  • Welcome 2 THE CLUB

"Hardly "exclusive" ... because BEACH POINT CLUB is the greatest bargain in New England's greatest town, and just about ANYBODY can afford to join for a while. Though NOT an actual "club", membership has great benefits: charming, quaint, well-kept units, large open spaces on the Atlantic's doorstep (including lots of free parking!!), convenient to the perpetual carnival of downtown P-Town, yet peaceful and restorative when U need it. You'll get to meet Captain Bob, (an affable gent who runs a delightfully "loose ship"), perhaps a few other colorful Sea Captains, as well as Pilgrims such as yourself who have found a highly economical oasis in the pricey paradise that is Provincetown these days. I have already recommended it to fam & friends, and I would strongly suggest that YOU join the fun, Neighbor. As the Skippah is fond of saying, "AHOY""

  • Lovely, large family home!

"I found this gem by location while looking for somewhere close to my brother's home to surprise him for his birthday. Being less than a mile away and being able to accommodate a large group was key for us. Todd made the process very simple for communication, checking in and out and all the instructions. The neighborhood is upscale and very peaceful, especially during our visit (11/29 - 12/4/16) off-season for Cape Codders, but 'home' for us. Each room is nicely decorated in what I love as Cape Cod Coastal and very relaxed, so everyone felt quite comfortable. The bedrooms are huge and the beds were comfy, linens all provided and super nice quality. I did need to have an extra blanket or two ;) coming from FL. The bathrooms (3.5) are over-sized as well. Very nice, up to date and clean. We enjoyed the large dining room and front living room. But we spent most of our time in the big kitchen and family room area. It's wide open and the kitchen island was perfect for hanging out, eating, cooking and decorating Christmas cookies. It's well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We braved the season and used the large gas grill on the back deck to cook seafood. The family room had a large TV and cabinet stocked with board games, another nicety for cold weather fun. We ventured out quite a bit for some holiday happenings, but being December it was perfect to have such a nice, large home where our family could be together indoors. Thank you so much for your hospitality, I hope we can come back during the summer season!"

  • Convenience to Everything

"The cottage was perfect for two adults and two small children. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay. The propane grill was key. We brought 4 beach chairs and a couple of collapsible chairs for sitting outside the cottage but there were 2 beach chairs provided and an outside table/umbrella with 4 chairs there. Proximity to the beach cannot be overstated. There's nothing better than being able to come and go from the beach and the cottage all day for re-fills. The beach is yours in the late afternoon/evening for throwing the ball and just hanging out with the family until sunset. The Barnicle was right there for food and everything else was a short drive up the street. The kids really liked the shaded playground across from the country store a short drive up the street too. Craigville Beach was better than expected; I have a new respect for how well run a public beach can be."

  • Excellent Vacation Home on the Cape

"We had a perfect long weekend getaway at this great home at the Cape! We had a group of 4 couples stay at the house, and we all had a great time. The setting is beautiful with the two ponds in the backyard, and my then boyfriend, now fiance, actually proposed to me on the sandbar between the two ponds! It was a truly beautiful spot for a proposal. The house itself is cozy, with a great updated kitchen that is great for cooking and hanging out with a group. The house offers great privacy, but is conveniently close to the beach, restaurants, and shops nearby. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great Cape Cod vacation!"
