  • Comfortable--Convenient--Clean--Cool

"My husband and I stayed at this Dennisport condo for a week and it was wonderful. It is a short walk to the beach which saves a lot since it is $20 to park at any beach on Cape Cod. The area is very picturesque with beautiful flowers and nice areas to walk. Since Dennisport is "mid-cape" it was not a far drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We went to Boston for a game at historic Fenway Park. We particularly enjoyed our trip to Provincetown where we took a whale watching cruise and saw more than 50 whales! Amazing! A stop at the Dennisport Chamber of Commerce helped us to decide what we wanted to do. The condo is an efficiency so it is all one room but very comfy. The queen sized bed is like heaven. The new, quiet air conditioner keeps the condo nice and cool. There is an enclosed sitting area out back and the pool is a very nice addition. If we ever return to Cape Cod, we would definitely stay here again."

  • Nice place to stay.

"This property is so clean and comfortable! We always enjoy our time at the Cape and this home had more amenities than were listed. We brought our own toaster as it said it didn't have one, but there was one in the cabinet. It said no DVD, but there was one. Didn't think the AC was a factor, but since it was such a humid week it kept everyone comfortable. Loved eating out in the beautiful back yard. Always love an outdoor shower!! Wpuld stay here again in a heartbeat!!!"

  • Our Home Away From Home!

"From the minute we walked in to the minute we left it felt like home! So much so that we plan on renting it again next year for 2 weeks! The house is all updated from the wonderful shower to the beautiful kitchen you have everything you need at your finger tips. The homeowner has thought of everything you would need. Which is great so you don't have to bring half your house with you on vacation! The house is centally located , easy get to grocery stores, as well as Route 28, 6 and 6A. The neighboorhood is quite and peacful. I would recommend this home highly to anyone who wants to vacation on the Cape!"

  • Wonderful Memories

"My husband, me and our family just returned from a week on the Cape at Paul's house. It was our 35th anniversary and we decided to rent a house to enjoy being all together. I picked Paul's house because of the cozy feel it looked like it had on the website. We were not disappointed. From the moment we drove into the driveway, even though it was in a neighborhood with other houses, it felt private. Trees, birds, flowers, we loved it. Our son is a nature lover and loved the house. The Cape Cod Rail trail is a street away and was a great place to enjoy family walks. The house is centrally located and Paul left us many ideas of what to do and see on the Cape. His beach and restaurant suggestions were all appreciated. We loved having an evening glass of wine on the sunporch every nite. We cooked lobsters and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I can't thank Paul enough for such a memorable week. My family wants to return next year for another wonderful week on the Cape."
