  • Great Rental; Owner wonderful to work with

"We rented in New Seabury over the 4th. The house was in an excellent location and immaculate. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this rental if you want to stay 4 houses from the ocean with about a 100 foot walk to the beach this is the house for you."

  • Beautiful, spacious home, excellent location

"We enjoyed a great week on the cape with Greg's home providing an ideal base to explore. We loved the feel of space in this house (we were 4 adults and 2 children of 4 yrs and 1 yr), and the lovely wrap-around porch and garden. The house is very well equipped and has a warm home-from-home feel. We stayed at the property in May but we were not so lucky with the weather. This meant we spent more time out and about exploring the towns on the Cape, rather than relaxing and enjoying the home and garden but we could certainly see the appeal of kicking back and enjoying time at the house! We did manage to BBQ outside on a couple of occasion, which was lovely. The garden is immaculately maintained and very private. For us, the East Dennis/Brewster location on the Cape was perfect. Some of our favourite spots such as Mayflower beach, and Scargo Lake were close by (the latter within walking distance), and we enjoyed having Grumpy’s (for breakfast) and the Marshside restaurant (we had dinner here) almost at the end of the street. We benefited from the proximity to quaint general stores (Brewster) and coffee shops (Snowy Owl Coffee), both a short drive away. and also found the more functional supermarkets and food stores conveniently located nearby. We also loved the area around the Sesuit café (comfortable jogging distance for anyone keen to explore on foot) and had a fantastic lobster dinner overlooking the water there. The area is beautiful, very leafy and probably as beautiful through all of the seasons. In terms of road access, this area also works as a great base for exploring the Cape by car. We found the owner, Greg, very accessible in the lead up to our visit. He provided lots of useful information and tips on and area, and was also very accommodating, sourced a crib for my 1 year old especially for our visit! We highly recommend a trip to the Cape, and when we return we will use 12 Tempus Way again!"

  • House is a nice size. Perfect for a big family. Lots of space. Clean.

"The house was nice. The property itself was a good size. The porch/deck was nice. Location was close to other towns we wanted to visit."

  • Perfect rental for a family wedding

"We needed a place to stay for a family wedding - we came up from NJ and rented this wonderful cottage. It is very clean and very well appointed. Anything you could possible need is provided! The best part was the beautiful porch with the fabulous view of the water - not all family members stayed with us but they all wanted to hang out on the deck of our rental! The owners are pleasant and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this rental and hope to come back again."
