  • Great location!

"My friends and I rented this house for a week and had a wonderful visit! The location is great and made it easy to get around the island. The house has a great layout and there was plenty of space for our group. Everyone noted on how comfortable the beds are and how quiet the area was at night. And we loved hanging out at the fire pit on the back deck a couple nights! Would definitely rent again in the future!"

  • Nice and friendly place!

"We walked in from Oak Bluffs Terminal and it was a beautiful walk with sidewalks most of the way. They accommodated our late arrival and everyone was so nice to work with. The room was cute, clean, and had all that we needed (including a fridge, stove, kitchen sink!). Since it was late October, the town had definitely quieted down, but the rates were great, so it was a great little place to sneak away to for the weekend :) We'll definitely be back again :)"

  • Beautiful spacious home close to town

"I have been going to Martha's Vineyard for the past 10 summers and this is the best home I have stayed in. The home is open, airy and spacious. I loved the layout. Each sleeping area had its own bathroom, so everyone had plenty of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped with anything that you may need. The owner also left these great laundry bins which came in handy and we're extremely convenient. The backyard was huge and the only thing that it was missing was a pool, because there was definitely enough space for one. The home was comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. It was better in person than in the photos. The owner Lorraine was also easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this home."

  • Island Idyll

"We stay at Dan and Pam’s home exclusively and each visit is better than the last. The short walk to the private Upper and Lower Makonikey Beaches is worth the price of admission! You will often have the beach to yourself, even during peak season on the Vineyard. Ending each day with a visit to the top of Stairs Beach (Upper) to watch the sun set over the Elizabeth Islands is a must, cocktails are optional. The house and yard are set back from the road surrounded by woodlands providing your own private sanctuary. You are greeted by a covered wrap around porch that leads to a great layout with a large open kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. The air hockey game, pinball machine and enclosed ping-pong table (on porch) are a welcome diversion after a day at the beach. Wide plank stairs bring you to the bedrooms on the second floor. Keep the windows open for those gentle island breezes. We’ll be back in 2017!"
