  • Perfect small property in quiet area but close to everything

"We had a wonderful week in this little cottage in Edgartown. It was perfect for the 2 of us but would also be big enough for a family with up to 2 children as long as they were old enough to negotiate the spiral staircase to the twin beds upstairs. The Cottage is tucked away and we found it to be very quiet. It's also an easy walk into town and close to the bike trail for cycling to beaches. The weather was lovely but not so hot that we needed the airconditioning though could imagine that it would be needed midsummer. Susan was great at communicating and had thought of everything - being British the only thing I might have liked extra was a kettle and a teapot!! We just loved this cottage and hope to come back again soon. Thank you Susan for your hospitality and allowing us to rent your property!"

  • Nice and friendly place!

"We walked in from Oak Bluffs Terminal and it was a beautiful walk with sidewalks most of the way. They accommodated our late arrival and everyone was so nice to work with. The room was cute, clean, and had all that we needed (including a fridge, stove, kitchen sink!). Since it was late October, the town had definitely quieted down, but the rates were great, so it was a great little place to sneak away to for the weekend :) We'll definitely be back again :)"

  • Beautiful House; Great Location

"This was the perfect spot for a great family vacation. Close to town and to South Beach (and to the bike path that runs between them). The shallow bay in front of the house was an endless source of entertainment for the kids, including kayaking, paddleboarding, and looking for sea creatures (clams, scallops, hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs, fish). The birdwatching is also great, and the yard is big enough for wiffleball or touch football. The outdoor shower came in quite handy. The house itself is well maintained, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the area is private and quiet, so we got plenty of rest. We loved every minute of our stay and we can't wait to return."

  • Lovely home! No need to look further.

"Lovely home. We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. Home has everything you need to enjoy your week. Inside you will find a big kitchen with great appliances, comfy furniture, a decor that really makes you feel like a beach vacation. Outside we enjoyed the yard, large deck, furniture and gas grill. There is also a shed full of bikes and beach chairs that we did use. All in a quiet neighborhood only a short ride (bike or car) to downtown or beach. Owners are very easy to deal with and I even got an email while we were there to make sure all was well. We have rented several times on the Vineyard over the last few years in different places.. I think we have found our annual spot!"
