  • Great spot in East chop

"It is my second year staying at the cottage It's a lovely home. The home is very clean and functional. The mud room has cubbies for beach bag, knapsack etc. The yard is fenced In with a gate and pretty landscape. The Farmers porch in front has Rocking chairs and a sofa like glider. Very quiet, quaint neighborhood. Great bike/ walking trails dotted along Eastchop cottages. Short walk to town and beach yet away from the buzz of Circuit ave. I'll be back. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation!"

  • Wonderful Off-Season Stay!!

"We had the privilege of staying at this beautiful property Mother's Day Weekend. From the initial stay request Pam, the homeowner, was a great communicator and a really beyond helpful!! The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from games and puzzles to bikes, beach chairs and towels. We found the rooms all very bright and large. The master room with the queen bed accommodated a large pack and play with plenty of extra space. The bunk room was perfect for the kiddos and the grandmothers loved their twin room set up. It was nice that the hallway to the bedrooms has a door that can be shut from the main space. The house is super clean and has some really nice finishes, so you can relax your mind and not feel cluttered. The location is great for families, you are so close to both Vineyard Haven and Oakbluffs, I really couldn't imagine staying in a different spot. It is a short walk to the beach, about 10 mins with a stroller, but we took advantage of the abandoned off season island and explored everyday. Definitely take the ferry to Chappy, make a visit to the Gay Head light house beach and a visit to Lamberts Cove Beach (when accessible). May 2016"

  • Sunset Beach Dream

"We stayed a week at this house on the beach, and couldn't have been happier with our vacation. I wish I could attach a photo of the sunsets from this house - they were incredible. When you are in the kitchen, looking out towards the ocean, it looks like you are in a boat, floating on the water. The lapping of the waves at night lulled us to sleep. The rooms were all comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms for our 10 people was great. All appliances worked well. The East Chop Drive road outside the house is used more by people walking, running, and biking, than it is for cars - and the cars are respectful of the predominantly pedestrian traffic - they drive slowly and carefully. We were comfortable walking with a 5 yr old and a 2 yr old up and down the road. It was nice to see the sailboats and ferries on the bay going to and fro. We loved our stay at this house."
