  • Absolutely perfect!

"We'd definitely recommend this great condo! We had a wonderful two week vacation here. The location couldn't be better, with great restaurants and bars close by, as well as convenient shopping. There's also a farmers market nearby, which was very useful. We walked everywhere - it's so convenient that you don't need to rely on public transport or a car. The condo is well maintained and was lovely and clean when we arrived - and it looked even nicer than the photos indicated. It had everything we needed for our stay - it's very well equipped. There were plenty of thoughtful little touches too - shopping bags are provided, there are ponchos and umbrellas in case of rain, and there was a convenience meal for 2 in the freezer when we arrived. Carlos was very easy to deal with too - the perfect host."

  • Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable Condo

"My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary - with my sister and her husband who were celebrating their 25th – with a first time visit to Boston. The apartment was very clean and extremely comfortable and was a perfect location for us to relax after busy days of sightseeing. The proximity to the T station was excellent, and we enjoyed walking through the historic neighborhood. If we every have the opportunity to visit Boston again, we will be going back to this lovely Boston condo!"

  • Best VRBO stay so far

"My husband and I stayed in the apartment for 11 days while our son was finishing up the Berklee Five-Week program and I could not have been more pleased. The apartment was cozy without feeling cramped, and it had everything we needed, including for cooking. The lack of a TV was not an issue, since we used the fast wifi for streaming services. The shower took a little bit of figuring out on the first day but as long as the water is on full blast it heats up right away. And the air conditioner was fantastic on some of Boston's most muggy and miserable days. The bed was super comfortable, and there was ample space for storing clothes. As other people have noted, the owners of the property are friendly and hospitable; the apartment had fresh flowers and chocolate bars when we arrived, and being able to use the house's laundry facilities meant that we could stay as long as we did just using carry-on luggage. The apartment is incredibly centrally located, just a block off Mass Ave, so the Number 1 Bus and the T are within easy reach. We also loved H-Mart, the nearby Asian grocery store that is a two-minute walk away, and were in there at least once a day. The one thing I would recommend to people contemplating a stay here is: bring some foam earplugs. The place can be a little bit loud on the weekend depending on what is going on in the surrounding area. There is a parking lot that abuts the property in the back and one night some teenagers were having a rap battle with amplified music! But once I put in earplugs I couldn't hear a thing."

  • Loved staying in a real brownstone in Boston!

"We stayed with our two kids (15 and 13) at the Apple of Boston in July. We had a wonderful time. It was close to everything. It was quaint, comfortable, safe and clean. It had an extra mattress, so our kids didn't have to share the foldout sofa bed (a plus). It had a washer a dryer too. It was so wonderful not to have to come home from vacation with a ton of dirty clothes. It says it is a B&B, but breakfast is not provided. We didn't mind that at all. We went to a corner market and got cereal and pastries. We were happy not to have to feel like we needed to sit down for a long morning meal, so we could spend more time sightseeing. We would stay at the Apple again in a heartbeat."
