  • The best family home on the Vineyard!

"Wow, you have found the best family home on Martha's Vineyard! We vacationed for 2 weeks (July 3-15, 2016) at this fabulous, 5 bedroom, harborview home. We travel as a family of 6-10 (parents, 2 teens, 2 tweens) and include grandparents, so a property that serves multi-generations is key. The 1st floor bedroom was perfect for grandma, and the 4 bedrooms up, including a kids hang out pooltable area, allowed plenty of sleeping accommodations. The separate livingroom and TV rooms on the first floor allowed us to spread out. The highlight is the porch, with a covered pavillion table and seating for 8, overlooking the harbor and the spacious yard. The short walk down the road to a public access beach was truly a bonus, as many beaches around the island are private. Daily short drives into town to Stop 'n Shop for groceries and Winds Up to take lessons in any water sport you desire (sailing, stand up paddle boards, kayaking), made Vineyard Haven the right choice as apposed to congested traffic in other MV towns. Preston was very responsive home owner to work with. We highly recommend this home."

  • Great condo. comfortable

"We loved it and would rent it again!!! Pros-ferry reservation with rental, AC, Pool, woods, beds, spacious, great deck and BBQ grill (Wanted to use it not enough time), outdoor shower bikes, beach chairs, wifi, TV, Quiet and Peaceful!!!!! Cons- Couldn't find association beach or kayak launch, Beach is far away to walk to. Wish there was more comfortable TV chair next to kitchen, Little outdated furniture, if you want to be close to town this is a little too far to walk..."

  • A Very Special Place on Martha's Vineyard

"We truly loved staying at Kuffie's Point Way. We thought it was a well-designed, beautifully situated house. My uncle was an architect and my mother, who visited with us, used to write occasionally about architecture so we were very aware of the design elements. It had everything we needed without being fussy. We loved the location: my husband got up almost every morning to paddle out to the cut and fish from there. I biked from the house to do the Lamberts Cove Road loop. We swam in Rhoda’s Pond every day. The kids went out to the beach where there was no competition for parking. And we hated to go out for dinner because no place on the island has a better sunset view. It was a magical vacation for our family. We are sad to be home and not on Rhoda’s Pond in your lovely house. We do, however, count ourselves lucky to have had the chance to stay there. So thank you for providing us with the perfect place to stay on the island."

  • Paradise

"This house and Catherine are both terrific. The house is meticulously maintained and huge. This was our first trip to Martha's Vineyard in many years and we were so pleased with the house and the location. The town is literally next-door and the beach is across the street. Catherine has set up several outdoor seating areas which are very pleasant places to sit and read, relax to fall asleep. From this location we took trips to Nantucket, Aquinnah, Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. I would recommend this place highly for a large family or extended families. I spent a couple of evenings just watching seagulls indulge in crab meals at the water's edge."
