  • Great place for ocean vacation

"I really enjoyed our stay at your home. The location was so good that we never had to move the car unless we wanted to. We walked to town. The house is in a spot where there is a very large field right across the street. We watched and enjoyed the people on the baseball diamond, basketball court and plenty of kids playing games. This house is in a safe place as they left the basketball and hockey sticks over night with nobody. The brewery on the corner served us well for take out beach lunches. Great time to catch up with our family. No problems. Oh, and the webber grill was great for at home dinners."

  • A charming place in an excellent location.

"The house dates from 1826 and is very charming. It is a 2 minute walk to Main St and all the restaurants etc of Chatham. The owners were very nice people and very attentive without being intrusive. We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our time in Chatham and found the accommodation met our needs well. Highly recommended. We liked the atmosphere of The Squire. Tip - phone first to get on the waiting list. Not as keen on the Goose. We found the Chatham Market to be very expensive for groceries. Instead we used the Stop and Shop a few miles away."

  • Perfect place to stay for our family!

"Our family absolutely LOVED our stay! We were welcomed by a generous gift bag that had a bottle of wine, Keurig coffee cups, useful info about different things to do, and a more. The proximity to different beaches was great- just a few minutes drive to Seagull Beach which was a perfect beach for our tot. Deborah was wonderful to work with, as she was very prompt, helpful, and thorough whenever we had questions. We hope to stay at this wonderful cottage again in the future!"

  • Charming cottage, great location

"Had a great week at this charming, comfortable cottage! The home was clean, beautifully furnished, well organized, and the kitchen amply supplied. Sue, the owner, was helpful and accessible for questions. Located on a quiet and pretty side street, it's an easy walk to town with lots of shops and dining choices and to local beaches. It's also a convenient launching pad for drives to Hyannis to catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard or to other local picturesque towns for exploring. It's hard to imagine a better place to stay in lovely Chatham MA!"
