in July and was so happy it was available for the week of Thanksgiving as it was only about 3 miles from my brothers house. It is a spacious home in a tranquil setting. The kitchen had everything you would need for the dishes I was to bring to my brothers home. It was an easy and enjoyable walk to the beach and with the mild temperatures, only a sweatshirt was needed. It's located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and being on the marsh, allowed for the sounds of many types of birds."

  • Perfect size and perfect location for a pair of Cape lovers

"My husband and I have stayed at vacation rentals around the world, and one of the biggest challenges is finding a place that's feels right for two. This charming Cape was just right. We slept upstairs in the roomy bedroom under the eaves and used the downstairs bedroom as a dressing room. The cottage was immaculate and charmingly furnished with great wall art, lots of books, a well-equipped kitchen, and the overall felt like a home -- exactly what we're looking for in bypassing the sterile feel of most hotels and motels. And it is located in the historic heart of the Cape, just off the Old King's Highway -- Route 6A -- one of the most beautiful roads in the USA that winds along the north shore from Sandwich to Orleans, passing dozens of historic homes, historic inns, historic shops, etc. A short drive to the north or south brings you to miles of beach at Sandy Neck or Mayflower Beach, and from the Barnstable town dock you can head out on a whale watch or pick up a rental kayak to explore Barnstable Harbor. There are a handful of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the cottage, as is the boardwalk over the marsh at Gray's Beach. In short, this cottage was a perfect size and a perfect location for a pair of Cape lovers."
