  • Hidden gem on the vineyard

"I can't even begin to tell you how nice of a weekend we had at your beautiful house! Every morning I woke up and had to pinch myself because I could just not get over how majestic the view was from my bed. We brought with us a bunch of blow up swans and floated around in the lagoon during the day and in the evening enjoyed grilling with the amazing sunset behind us. Three of us took you up on your suggestion to paddle into town to get groceries, which was an absolute RIOT. You have such an amazing house and we loved every minute of it, so if there is ever a random weekend this summer or fall that it isn't being rented, please let me know! Once again thank you for renting your family home to us, we are forever grateful and had one of the best weekends I think we will have all summer long. Best, Alli and Annie"

  • Wonderful house and Superb location

"We had a very enjoyable time staying in this uniquely and lovingly designed, magically personable house. There were so many delightful and brilliant features to this house - it is truly one of a kind. The house was comfortable and roomy for our two families to work, lounge, read, and gather. The airy, light-filled solarium that soared from ground floor to the third floor - with balconies, a shower, eucalyptus, and fig trees - was enchanting; and we enjoyed the "widow's walk" view from the top of the house. We all agreed that the convenience of being able to walk to shops, ferry, beaches, restaurants in ten minutes was a huge plus. The process of rental was easy, accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. This was our fourth summer rental on MV and it was the best experience."

  • Waterfront Cottage

"This is a fantastic 'Old Style Vineyard' cottage in a perfect Vineyard spot - right on the water. It is down a long quiet peninsula, and yet still near town. We have stayed there in the summer and in the fall and loved both. The water is just at the end of their meadow and the view from the living room and yard is amazing. We especially enjoy watching the sunset and birds in the wind swept cedar trees. In the fall the wood stove makes it seem especially cozy. Michael could not be more helpful- he has thoroughly answered any questions we've had. If you want a restful, reinvigorating vacation right on the water this could well be your cottage."

  • Best Kept Secret

"My husband and I have stayed in many places, but this cottage holds a unique charm. Located on a quiet sandy road, the cottage offers spectacular views of Lake Tashmoo and breathtaking sunsets over the Sound from a breezy outside deck. Antique furnishings, a vast and varied book collection, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower, WIFI and cable added to our comforts. We enjoyed convenient access, by car or bicycle, to MV beaches, shopping, dinning and entertainment as well as the option to retreat to the peace and quiet of the private woods, beaches, lake and marsh surrounding the property. This cottage is an excellent choice for those looking for safe, private accommodations, off the beaten track, with a touch of class and the possibility for communing with nature."
