  • a real find!

"our group of 5 spent time at the cottage this past weekend. it was in a great location just off commercial street, the main street in town. the shops and restaurants were just around the corner. the cottage was open and airy and easily accommodated our group. it was well supplied with kitchen equipment and linens. we ate outside on the patio both days. it also included parking which in provincetown is a real plus. we were able to park and leave the car for the length of our stay. the owner was very responsive to our questions before our arrival. we all had been to provincetown on day trips before but it was great to stay overnight. we definitely will be back and will recommend this rental to our friends."

  • Beautiful home, located on major route on Cape which is easily accessible to everything!

"First off Janet was amazing. Her home is beautiful and located in a great place that is easily accessible to everything. Janet was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with in renting her home. The cleaning lady she uses is equally as nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for your summer vacation down the cape!"

  • Great Location!

"Couldn't be a perfect place... Steps from the beach and all major attractions in Hyannis. We were five, my husband a 3 teenage girls. We enjoyed this cute and very well maintained house. Elaine was all the time in contact with us to know if anything was needed. This was our 4th year in Hyannis and definitely we will be back to this fantastic cottage."

  • A charming place in an excellent location.

"The house dates from 1826 and is very charming. It is a 2 minute walk to Main St and all the restaurants etc of Chatham. The owners were very nice people and very attentive without being intrusive. We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our time in Chatham and found the accommodation met our needs well. Highly recommended. We liked the atmosphere of The Squire. Tip - phone first to get on the waiting list. Not as keen on the Goose. We found the Chatham Market to be very expensive for groceries. Instead we used the Stop and Shop a few miles away."
