  • Great location! Best beach house for family vacation!

"We have been renting on Martha's Vineyard for many, many years. This is by far the best rental we have had. The house is large and open, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. They provide clean linens and towels which means you don't have to lug them along. The location is fantastic! There is a short walk to a beautiful private beach and lagoon. Great to swim in. West Chop is a great location. Amazing sunsets. Very easy access to all the towns. Can't recommend highly enough!! Hope to be back next year!!! Thank you Jon."

  • Cute, Clean and centrally located!!

"We're a family of four with kids 18 and 15 years old. We booked the house for 10 nights. With that much time someone can REALLY get a feel for a place. The house worked out great for us. We cooked more then half our meals. The appliances all worked well and we also took advantage of the grill. There's a washer and dryer in the basement and a clothesline outside. As for sleeping, the beds were all very comfortable. There's 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs on the main floor. We opted, for an additional fee, to have an AC "window" installled for our stay. That was a good call and let me tell ya what we did. We placed it upstairs in the bedroom w 2 beds where our kids slept. The unit kept both rooms cool for a good nights sleep :) The WiFi worked well throughout the house. There's a TV room but truth be told we didnt turn the TV on, not once in 10 days.We opted to hit the beach everyday, imagine that! The house is centrally located. I rode my bike every morning to the little house cafe for coffee and picked up fresh Baggets from the small grocery store across the street. We basically went to a different beach everyday. Really explored the island. The only beach trip we repeated was "Katama" which is just east of south beach. We regularly rode our bikes to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. We even rode our bikes to Menemsha, got on the bike ferry "very cool" and continued to Aquinnah. The bottom line is that the house worked out great for us and Rachel was really very helpful. We had one small issue during our stay and she had it taken care of in a flash! What more can u ask for from a owner. I'd recommend the house to my closest friends and family."

  • We should have stayed for 2 weeks!

"This rental delivers exactly what it states. It's very clean and comfortable cottage on a picturesque setting on the water. Really really relaxing and quiet cove you can paddle or swim on. We paddled over to several small coves and Sandy P oints for picnics and fishing, the stripers had moved out into cooler water, but my 11 yr old was happy to catch crabs and minnows the beach. No AC but that wasn't a problem, the evening temp and breeze made it great for sleeping. We found it easy to drive or bike into Vinyard Haven, or drop down to Edgardtown or south beach. If you rent this cottage, you will probably notice how quiet the point is, and how little traffic comes up the road. You can bbq on the charcoal grill, or get to several restuarants in VH in 5 minutes even if traffic is busy. Overall, we loved staying here and plan to go back next year."

  • Dreamy

"Abby, we had the most spectacular time at your home. What a gem of a spot and wow those views! We felt like we'd found our own slice of heaven. Private, water views, comfy beds, very nicely appointed home, all the kitchen supplies we needed, a lovely deck for lounging, and we could watch the masts of sailboats coming in and out in the distance. A perfect spot for my family. Can't wait to come back!"
