  • Beautiful home - wonderful get-away!

"This house is lovely! Very clean; loved the open layout. It was nice to be able to work on a puzzle in the kitchen and still be connected to the living room. Great location with easy access to the beach (even in October we had to dip our toes in the ocean :) ). We had a great stay and hope to visit again!"

  • Loved everything about this home!

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this home! The pictures look beautiful but it's even more gorgeous in person. So much space and great views to enjoy while relaxing in the back yard. Beginning and ending every day on the porch made this vacation one to remember. Thank you so much!"

  • Near beaches, good location.

"Stayed in 46 Little Beach Road over Labor day and the week following. The house sits across from two other larger homes that front the beach. No thru traffic to the parking, but a road runs behind 46 Little Beach. A lightly traveled road and the house is elevated, so noise wasn't a problem. Didn't have to use the air conditioner, but I wouldn't want it running and trying to sleep right beside it. The house has what you'd want in a 1 bedroom house. There are the usual signs of use but it was clean and well equipped. The front window blind doesn't work and should be fixed or replaced. We didn't use the grill and can't speak to how it works, but there is one. It would be tight to have 4 people with 2 on the pullout couch. The kitchen was well equipped with pans and such. There are a couple of steamers for clams and lobster. It is a fairly short walk to Chatham Lighthouse beach, and from there you can walk a long way and not run out of sand. You can also walk to the beach on the path through the marsh. It's not a short walk carrying things to spend the day on the beach down the path, but the beach is very secluded and expansive. It's probably close to 1/2 a mile or so. Very short drive to Monomoy Wildlife Preserve, where you can acsess the beach. All in all, as a 2 person stay, I'd stay here again due to location (easier drives to other places on the cape), and value is what is a high market area."

  • House was perfect. Quintessential cape house, exactly what we were looking for.

"Everything about the property was great. Easy walk to the landing, mile to Hardings beach. Close to downtown Chatham and all the shopping and restaurants. The house itself is a great space, open kitchen lay out that we hung out in a lot, deck with large table where we are most of our meals. There is a grill on the deck, and a fire pit that is great for cooler cape nights. The outdoor sleeping porch was a hit with our group and every morning whoever slept out there came back saying it was the best nights sleep they had. Sue was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed."
